Costa Coffee in Corby

One of worst hot chocolates we had. I hvae been a customer for years and but corby hot chocolate is the worst. It taste like hot water not hot chocolate. So Degrading to see one of the finest hot chocolates going really bad. I wont recommend for other people and wont be visiting again

driver pulled up outside of my house went outside to meet him when he opened his bag the content of the delivery bag that he was delivering to me was in the bottom of his I ordered two coffees and two hot chocolate and the contents of all cups was in the bottom of his bag after him to go to redeliver he drove off and marked my order as delivered totally disgusting service from just eight and can't contact Costa discussed

Costa is where once trained Baristas were making delicious and lovely looking cup of coffees of any kind. Nowadays they train no more and all you get is (decent) coffee thrown into your cup with steamed milk. It’s the shade of what this Company once was. The prices adjust with inflation. The product looks poorer than ever!

Delivery time needs improvement. 40 mins for a bacon roll & iced latte is too long.

Cappuccino was undrinkable, bitter as hell, the latte my husband got was a bit better, but still more bitter than normal. The guy who served us looked rather grumpy, think he transferred the mood into the coffee. Extremely disappointed, it used to be a good café, but after today's experience not sure I want to come back, especially as Corby has a multitude of cafes now that I can try out.

The lad doing the coffee was lovely as for the woman serving she needs retraining really miserable as usual.

Love this Costa. As a visitor to many of them over the years this one is very good with friendly staff. But cheeky sometimes but that's part of the fun ☺️ You know exactly what to expect with Costa and the Corby Town Centre one doesn't disappoint.

The food and drinks were good. Coffee could have been a bit hotter as it was only warm but it tasted good regardless. Had to wait quite a long time in the queue as there were only 3 staff members, one for till and food, one doing hot drinks and one doing cold. Unfortunately this isn’t enough staff for speedy service in this establishment. Bewiched have 3 staff members during weekdays also and do not struggle with speedy service even at busy periods and are able to clean tables and chairs. Tables and chairs were all dirty, as when empty cups were being taken away, the tables were not being wiped. Cutlery all over the floor was not being picked up. Also upstairs was closed off for some reason? When it was busy as well so it would have been useful to have that

What made this place for me was the amazing staff, nothing too much trouble for them, friendly and welcoming. Well done!

The soya you use has a horrible taste. Alpro is the best soya milk. Also wanted a gluten free lunch like a sandwich, not a flapjack, so I went elsewhere for lunch. Won't be returning until you stock a decent soya milk. Also the price is high for using cheap milk

The Costa Coffee in Corby is right at the edge of Willow Place Shopping Centre opposite Primark. We arrived just before nine, and it was very quiet. I ordered a large cappuccino, and it was delicious. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We were delighted with the Costa cappuccino! ☕️😄 The moment it arrived, I was captivated by its alluring layers. The rich aroma of freshly brewed espresso danced with the sweet, creamy scent of steamed milk and the frothy, airy foam on top. 🤤☕️🥛 With the first sip, I was treated to a symphony of flavours. The espresso was a bold and exquisite harmony of chocolatey richness and hints of nutty undertones. It played perfectly against the velvety smoothness of the steamed milk, creating a delightful contrast that was both comforting and refreshing. ☕️🍫🥛 And let's not forget that milk foam! 😍🥰 Its lightness added a playful element to each sip, making the experience exceptional. The foam's airy texture was a perfect counterpoint to the intense flavours below, leaving me with a smile and a warm feeling inside. However, the cakes, on the other hand, do tend to be quite dry, I would have expected this if it were the end of the day, but the coffee shop wasn't even open for an hour, and the cakes were already dry. The toilets are by a pin which you get through your receipt, and there are toilets upstairs and downstairs.

No more expensive than other coffee shops and plenty of seating.

