Premier Inn Bristol Sidcot (A38) hotel in North Somerset

Last minute booking whilst travelling home from Bristol Airport, the team at the hotel were really helpful, got our room ready quickly whilst we ate a very enjoyable meal in their restaurant. Great breakfast the following morning.

Welcoming and friendly staff and brilliant food

Great find stopping overnight on our way back from Cornwall to see Cheddar Gorge The staff are excellent moved us to a dog friendly room Biscuits and a towel and bowls for food and water lots of fussing and love Ignoring us but we are only Humans 😂😂

Sunday lunch was very 2nd rate and not good value. Service was also poor. Coffee not bad though. Definitely would not go again.

Absolutely love staying here. This is our 2nd time and it was like staying here for the first time again. Staff were very welcoming. The lady at reception with dark hair was a joy to talk to, the bar staff were very welcoming. They recognised us from the first time and greeted us with open arms. Look forward to staying here again

Now under new owners Heartstone Inns, food excellent albeit not an extensive menu. Good value for prices charged. Offered home made lasagne in place of pre- prepared menu option, my wife had it and it was very good. Nice selection of daily desserts. Staff very pleasant, helpful and attentive without being over intrusive. Understand refurbishment imminent so look forward to visiting again. Recommended and reserve a table in case not a quiet day.

It serves its purpose if your flying out the next morning

Can never go wrong with a Premier inn for an overnight stay. Clean, comfortable and pleasant to stay in. Attached eatery also present. Had a very lovely waitress tend to our families breakfast. Was eager to help everyone.

Disappointing. We had to wait a long time for our breakfast, which was pretty bad when it arrived (cold food on cold plates, undercooked hash browns, overcooked sausage, solid and rubbery poached egg). And the free wifi was hopeless, so we had to spend an extra £5 on ‘ultimate’ wifi. Either offer functional free wifi or don’t.

One problem with the hotel, we stayed in room 103 Which is up a spiral set of stairs to get to the first floor?

Before we got to Bristol Airport we needed to eat something. We arrived on a Sunday just before Noon. Food was being served at noon so we ordered the carvery which was nice and quick as we had a flight to catch

Fantastic Premier inn, my whole family used it for my wedding at Coombe Lodge and they were great. I even got given a bottle of prosecco as a congratulations from the restaurant team! Such a lovely touch.

Needed somewhere to stay at last minute due to emergency so called in, told we needed to book online & could use the hotel wifi to do so. The wifi was like dial up & we couldn't get a phone signal so it was very difficult, kept getting dumped out of the booking website, went back to check-in & was told all the rooms were locked out probably as we had been trying to put them in cart, said to wait 15 minutes & try again, did that but still same so gave up & drove elsewhere!

Rooms could do with a bit of a refresh , staff very friendly, food good, handy night stop for Bristol Airport. Yes would stay again.

Booked in advance for breakfast, but 1hr 20min wait for food after ordering. The waitress did say a table of 9 infront of us, but wow. We won't return

Ordered 3 x fish chips on a Friday lunch got told they only had 2 portions service took nearly half an hour, when it came fish batter all cold and soft and with only a dozen chips. Not impressed at all. Also the cheese pie ordered in place of the fish was very very hard crust with just a bit of cheese sauce inside, not good at all . I could go on about the repairs needed around the place but I think this is enough

Very bad signal at this hotel nothing wrong with rooms or staff but literally 0 signal in the rooms and everyone knows how bad premier inn WiFi is

Very nice hotel .stayed after a late flight .very friendly member of staff when we arrived on Sunday night help us with our case .very nice room spotless and fresh looking .quiet .just what we needed after late arrival .Will stay again
