Always clean,nothing too much trouble

Wifi did not work and the staff asked me to contact the service provider!!

Clean and tidy nothing to complain about,

Repaint parking bays and somehow get people to park in one bay only. Otherwise excellent service.

Stayed here many times now mainly when we’re visiting adrenaline alley staff so friendly and helpful can’t wait to come again in October

Nice simple rooms, with friendly service when required. In a good location with food options nearby.

Awful I stay in a hotel 1-3 times a month, anywhere from 1 night to 14. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Firstly the photos on the website are misleading and the rooms look nothing like this. When I queried this with reception they told me that the pics online are from premier inns that have been renovated and this one hasn’t yet. Secondly I paid extra for “ultimate WiFi” claiming that this is optimised for streaming services. The majority of which didn’t even work with the WiFi- Disney+, iPlayer etc. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows like bricks. Bathroom not in good condition either. Only positives are the nearby amenities and the fact that the room was fairly clean. Food at the Beefeater were decent and plenty of parking available.

Exactly what I expected. A comfortable bed and the shower was so hot and there was plenty of water. Great service from the check-in staff. Rooms are simply furnished.

I use Premier Inn a lot, and this is sadly the worst I've stayed at. The room stunk of cigarettes and the bathroom was full of black mold. Really bad for Premier Inn's reputation.
