Premier Inn Great Yarmouth West (A47) hotel in Great Yarmouth

Over all good experince, although I do wish the rooms had a little refresh. The room was mostly clean and tidy, but the bathroom and room accessories could do with an overhaul. Very quite considering the location. Asda, McDonalds etc is 5 minutes away from the hotel so if you do forget to pack something or need a quick bite to eat, its not far to go. Beefeater right next door which is lovely, although there is quite a wait to be served.

Stayed here recently on a visit to Great Yarmouth. Hotel is very clean and well presented, room was exactly the same and had a great night's sleep! Staff were incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. Restaurant for food/breakfast in the building next door was just as great in being well kept and friendly, helpful staff. Found price point decent for the experience received! Thank you!

Typical well kept P.I. Restaurant next door. Beech is 20 mins walk. Shops/food 15 mins walk. Nice view of river.

Only complaint we had about the hotel was that the floor in the bathroom had been repaired so it had a big hole in it where the floor was lower down so you kept on falling on it. Car park had plenty of parking. Hotel isn’t on the seafront but not too far if you drive. When we checked in the reception team were helpful and friendly, talked to us on a few occasions. We stayed over the Easter weekend so there was an Easter hunt in the reception/restaurant. We had a good stay, good nights sleep and all the staff were nice. When we had drove home 5 hours we had discovered that my daughter had left her tablet at the hotel, something that hasn’t happened to us before as we always double check we have packed everything. We rang the hotel and a member of housekeeping had found the tablet and handed it into reception. We posted a special delivery bag to the hotel and a member of staff packed the tablet and took it to the post office and posted it to us. We have since received the tablet. We were in constant contact with the hotel throughout the week. We thought the staff were good on our stay but even more now, thanks to the honest member of the housekeeping team and thanks to the member of staff that went out there way to post the tablet back. Would recommend this hotel.

Have been staying here for work which has been on nights. Requested a top floor room . None available so kept awake by guests above. Fire alarms going off disturbing sleep. First week on heating available in room

The staff here are truly helpful, booked to stay one night on the 11th of October,I made a mistake on my booking and Sarah on reception altered for me. Thank you 😊 Would definitely stay here again location is beautiful.

here is the issue that annoys me. if you need a hotel after midnight you can't book it on the sites of the big 4 chains in the uk. lets say it Saturday night into sunday morning and you want a room you can't book it online and if you go to the hotel reception you still can't book it. how stupid is that. i would love to hear what the hotel has to say.

Our accessible room was great. The walk-in sit-down shower area well equipped staff were always friendly. The only reason I marked down the room by a star was that there were no usb sockets for mobile charging(the sole usb socket under the tv was not working). The Premier restaurant delivered A1 breakfasts and Dan Reid (the manager on both days) was outstanding. His unflappable and nothing-too-difficult attitude was a magnet for wanting to return. In fact all the staff were extremely pleasant :) thanks

I really appreciated that they phoned and told us there was scaffolding around the building and that our room was located on the top (fourth) floor. Warm and welcoming staff, easy to check in. The accessible room was great for wheelchairs and walkers, the bed was absolutely massive and incredibly comfortable. The rooms were tidy and clean. Shower had good pressure and temperature. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, you can get extra from reception. Hotel is a 10 minute drive to great Yarmouth seafront. Hotel was lovely and quiet during our stay. Great selection for breakfast. Both the lifts were working the whole time (5 nights) a good place for the price you pay.

Never been to a Premier Inn with fit for purpose free wifi. Don’t know how they get away with it. Good scenic location. Good rooms

You know what you’re getting with a Premier Inn….a good nights sleep!! Clean rooms, friendly service from front desk staff, free ample parking. The hotel is next to a Brewers Fayre and a short walk into Great Yarmouth

DO NOT STAY the place is ridden with bed bugs. We stayed and my mother was bitten all over! The place is filthy and they have not addressed the complaint of offered compensation. Please please avoid !! At all costs unless you want to suffer horrific bites!

Room was clean enough. Room AC/heater seemed to be all over the place. Had my PlayStation with me plugged into TV that seemed to cut out and come back on whenever it wanted. Spoke with front desk never got a decent reply

The rooms are like rooms, quite clean and well-kept. However, there was no body wash or hand soap in our bathroom. The cleaning lady probably forgot to fill it in. However, we managed. Reception very polite. Location, a few minutes walk to the center.

We arrived at 9.30 pm & the receptionist said that she would check to see if our room was ready. I thought at the time we could have checked in at 3 p.m., so I would have thought the room would've been ready. However, she came back saying all was good. After programming our key, we went to room 111 only to discover that the room was occupied! We went back to reception & was told that that shouldn't have happened! They reprogrammed the key to 112, which was unoccupied! Other than that, it was a quiet hotel. The reception team could do with smiling a bit more.

Lovely premier hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Car parking ample. Brewster Faye next door 2 min walk.

Clean rooms however there was a disgusting smell coming from bathroom, had to prop the door open. It was the same the 2nd day. I was told when I reported it that other people on the 2nd floor had the same problem

Last minute trip on spec. Needed assistance in printing documents urgently needed for the job. Most grateful to Liga for her help. 2nd time I have stayed here great response both times.

Lovely rooms very clean friendly staff food excellent

Nice friendly staff nice and easy to park and restaurant right next door. Welcoming staff and happy to help. Nice and close to the centre on a few minutes by car to the beach.

Just up to check the caravan and make sure everything is OK. Great place right next to brewers fayre where you get dinner and drink and then breakfast in the morning for £24.99 extra great value for money
