Amazing location just outside of Bournemouth. Staff are very friendly, had a nice chat with the receptionist and she made sure our stay was lovely and well equipped with coffee.

An overnight stop before going to Southampton to go on a cruise. Friendly reception staff. Usual Premier Inn room. No problems, nice Beefeater next door.

I stayed here for two nights with my wife and our six-month-old baby. The rooms were modern and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable, and all the amenities worked as expected. The staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to assist us. When I needed an iron and board, they promptly arranged for them. Our baby slept soundly throughout our stay, and they kindly provided a safe cot for her before we arrived. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, shame there is no cooling system but this is the UK and we don't expect it to be so warm. Receptionist was polite and helpful.

One of the better Premier Inn's. Restaurant staff inparticularly are very good. Only gripe the lack of staff at reception, seem to be AWOL more than present whenever you need someone.

Restaurant was too busy and with a chef down they could not serve me an evening meal on the 1st night even with a meal deal from the hotel! Then I realised the room was missing towels! Soon got my towel from reception

Very convenient location... staff were friendly, professional and courteous... Beefeater food and welcome was great...Unfortunately the room had black mould hidden behind the beds and curtains making the stay very uncomfortable and the overall cleanliness did not meet the usual Premier Inn standard.... Again the staff in the morning were great and asked that I let Premier Inn corporate know... I did.... and for the first time in many, many years of staying with Premier Inn I reported the issues in the hope it would help them address them.....Instead of offering assurances that they would correct the problems, they were dismissive, condescending and inferred I was the problem. So sad...but NEVER again. Customer loyalty is crucial, but customer service by the corporate owners was lamentable.

Newly decorated by the new owners, sweet little Christmas touches. Couple or more leather sofas with scatter cushions, nice high back arm chairs, with a couple of wood burning fires. Unfortunately there were no matches in the premises, there were a total of six patrons including us, when the barmaid asked us all for some matches. Nobody carried any matches to help the barmaid light a fire in this little but very cold pub. Unfortunately the person who ordered ham egg and chips, had to have his lunch without an egg as the cooker needed a match to help the young lady to cook the egg! There was a pleasant surprise in the menu, with about five items for main at Β£10 and a similar number for pudding at Β£5 each, a lovely little menu, we only had drinks. Sadly due to the place being so cold, the lack of any lighting for the fires or the cooker, something that an eatery MUST have, we will not be revisiting this place in a hurry, despite it being so close for us.

I have never had a curry that had no spices and tasted of perhaps just British gravy. After asking for a replacement, about 8 minutes later the same food arrived. 5 stars for replacing it. But it was the same. Phoned. Guy argued with me telling me it was great and fine and he'd checked it and it was chicken dopiaza. He took enormous offence at my attempt to describe the taste as chicken stuffing gravy. Swore at me several times on the phone. Told me my taste buds are wrong. Never had a curry without curry before. Will never go back. Have gone many many times before and thought it was great. Sad moment.

I can't believe I've wasted 2 years in Ferndown without trying this restaurant. Food was superb, service was faultless, clean and tidy. I will be back time after time. Thank you, it was truly a "Joy"
