Never have spare pillows. Asked 3 times including the manager and still no spare pillows. Also we were mislead as the E-mail said check in from 12 and we couldn't which was annoying. Still miffed about the pillows. I refuse to believe they had run out. I just wanted one more pillow so I could actually rest easy- there motto which they did not live up to. Dissapointed.

We've used this hotel on several occasions whilst visiting relations who live nearby. Rooms are fine for a night or two. Foods fine. Staff have always been great.

Stayed here a few times now. Easy to get to. Convenient parking. Loads of rooms and availability. Rooms are always clean and spacious. Best value for money hotel I’ve stayed in for a while. O, also there is a nice pub/restaurant right next door.

Quite disappointed.. currently on a training course locally. So in my time I'm at the hotel. The WiFi is very slow. Yes you can pay to upgrade.. but unfortunately we live in a world where everything is Internet based. So they should just have it as a standard faster Internet.. can't even watch netflix without it buffering.. TV keeps cutting in and out with the signal.. rather annoying shouldn't be happening.. Food is very good don't have a problem with that. Just the minor stuff which shouldn't be like that in this day in age..

We stayed 2 nights here whilst attending a family wedding in Beaconsfield. Unfortunately for us we travelled here on the hottest day of the year! 19 July and 32 Deg! Phew it was hot. The heat in our room was almost unbearable, no air con but a nice big fan which we left on for the duration of our stay day and night which helped a little, the bed was comfy but too high for me. Very clean room/bathroom but only one hand & bath towel between us, fortunately we didn't mind sharing. It was absolute heaven walking into the air conditioned restaurant on the first morning for our first taste of the unlimited breakfast an excellent start to the day with plenty of choice. We would stay here again maybe at a cooler time of year.

We used this Premier Inn as a base after visiting Legoland. It is less than half an hour away and less than 10 minutes away from the incredible Bekonscot Model Village as well as having free on-site parking. Initially I thought I had taken a wrong turning as we were in a housing estate but the Premier Inn and Brewers Fayre were tucked away from any main road. We found a parking space and then I headed down to the reception. No one was present so I pressed the bell. Waited a minute or two, pressed it again. More customers arrived but still no one came to check us in. I knocked on the staff door and after about 10 minutes I was asked, my name and if I ordered a triple. No greeting or eye contact. Very poor start. Luckily, with Premier Inn you know what to expect with a room. It is comfortable but basic for £73 a night. My wife and I had a wonderful night’s sleep and our son always enjoys sleeping in the same room as us. The Brewers Fayre had a couple of vegan options. We went for the safe choice of the burger and it was delicious. The burger sauce was great and I would recommend the addition of This Isn’t Bacon, which is also available for breakfast. Our son had the 10-Veg Tomato Pasta. The sauce was thick and tasty. My wife and I kept having sneaky tastes. On the advice of our server, we booked breakfast. Apparently, even if you pre-pay for breakfast, like we did, you are not guaranteed a space. At 8am it was quite and everything was well stocked. The vegan sausages and This Isn’t Bacon needs to be ordered, but this only mean a 15-minute wait. We enjoyed the toast and drinks while our food was being freshly cooked. By 8.30am it started to get busy but they kept refilling the food and drink and it was a relaxing and filling start to our day. If you are visiting Windsor, this Premier Inn is a great choice.

Very rude receptionist at check in, could barely speak. Very noisy at night, don't know why you would put family groups on the top floor, thought the kids would come through our ceiling at one point late at night and early morning, served our purpose, very large hotel

Really loved it - that's how I remember Premier Inn was when I used to travel Premier Covid. Great location and pleasant, welcoming staff. Room was clean and bathroom was well maintained and clean too. The stay was at reasonable cost. Just wished there was a mini bar, but oh well. Will visit again.

