Absolutely amazing emma is amazing always makes sure i have everything in my room ready for me arriving always a pleasure to arrive in the hotel has most staff know me and always takes everything in room for me if Emma's not on always go every month and never have any issues

Less able room showing its age. Although every thing worked as it should

Staff helpful, room clean, parking good, Stayed for 2 nights for business, a little dated but fine for my needs

It's a Premier Inn, so the design is pretty standardised. I don't mind a Premier Inn honestly. But this one... what's going on with the toilet?! I'm a stocky 6ft man and the damn toilet roll holder is so close to the toilet that it's practically over the top of it!!!! It's difficult to take a dump at an angle Premier Inn!!! Very difficult! I don't know what kind of tiny people are sleeping here but I doubt somebody that's half my size was be able to have a comfortable poo here. The toilet is also practically inches from the wall. It's such a stupid design flaw. Come on Premier Inn. How about using a little brain power? Otherwise decent enough, comfortable bed, clean room, free parking, blah blah blah.

Please be aware if you have a work vehicle, my van had locks damaged last night and reading other posts this is a regular thing. This happens at lots of Premier Inns and Travel Lodges I'm growing increasingly suspicious of staff members as no-one ever sees anything despite lots spending hours outside smoking or on phones.

Me and wife had the worst stay here. First night our privacy was breached and we left unsafe and uncomfortable our whole visit.

Enjoyed a very relaxing overnight stay at this Premier Inn.

Rooms ok, personnel friendly and very ok... But.. won't be visiting here again because work related travelling is useless here. Reason: extremely slow and laggy internet connection. Yes, there is faster available for additional 5£ (for 24 hrs) but come on... Even smaller hotels offer fast connections without any payment. Normal 2 minute work task took 15-20 mins because slow and unreliable internet connection, wifi is ok but connection out is REALLY bad. Speedtest gave barely 1.0Mb down/ 0.45 Mb up So, If you need to work: find another place to stay, If internet connection is irrelevant: this is nice place to stay

Was OK Bit of let down with the restaurant. But the rooms were tidy and clean. The bath and shower worked nicely. Just a shame we got charged for the meal.deal even when they couldn't accommodate it ..
