The worse kebab I’ve ever had and the fries were raw. Do Hull a favour and close, you’re a disgrace.

Very disappointed with service waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes for food when I rang up was told it’s not been ordered and we was charged,. They said I would get a call back and never did so I rang them back up and said nothing they can do, need to chase Uber eats. Very very disapointing will not be going back again.

Worst service ever they charged me extra and they didn’t put a large fries in,When i went back in the next day I have told them the order was missing a large fries and been charged extra,they were rejected to refund me even i was i regular customer. i will never go there again. Scammers .

Food has gone right down hill ordered donner meat and chips and all the chips are soggy , last time I ordered chicken and mushroom pizza and there was bones inside the pizza I took photos for evidence, shouldn't be happening , sent my child in there he gave her the wrong order so spoke to him about it and he was arguing with me , noo need for it

First time in coming here, . Food is great & good value for money. Will definitely be using this takeaway in the future

I used to frequent this location when I lived around the corner for here and could pick up the order, had a great relationship with the location even to the point of giving scrap meat to my dog when walking past. I moved out of the area and occasionally order via online apps and tonight fancied a hit of comfort food. The first order took over an hour to arrive, the food was tepid at best, the chips were left for so long in the polystyrene that they had become soggy with the water from the condensation in the container they had been left that long. So I ordered and got a replacement half an hour later. However, two of the items were not correct. A second replacement was brought and again they were incorrect, I called and a member of staff tried to tell me they were in the bag, they weren't. I asked for a replacement to be brought, it was agreed but then ten minutes later I was called and told I wouldn't get a replacement and next time I order they'd make it up for it - something I'm confident they'd deny if I attempt to ask next time. I have asked for them to contact JustEat to cancel the order to refund me instead. I was loyal to this takeaway for the best part of a decade, would always order something when friends came from out of town because of how good their food was. If I hadn't moved away this would have been my local today. Sadly this whole experience has made it clear that they are no longer the same place that I enjoyed and I won't be returning. I understand the first order being wrong, and if it was fixed not an issue. But for it to go wrong a further two times is careless and shows they don't value the quality of their food. When talking to the location I have been hung up on three times and dismissed also.

Ordered Al Capone pizza last night and ended up with a margarita pizza still trying to resolve it but still no al Capone pizza

I just ordered a pizza and chips , one string off long black hair was on my pizza so I didn’t eat it. Then I wanted to dip my chips in the sauce dip and and they was dust in the sauce I absolutely feel sick.

Awful takeaway last night! Chicken donner absolutely stunk, had to be binned. Chips soggy and barely any actual potato in and the chilli sauce was full of mint/marjoram??? Disgusting We won't be back, ever.

We've been using KD as our go to since we moved here two years ago, quietly frankly the best takeaway in Hull. 85% of the time food is delivered within 30 minutes, and even the other 15% of the time it is always within the set delivery times. The staff are wonderful, the prices are exceptional for the portion sizes, hot, fresh, never greasy and they always accommodate our requests if we ever need or want a modification, like extra sauce or salad. Thanks Team KD for saving our tired butts after long work shifts! x

Absolutely beautiful food really enjoyed it

Usually love this takeaway shop but tonight very disappointing even as simple as chips should be to get right, they was pretty poor, edible but didn't taste fresh, asked for a free bottle of Pepsi instead of a garlic bread after spending over £20 before delivery and service charges, usually never a problem with anywhere I have ordered from, think will give these a miss for a while, hopefully just a off night but tonight I am not a happy customer.

Great experience with KD burger when they mixed up our pizza and forgot our garlic sauce they compensated with a extra pot of chilli and a bottle of Pepsi not only that told us to keep the pizza! Food is amazing we thank you for your service and great quality of food!

Best burgers in hull by a mile,not expensive great value,you won't go anywhere else, run by nice friendly people,very quick service,can't fault at all,fork supplied and napkins. Probably best in England

it's terrible! I ordered a chicken shaworma I told him I want salad and garlic sauce and they brought me a very spicy shaworma without salad and delivery stopped me 1 pound over commission

The greatest burger i tasted in Hull I haven't tried much of the menu since I always order double cheese burger, which is great.

We ordered from Just Eat and half of our delivery was missing. Missing 2 salads, 2 portions of garlic Mayo and a coke despite it all being on the receipt and fully paid for. The food itself was cold and the cheeseburger was burnt. The kebab we got had nothing but meat when there was meant to be sauce and salad in it. If one or even two things were wrong I’d be understanding but so much was missing.

Pleasant staff but food lacked anything to make it stand out in anyway.

First time I ordered from here last night. We ordered Offer 5. The pizza dough tasted really fresh, chips just how I like them and the donnermeat also tasted fresh. Will definitely order from here next time.

Awful we waited a hour and half for our delivery the food was stone cold and overcooked and to top it off we had to ring back as the whole order was not there. I would have gave it less than 1 star and wouldn't recommend.

Tried robbing me! Gave them a five pound note for quarter pound cheese burger and chips. And the guy just was just looking at the tv and i was erm hello my £1.50 change then he turned and walk out the back of the takeaway. I asked again an he went sorry i didnt see you and gave me my change and a proper mucky look. Lol how could you not see me i was only one in there at the time and you'd just served me. Thats the 3rd time they've tried to do that. Really really poor customer service! Wont be going back ever again. Dirty takeaway smelt real bad when i went in but i'd already ordered. :(

The place is clean and the food is fantastic I have tried them many times never complaints I hope this review helps others and satisfy others :-)

Worst service, driver rude !! Through the money at me ,and im an old lady!! I had to get help to pick the change up as he just threw it at me. Food chewy ,slow service and with a driver like that !! The worst service ever seen or had .

Horrible people,bad food, health and safety should visit this place. I cant believe they sell food to the public, no way they should be allowed to serve food like that.

Always order from here never had any problems always nice. Tonight we ordered and got sent something completely different rang the restaurant up and all I got was a guy been clever on the phone telling me he sent the right food. We ordered bbq chicken pizza and there is no bbq sauce on it or doesn't taste like chicken and world of spicy and there's no jalapeño peppers or spice init and doesn't taste like how we got it before the guy who answered the phone was rude.

Food tastes good and has good offers in the menu dedinately recrommend a takeaway is close by.

Not very nice chicken samwara wraps was most grisle and fat barley any actully chicken just scraps wont be eat from here again. Dirty food. Avoid!!!

The chips and garlic sauce were irresistible. :)

K.D burger is the best take away i have had, the amount you get for your money is great and the quality is even better
