Must be the only Premier inn that doesn't serve breakfast as a walk in .

I didn't stay at this hotel, I used the Amazon locker in the reception area. 5* for that

Really enjoyed staying here. Great customer service from the staff. They were very accommodating and helpful. One of my party was disabled with a wheelchair and they took care of us well. Would definitely stay here again.

Very good experience from the start. Rachel was amazing , friendly, helpful and professional. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a nice and relaxing stay very near the city centre.

Hotel with quite reasonable prices, with spacious and comfortable rooms. But the best thing is the charisma and good attention of the staff, especially Rachel, who offers us her services every day in the restaurant with great attention and kindness, always ready to help with everything you need. Thank you Rachel!!!!

Several rooms with no heating - portable heaters. Pub building reeked of drains. Couldn't even finish our drinks due to the awful smell. Bath filled when using shower.

Hotel is good. Restaurant is poor. Menu is poor as they don't sell salad. Menu is very restricted. Mr whitbread should consider what he is doing to Premier Inn as their restaurants up for sale are going down hill very quick.. I stay in Premier Inn many times a year with work but the sale of the restaurants is not working. Carl

The toilet paper was empty upon arrival. The room was clean and satisfactory. There is no room service. The TV had no casting capabilities, so it was either commercial television or nothing. The internet was extremely poor. I'm assuming that's because they want you to pay for the upgrade. I didn't, so I can't comment on its capabilities. All the staff were very friendly, pleasant, and helpful. There was plenty of available parking, and it was easy to access. It's a good place if you need a bed.

Room very tired, very shabby bathroom, needs complete refurbishment. Double room only 1 large towel. Bedside light not working. Normally love premier inns so very disappointed. Mentioned to receptionist who was apologetic and said she would sort out. Personally the bathroom was beyond repair.

Stayed 5 nights, requested just one room clean and change of towels but that didn't happen even after a 2nd request. Also the place has a problem with cars being broken into in the car park. When I asked the staff member admitted as much even though it's supposedly all on cctv and monitored 24/7. I am a regular visitor to Birmingham but won't use this hotel again. Very poor from Premier inn normal standards.

My experience at the hotel what is not good at all as there was no fridge so I could put my insulin in as I was a diabetic the TV channels did not work properly I had somebody above me banging about all night long the rubbish bin with two small to put rubbish into not enough teal coffee and stuff that greeting me at the desk seem to be miserable as b****** didn't seem to be helpful enough I was very rude to my guess that come to visit me I feel that you need to ask people that my need a fridge for their bedroom so they can put medication into it and for the amount of money that a person pays for the rain I think I should get a free meal out of it as well

Good easy stay. The rooms need updating a bit. Air con in the room worked perfectly and the window did open! Very quiet for the majority of the stay. Staff were helpful and very friendly. I will say the carpark isn't safe. Either drive an old banger, or make sure that there is nothing in your car - lots of broken glass in the carpark. Or, find another car park.

Room was fine and staff were lovely and helpful BUT car park is very unsafe. Mine and another car's windows were smashed and judging from reviews this seems like a regular occurrence

The hotel and restaurant were fine but please heed this warning. I stayed there for 2 nights and each night, I saw at least 1 car that had the side window smashed. Me and my friends' cars were not targeted but, judging by the pockets of broken car window glass across the car park, these are frequent, if not nightly events. If you do stay here I implore you to leave NOTHING in your vehicle as theives obviously target this car park. I will be avoiding in future but be warned.

Premier Inns usually have no problems at all, however during my stay the internet was entirely down or incredibly slow. I pay for Ultimate WiFi too but it doesn’t help. In my room the bathroom smelled bad, it was clean but the smell persisted. Mould above the window too. Friendly staff.

I found the waitress rude as she just did our bill and didn’t ask if we had any vouchers when we can to pay so when we did get the bill it was more than what we should of paid I challenged her about it when she said he hadn’t showed her the voucher then she went to check with a manager even though my partner told her it was a birthday voucher he had we won’t be returning for a while as we had to send the one meal back the manhattan calzone back I think the waitress that served us tonight needs more training on her customer service each time we have been it’s always been a problem with paying the bill x

Gone downhill. Advertise an open time of 6am but at 6:15 there's no breakfast or any other food available. Staff seem uninterested. Surely if a food premises advertises an open time of 6am then all of their products Is available at that time ready to be sold. It's called preparation. Not start cooking at 6am and turning Dissapointed customers away like myself. The previous shop on colmore row was always ready with delicious food on opening at 6am.
