Lovely air conditioned room, friendly staff and helpful. From my point of view the only downside is parking, I drive a high top long wheelbase van and was difficult to find a space.

I stayed at the Premier Inn Cambridge (A14, J32) hotel from August 12th to September 5th, and I had an excellent experience throughout my time there. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a long stay. The staff truly made my stay memorable. Haseeb, Kim, Joe, and Sreemon were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their professionalism and kindness went above and beyond, making me feel at home. The dining options were also a highlight of the stay. The variety and quality of food were impressive, ensuring a great start and end to each day with delicious meals. Additionally, the location of the hotel is brilliant—easily accessible and conveniently located for exploring Cambridge and the surrounding area. I highly recommend Premier Inn Cambridge (A14, J32) to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay with exceptional service. I will definitely be returning!

Can I just thank Joe Joyce for his wonderful service. I've returned to this hotel a number of times and he's always on the ball running around trying to help everyone. So polite professional and friendly. I stay in alot of hotels and the service in this is excellent. All do a great job-and Joe stands out Pleases send my thanks on to Joe and the team

Answer the phone? Might be a good start. 30 minutes of calling to book 6 rooms. No answer. I'll take my £1,000 odd elsewhere.

Really clean room. Check in smooth and easy. Had breakfast and it was super busy. Not enough staff and restaurant too small for the size of hotel. The quality of the breakfast was fantastic though. Perfect location for the A14 and 10 minutes into the centre of Cambridge in a taxi. Loads of free parking on site as well.

Very happy with the service and hotel. Parking good. Restaurant good. Happy to recommend and will visit again next time I'm in the area.

Very surprised at this hotel The brand is normally one you can trust for quality and consistancy. Sadly something is wrong here. Staff seem disinterested, the place feels unloved and shabby. No WiFi working in entire hotel, room was noisy, loads of blue badge parking was taken up by non disabled people, tv did not work properly. Did not stay for breakfast as did not want to chance it. Won't stay here again. Someone in the company needs to do something about this hotel...it is not what usual premier inns are like.... big disappointment.

Reception excellent. Meal was terrible,and waited 45minutes for a simple gammon and chips. The starter was almost inedible left 2/3 of it...

Slightly hidden away in a residential area but one of the better Premier Inns with an outstanding breakfast.

Good pit stop for JLS concert have used this Inn on a few occasions now . Staff helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend

The moment that I have requested a different room because room 317 was having the paint peeling off the walls the gentleman in the from dance lied to me telling me that there are no rooms available. The moment that he was confronted with the truth he became very defensive and had racial tendencies. The hotel had rooms available online and his colleagues confirmed that my room could have been switched. Customer service was extremely poor and rude to the point of this gentleman letting me use the bathroom. I strongly recommend finding a different hotel.

Sadly I think Premier Inn have let their quality slide at this branch. We’ve been visiting this particular hotel for a while since its opening as it was very convenient for visiting family but unfortunately I don’t think I’d stay again. The bathrooms are in dire need of updating or renovating and neither me or my husband were too keen on taking a bath in the bathtub this time. The flush on the loo was also broken and there were issues with the aircon that the very friendly staff were sadly unable to help with and we are yet to hear from customer services nearly a month after our stay. I can’t fault the lovely staff, and the breakfast was very impressive for a budget hotel - but the room itself is slipping in standard and I would consider staying at one of the other nearby alternatives instead next time.

Booked 2 nights for Duxford Air Show June 1st. Not disappointed at all. This hotel is smart with welcoming friendly staff, great food, breakfast and dinner. Jumbo Prawn Linguine delicious! Our ground floor room was quiet and restful. White, fluffy towels, crisp bed linen and a very comfortable bed. Highly recommend this hotel. Would be very happy to stay again.

Great location for us to get into Cambridge. Milton Park and ride is literally 10min ride away. Nice hotel, with plenty of parking. We had a room facing the a14 road, but it was still quiet. Had a great night's sleep. Nice friendly welcome

We didn't stay due to a family emergency yet they didn't even offer to refund our breakfast that we had paid for the next day! Pretty poor I think

Nice clean hotel, has bar and restaurant on-site too. Staff friendly and helpful.Parking can fill up and is pretty tight. Location is ideal as on outskirts of city you can take a steady walk in which takes an hour or 5min drive into centre. Car parks are pretty pricey though

Had operation booked at Spire Lea hospital nearby. Follow-up at 0700 next day so needed to stay locally. Booked Premier Inn as it was so convenient. On arrival, receptionist Kim said we could have early check in. They would organise taxis on day of op and next day for follow-up. The staff were so understanding and accommodating, organising dinner and breakfast, they made the whole experience like a mini-holiday! Totally recommended, so clean and smart and friendly! Most enjoyable!

Good location but don't take too much notice of Sat Nav. Large carpark with plenty of spaces. Location just of A12 within a housing estate. Lots of 20 mph roads nearby though so watch out if you are driving. Friendly staff, good size room at time of visit.

Lovely budget hotel. The room was clean and spacious for a solo traveller staying for a night. Some pervading noise from the A14, but nothing to keep me awake! Meal deal inc 2 course evening meal ,a drink( from a specific list) and the all you can eat breakfast was outstand8ng value and of excellent quality. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would happily stay there again.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times and every time the staff have been excellent. Very good table service by all wait staff. The food is always great. I recommend staying here very much.

It's a pretty standard Premier Inn so no surprises about the generally good standard of rooms and service. Biggest issue is the WiFi and lack of mobile/data signal. The WiFi basically didn't work and the Vodafone signal was painfully slow. For this reason I would choose elsewhere if comms are important to you.