On arrival at the hotel I was greeted by a deserted reception area. After waiting a little while a disinterested receptionist appeared. When trying to pay for the room with cash she told me it wasn’t possible and that I had to use card. When I said that on the website it says you can pay cash she was suddenly able to take my money. I was then told that the only time I could have breakfast was at 7am. The whole reason I had booked the hotel was to have a more relaxed start before a long day at an event nearby. I would have had a longer lie in if I had stayed at home and driven the 100 miles to the event on the day rather than stay at Premier Inn the night before. The website says you can choose your breakfast time anytime between 7 and 11am on a weekend. This was not the case. The room was also way too hot and although I was aware that there was no air conditioning at the hotel I was not expecting to have a non-opening window! There was no way of cooling the room down. When I brought my complaint about breakfast to the attention of a member of staff I was advised that all complaints have to be sent using an online form. I did this. I received a refund for the cost of breakfast but nothing for the lack of a good nights sleep due to the temperature in the room. Apparently I should have mentioned the temperature issue to a member of staff on site. Although if you raise a complaint to staff on site, you are advised to use the online form… I would have given 1 stars but have awarded 2 stars as someone kindly returned my glasses when I sent a prepaid envelope for which I am most grateful. It did take a couple of phone calls to actually find a member of staff who was willing to check the room for my glasses though!

We arrived on the 26th March 2024 room . We paid for family room and we were given a room with 1 big bed and 1 small. There was a bed underneath the big bed full of dust and disgusting. I spoke to receptionist on the 27th which she moved us to another worse room. The room was dirty and the bathroom full of hair. When taking shower, black stuff coming out of the drainage. The bathroom extractor not working. We were treated very badly, bad communication skill. Basically they don’t have family room. I will never recommend to any family to go there, waste of money and not comfortable place to be.

Awful place. Rude unhelpful staff. Had things stolen from our room and received a fine for parking in the car park. When we approached staff about missing items we got very little response. They promised to look into it and get back to me but never did. We parked the car only for the duration of the stay. No longer. We notified reception and gave registration but still got charged. Again, contacted hotel and was told that they would send an email to overturn charge but nothing sent. Definitely won’t be staying again and wouldn’t recommend.

We have stayed in this hotel before, it's ok, but It's a bit tired. For me, certain little details need addressing, such as decent extractors in the bathrooms, in fact, removing the baths & installing walk in showers would better, also cleaning the shower heads, so as to have an even flow of water. A grip in the floor of the bath would make it safer, very slippery when showering.

Very helpful friendly staff who clearly go out of the way to make guests comfortable... However, the rooms were tired and in need of decoration, and the heating wasn't working properly. The second night, the staff promptly arranged for an electric oil filled radiator, which was bliss. This particular Premier Inn didn't have opening windows (our room anyway), so the air con has to be left on, which I found a little disturbing. I much prefer to have fresh air from an opening window. My latest visit hasn't put me off from staying at Premier Inn in the future, finding them convenient and great value: this being the first time in some ten years of regular visits that I've been disappointed...

My friends & I have been eating here regularly for years now - I recommend it to anyone who enjoys Indian or Nepalese cuisine (a good selection of really tasty dishes, good value and catering for different levels of spicy 'heat') and they're serving some more 'traditional' pub fare again now, too. They know how to look after their ales and have a selection of lagers, plus cider and all the usual drinks you'd expect to find in a pub. The staff are great - friendly & helpful, get to know their regulars and I've lost count of the number of times that I've just been thinking that "I ought to go and order food" when, as if by magic, someone will appear to take my order. The place is divided into separate 'restaurant' and 'pub' sections, with a good-sized beer garden in front, so you can pick your preferred setting for food &/or drink. There's a decent car park in front, too, with free parking for customers.

Had 2 really delicious crepes - one savoury, one sweet. Both my husband and I agreed they were the best we've had for ages - full of flavour. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back next time we are in the area. There was a big menu with lots of choice. Nothing not to like! Would highly recommend

Would not ever order from this place again, what a disappointment. For the price they charge, you expect high quality food that's worth the money. When the rice was the best part of the meal, that's saying something! Food was bland and strange, 2/10.