We had great tasting americano, late and cappuccino served by polite and helpful staff. Unfortunately, the chocolate biscuit cake we ordered was stale and certainly did not meet your usual standards. What a shame.

ordered off uber eats, first order got cancelled because they didn't have the items i wanted- fair enough. ordered a second time and had to wait over an hour for them to even have my order ready to be collected, then it arrived and two of my items weren't even in the order. no communication from the store or anything, thank god uber eats was happy to refund. definitely won't be buying from here again.

Costa Coffee is a fantastic place to get your caffeine fix. The coffee is consistently delicious, and the cozy atmosphere is perfect for catching up with friends or getting work done. Ordered over Uber three times now and had wrong items every time. Missing syrups from drinks, wrong items sent, and coffee tasted burnt. Been in store also and have experienced the worst drinks of any Costa here. Had a latte with literally no foam at all in it, from a staff member who had been there for a long time so should know better.

Nice large coffee shop so always room to sit. Has the same menu as other Costa's. They offered me marshmallows as they had no bunny's in for the Easter promotion which was great. Excellent staff.

Staff seemed unwelcoming. The person who served me rolled their eyes which made me want to walk out if it wasn't for my friend who wanted a drink. The atmosphere was uneasey but the drinks are superb (drinks are like this as a standard at any costa) there are better places to have your afternoon coffee.

I've been spoilt by the coffee shops in Italy. Coffee in the UK have not a patch on them. Slow and dirty, front door has been broken for what seems 2 years.

Nice coffee and atmosphere, but could you do something about the sticky table at the window when entering the shop? You literally can't put your hands on it without leaving half of your sleeve on the table.

Always a good place to stop while travelling for work. Usually plenty of space to grab a table and get some work done while you have a coffee. Friendly staff and clean facility.

Dirty and understaffed. Sadly also overpriced. If you have to put up with sticky tables and floors plus garbage on the tables it should be cheap and it's not.

It's Costa...hits the right spot and the pocket but you get what you pay for I guess..

Drink where good as can be expected, however the state of the toilet facilities was disgusting... With what I can only describe as raw sewage coming up the plug of the sink, the toilet didn't look like it had been cleaned in weeks, and the floor was covered in urine... Will probably avoid going here again

1st time I've been in for a few months. Cutlery looked and felt unwashed. Cup and saucers had chips in and the shop itself generally looked unclean

You can never go wrong in Costa good coffee with syrups of surprise! Really lovely polite and friendly staff that go the extra mile with smiles and happiness. If all shops had staff like this Costa staff the world would be a better place!

July 2022 - Dog mess.. I ordered a latte, a frappe and 2 cakes at 3pm through uber eats.. The latte was out of stock so chose another.. out of stock.. changed again. In stock.. it Gave me a delivery time of 3.35pm time.. changed to 3.40,3.45,3.50, then 4.15.. sat until 4pm waiting, the app stated they have been "preparing order" since 3pm.. how hard is it?? I went on Google and it says closes at 4.30pm.. At 4.05pm they answer phone to say its been ready for an hour and a half and no one has came to pick it up. Absolute liars. I didn't even order it an hour and a half ago ir was an hour..she was quick to explain how to get a refund..sounds like this is their normal procedure..we cancelled. Then the app said someone is collecting my order.. I rang the shop and she said its fine he came and she told him we cancelled. Then app said someone else was on the way to my address. I rang uber eats and the cancelled it completely. Joke of a service. Costa should just stick to in store or drive through.. waste of time..

Ordered x3 drinks black coffee had a film over the top of it and particles floating in it. Server was very apologetic. Offered another or a refund. We took the refund. While we still drinking in. Decided to sit next to us and talk about us to another colleague. Will not return for that reason.

My favorite store, great staff, good prices, clean and tidy and accessible for all. I love it here!

Absolutely love this Costa. Been going since the day it opened. Other Costa locations don't even come close at the moment.... The group of staff in there at the moment are out of this world!!!!!!

