Premier Inn Coventry City Centre (Belgrade Plaza) hotel in Coventry

Rooms have had a refresher and upgrade. Usual comfy Premier Inn. No room for breakfast on Monday morning due to short staff.

Just want to say a Brilliant member of staff at this hotel, his name is Jack, Brilliant 5 Star Customer Service. We are going back to the same hotel a week later because of how good and welcoming Jack was. He truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome, and is a real asset to the hotel 5*****

Rooms were really lovely! Bit confusing to get there if you’re driving as the post code on their website is not correct.

The hotel is located quite centrally which is always helpful for getting around. We had an upgraded room which was really nice. The room was stylish with good amenities. The bed and pillows were VERY comfortable. Would definitely return

If I could leave a higher review I would. Staff were absolutely lovely, stelian and Jack. Room is in amazing condition and would definitely recommend this to anyone who sees this,

We came here a year ago for a concert. The customer service was brilliant then, with Jack (sounds like he is still doing the business here too) and we've come back again, and this time Sam and his colleague were superb, at Reception and during dinner service. Very friendly and accommodating, we felt valued as guests. The family rooms have been refurbished since last year? Very happy with our stay here. We will be back again for a third visit very soon.

Rooms were very clean and in excellent condition. Jack during breakfast was amazing, his customer service was first class. Very good with all customers. The breakfast food was very yummy and hot.

Lovely big room, clean and set up well. Will definitely stay again.

Evening meal was excellent. Had a mixed grill. Excellent night's sleep but a disappointing breakfast. Ordered a full English breakfast. No sausage, black pudding was undercooked, and half the meal was cold.

Great place but disbursed night due to Chinese New year

Great stay. I really like the new design on rooms with the showers with good water pressure! Great staff and parking in a secure multi storey was perfect. WiFi is below average but for free it just about worked

Had a lovely NYE stay, the staff were so welcoming & kind, particularly Jack who was so friendly & chatty & made our stay a really nice experience. The room was clean & had everything we needed and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay here, and the kids loved the breakfast. They even got free gifts for Christmas. The rooms were clean and the Location is central, short walk to the city centre for shopping, restaurants and games.

Stayed here for three nights(November 20th, 21st, 22nd ) with a friend whilst visiting Coventry to mark turning 40. First time staying in a Premier Inn and the experience was very positive. The room had separate beds as requested in my booking and very clean and modern. Had a great couple of nights sleep helped by the blackout curtains. Bathroom was clean with adequate number of towels available. Staff members were polite and helpful. Good location within a short walk to the city centre with pubs/restaurants nearby. My only niggle would be that the air vent at the top of the window seemed to close thus letting cool air in but the room has heating so it didn't cause a big problem. We had to check back in after our train home to Scotland was cancelled due to storm bert so we had to book another night and thankfully there were a few rooms available but we were given a similar room a few doors down from the one we had been staying in. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Lovely stay at coventry city centre premier inn. Room appeared modern and tidy, with all necessary amenities. Reception staff, Jack, was very helpful and friendly. He made a fuss of the kids getting them colouring and letting them know he would put it up of the wall (which he did, to their delight). He also arranged for us to have an early breakfast before it should open as we had to leave very early. This all added to making our stay amazing. Thank you!

My only complaint was the room was very cold.

Overall we had a good stay here, and we'd stay here again. It's well located, the staff are friendly and helpful, and it's comfortable. We had to be moved to a different room due to issues with room. The hotel was full so we were moved the next day, but the second room had cleanliness issues, which they rectified. The promised partial refund did not occur. The "good night guarantee" has little value because the process you have to go through makes it difficult to claim.

Like all Premier Inns, it does exactly what it says on the tin 👍 all of the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the bedroom is very comfortable😊 This premiering is in a great position for going to local bars and restaurants in the evenings👍 we would definitely stay here again as I think it’s good value for money 😎

Really disappointed we booked breakfast included. In the morning went to the restaurant to have my breakfast with my children and I have booked slot one day before. Have told staff it is my first time in a breakfast buffet staff were very rude and unfriendly especially Norma who told me to go and sit and gave me a menu when I asked her that where is the buffet she replied that they don’t have a buffet and I have to order the breakfast she came back after 5 minutes I said can I order some pastries for my kids please as we have to leave to get to school and work she was oh Pastries are in the buffet and you have to go and help your self. No one directed us when we entered the dining area plus rude staff didn’t help me at all as I was a bit lost because it was my first night in the hotel my boys had to go to school hungry without having their breakfast even we had paid for it!!!! I don’t recommend booking in this hotel or have meals included to your stay really shocking the service I have received today. We are having family emergency this why we are staying in this hotel and I was expecting staff to be helpful and friendly

I think you should improve on your service quality.

After staying at 5 other Premier Inn's I have to say this has been my best experience. The room was very clean and comfortable. The food was amazing and the customer service especially from Jack was very high quality. I loved that everything was on your doorstep and I will definitely be staying again. They made my son with special needs feel very happy and comfortable.

Highly recommended budget hotel. Good size sometimes throughly cleaned. Good value for money.

Fire alarm went off TWICE at night and all turned out to be false. Had to get dressed and evacuate at 1 in the morning… Room quality okay just like what you’d expect from a Premier Inn.
