Premier Inn Dudley (Kingswinford) hotel in Dudley

We were forced to find somewhere late in the day, as the accomodation we had booked was totally unacceptable and not anything like the advert. Thankfully, we found this Premier Inn and booked it immediately. It was an hours drive from Stoke-on-Trent but when we arrived we were so relieved. We had to ask ourselves why we didn't book a Premier Inn in the first place as they are always good quality and generally affordable. Next time we will look for a Premier Inn first! The lady, Debbie could hardly have been more helpful or supportive. She recommended a local Chinese takeaway (whi h was delicious, and came in about 10-15 minutes!), and a garage just a minute from the hotel where I bought a nice bottle of wine to go with our food. It's nice and quiet here and very comfortable. Everything was to a good standard so we are very happy to recommended this as a place to stay. Thank ypu Debbie, and thanks Premier Inns!

Staff worked super hard, unfortunately there weren't enough of them.

Had family medical emergency and had to leave a day early. They didn’t even want to know or offer any kind of voucher.

Storage lockers in hotel car park, next to rooms are accessed at 2-3:30 every morning. Having been woken with horrendous banging and scraping and alerting the duty manager he saw no problem as this happens every night and the guy is "just doing his job". No offer of a different room, not "happy to help with guaranteed night sleep"'. Just “what do you want ME to do” No refund, no breakfast and a 3 hour drive home at 3am.

Okay bedroom, just your typical premier rooms but the one I had, the shower and bath was new. Avoid getting the Meal deal & eating in the pub (thyme). Service was diabolical. Booked for half 6 didn’t get starters till 7:20. Tried to get a refund before ordering food but not allowed. Going to the bell inn down the road tomorrow.

Staff were amazing, Michelle, debby and juliat stood out and provided amazing service and made us feel welcome. Bed was comfy and clean and room was spacious and well stocked.

The hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly. There seemed to be plenty of parking spaces, including disabled spaces. I found the fire doors in the corridors to be incredibly narrow. There didn't seem to be a reason for this as there were glass panels beside the door, which could have been done away with a wide door installed. We stayed in an accessible room. The bathroom was well laid out and clean. The bedroom had enough room to get a wheelchair around. The bed, however, was incredibly low to the floor. I struggled to get from the bed back into my wheelchair and certainly wouldn't have been able without help. The restaurant next door was accommodating and the food was well cooked. They did have a reduced menu available as one of their fryers was out of action for several days. I would certainly give top marks to the staff. They certainly helped make our stay enjoyable.

One person on so service was a wee bit slow at reception but that's how these places are run. Lovely person though. Don't understand the phrase by the bar entrance say open till the cows come home when it doesn't open till 6pm and shuts at 10.30pm.

This location was ideal for where we wanted to visit. We were disappointed by the hotel, as Premier Inn is our go-to when travelling in the UK. But after chatting with the reception staff we learned that the hotel is shortly due for an upgrade. The restaurant had been a Beefeater, but now is, probably, a shadow of its former self! Certainly our one dinner on site was a disappointment as not all the menu options were available. Our bedroom was fine : clean and comfortable.

Management have changed the pub opening times. Thay have also moved away from the alowing the public into the pub. This is a silly move on the Premier Inn Management

Super 👍 amazing staff, very friendly, helpful, welcoming. Only minus is, that we could hear all the neighbours around rooms.

Nice clean rooms, great service, very comfy, with a pub built on for food, stayed here with work, can't complain at all.

We have had a great time at this hotel, staff are lovely and rooms clean and comfortable. Fully deserve the 5 star review.

When checking in I asked for a room at back of building away from road. Given first room on GF overlooking carpark. Changed room and given second room on front overlooking restaurant ventilation duct. Couldn't be bothered to change again.Went for a walk before dinner but found area very unpleasant due to volume of traffic and number of private roads. Restaurant very slow service. Waited an hour from ordering to getting food. Disturbed nights sleep due to noise from room above. Breakfast OK but only one toaster working. Will not be using this hotel again.

Good location with Aldi and McDonalds near by, but on-site restaurant as well. Good experience all-round, but was not cheap.

Already family friendly, come for breakfast every other week.. Affordable and Comfortable

Really fantastic staff. Lady on reception Deb, couldn't have been more helpful. Such a warm welcome. Ordered group of us taxis, booked us in at a local restaurant. Unbelievable front of house. Also amazing lady in charge of the restaurant, didn't catch her name. Blond lady. Very very efficient professional and helpful. Sooo impressed with all your staff. 👍👍👍👍

Situated next door to a ' Beefeater' pub/restaurant. Good food served quicker than expected with friendly and efficient staff. This Premier Inn close to the Black Country museum.

Didn't stay just went for a meal

We are trying to clear some issue with amounts paid and related invoices. Which is the correct way to contact you to receive some assistance ? The issue we have is that the customer has paid the rooms in cash while meals deals had been paid by our technicians in 3 separate occasions but had been unable to request the related fiscal documentation due to some issue with the newly installed software. Can anyone help ?

Typical Premier Inn but made us wait until after 3 to check in or pay extra. Even worked it to the minute.