Although the coffee shop was nice,it was a sunny day so wanted to sit outside but the front door is right round the other side and 1 other thing,there should be a rubbish bin on the front with the tables so we could clear our mess up when we were finished but others like me had to leave our cups and plates on the table,it would have been great if Costa had a door that opened out on to the patio,shame.

Im ordered salted caramel frappe. They didn't have clear plastic cups for it and frappe haven't had caramel in it at all

Quick service, very clean place and friendly staff members. One of the baristas is very lovely and treats everyone with the utmost respect!

OMG the worst experience in COSTA I've ever had, the order was completed incorrectly, didn't even receive my cakes on the tray had to ask the barista for them, and then a kid (not ours) no older than 3yrs old got stuck in the toilet and we got a lecture from staff whilst he's actual mum was stood talking to another colleague felt very targeted when we was only trying to help the little boy as he was crying in the toilet received no apology from staff

My son really likes Costa, the last couple of times he's wanted to treat me 😂, unfortunately those last 2 times, the drinks were wrong. Chai Latte extra hot with cinnamon, not hot, no cinnamon. His drink, salted caramel frostino, no cream. Came with no caramel in it and cream on top.... took his back and the guy still said it was the right drink?? I insisted it wasn't! Reminded him it had no caramel and did have cream which we said no to. Costa charge for extras yet when you don't have all in your drink you still pay the same price!? I don't like our town Costa, it needs a refurbishment now, its needing a good scrub, nothing worse than seeing drip marks and coffee dribbles down chair and table legs! Maybe I'm a bit fussy 🤔, but I look at everything when I eat or drink anywhere. Nothing worse than seeing dirty tables, stained wood and drip marks down furniture. Cleaning rota needs reviewed.

First time in my long experience with Costa ( my favourite coffee ever) I was extremely disappointed about customer service.... I ordered Coconut latte with extra shot.... I received Coconut decaffeinated coffee..... I was too tired and was a long queue so I decided to leave my coffee and go to other coffee shop..... Make sure you check your order before you will experience the big disappointment.

The barista with blue hair and glasses is really cute and makes the best coffee I've ever had in my life. I usually drink my coffee bitter, but his cuteness makes the drink a lot sweeter.

Extremely slow to serve. Spent more time talking to each other than taking orders and making drinks.

Absolutely disgusted. Like many of us my family has struggled during the pandemic and I understand that employees would be under pressure, especially when they once again will undergo lockdown tomorrow for another month; however that does not excuse the disregard of courtesy that what I assume is the manager who was on duty this afternoon had. He respectably so ended up enforcing social distancing between customers, which I can respect; however what i cannot respect is when it is done in a cold and malice attitude to then turn around to his colleague who was serving to make a statement looking down on us all like we were children. Other customers were clearly not happy and when I decided to leave other customers called out on it to point out that they are loosing customers for their rude attitude. If that was one of the management then he should be sacked as we are customers, whom are to be served with respect, not throw our money at an already expensive establishment to be spoken to in such disregard.

This is a outlet I have visited more than once for meetings with colleagues etc but today has shown me how one person can change an opinion of an outlet and made much easier when it is the manager. Whilst waiting for drinks to be prepared today there was a lady next to me who was extremely polite ordering her drink but despite being polite the manager who was preparing drinks for myself and colleague couldn't help mock the woman and answered everything she asked for with a no or a nope despite the fact he was not serving this lady and I can only assume he found himself hysterical which he was not, this was made even worse by the fact that he then decides its more important to look for a gif on his phone instead of serving the drinks we had ordered......I sometimes wonder why people insist in working in the customer service when its clearly not a job they are cut out for

Social distancing is very good. Service is frustratingly slow. Bacon rolls are best described as limp.

If you want warm milk that tastes like it the cow might of been near a cup of coffee at some point in its life - this is the place for you. If you want an actual coffee? Go elsewhere.

Ordered a belgian chocolate cold drink, tasted like ice water, its horrible. There was no queue and yet it took almost 10 minutes to make this drink. Don’t recommend this place!!!
