Premier Inn Felixstowe Town Centre hotel in Suffolk Coastal

Ideal location for town, beach and area.

Another illegally dirty Asthma inducing dust filled hotel full of condensation and mould on windows as shown in pictures I’ve complained to premier REPEATEDLY over about 5/6 of their establishments that should be immediately shut down I feel like maybe we should set up a team to investigate across the uk why premier think it’s acceptable to risk a persons health and life over not paying a cleaner to clean This doesn’t happen in other chains of budget hotels even though premier charge a huge amount for a very poor product their hotels are all below standards and I find thick thick dust and mould mildew and stains in each room This means these rooms haven’t been cleaned in YEARS So if you have health conditions and concerns pls avoid all premier inns especially this one where the manager on site stated we have rooms that are 8 years old and need re doing …but I find this in rooms that are new NO WIFI UNLESS YOU PAY £5 AND EVEN THEN ITS SLOW AND NO HEATING IM SAT HERE IN MY COAT So wait for premier to leave a generic reply where they actually will never help EVER they don’t care PROFIT BEFORE YOUR LIFE is their company motto

Nice place but Luke warm breakfast

The staff were nice and friendly. Plus there was a Lidl store just accross the road.

Very nice Premier Inn hotel. The room was as expected, clean and comfortable. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Huge car park at the rear, but now has a charge of £7 a day... Bit pricey considering if your actually staying here. The only down side it's a bit out of town if your on public transport from the station a good 20 minute walk.

Beware! Daily/24hour parking charges now apply at this Hotel customer car park now - WHY? Needless to say booked our business day visit stay with one of the other local hotels and won't be using this hotel in the future.

Lovely place and well located I have stayed here about 4 times now the only downside is you have to pay for parking now and before it was free.

Great location for visiting Felixstowe. Walking distance to Pier, beach etc. Short on kitchen staff so no evening meal available but breakfast was good and well organised. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

Stayed in here a couple of times now over the years, last stay the other week for work purposes was ok, but room above were really noisy.

Good value for money, clean and handy.

Easy to find. Parking very good even allowing people we were meeting to sign in and park. Was hoping to eat there but no chef and no food. Room as expected. It is annoying that the armchairs which used to be in the rooms are no longer there and just one hard back chair so you have to sit on the bed. Sometimes you want to stay in your room for a while and it's not particularly comfortable as a result.

Clean and ventilated. Staff shows good hospitality and good food available

Great hotel and location,unfortunately the service at dinner was very slow

We are eating dinner in the restaurant, right now! Food is great, kids enjoying the burgers, my better half loves the steak. Service is spectacular!

Still no central heating in room 14 and 15

Ideally located in a quiet spot with it's own car park, just a few minutes walk from both the seafront and the town centre. The room was the usual high standard with the benefit of air conditioning. A particular highlight was the brilliant staff, expecially the lovely Hayley who went above and beyond to make sure everyone was looked after in the restaurant, whilst also assisting guests in reception. She is a real credit to Premier Inn!
