Premier Inn Bideford Hotel in Torridge

Nice Premier Inn in a very convenient location.

Ideal location right next to a star bucks and macdonals and Aldi 2min walk

The room was exactly as you'd expect in a Premier Inn and was clean. We were only given two mugs and two teaspoons in a family room, although reception gave us two more as soon as we asked. Premier Inn beds are always comfy but only six pillows in a room for four people isn't enough for us - we all like two each. Again, we asked for more, but none were available, which was disappointing.

Stayed at this hotel after an unpleasant stay at another Premier Inn in Helston. The room was lovely and clean and smelt normal! Although the windows couldn't be opened, the ventilation worked well. We had been warned of building work taking place due to the addition of extra rooms and were not affected at all by noise. We were on the top floor which I think helped. The restaurant where we had breakfast was very good. The buffet was well stocked, seating was easy and always tables available. A very pleasant stay all round.

We are here for a family funeral in the area, they have been fabulous, getting us all together, booking tables for dinner and breakfast too. Thank you for being so lovely

Used this PI for a one night stay while we were having emergency repair works completed in our house. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the service. The lady that checked us in was wonderful and even brought us a few biscuits to keep our children occupied while we unpacked, and then the gentleman that was doing breakfast in the morning was equally welcoming and helpful. I just feel they really went above and beyond to make our stay as stress free as possible given the very stressful day we had been having! I just wish I got names to thank them personally!

Basic hotel. You can't open the windows to let fresh air in.

Great location, a place needed for a business trip.

Noise from up stairs above us on this stay (stomping / foot steps through the night) but it's probably the 3rd or 4th stay and we will definitely go back.

This hotel went out there way to help me. My planned hotel was disgusting so after a 5 hour journey I needed a room for the night at 8pm ! I called them and they assured me they had a room for me before i travelled another 45 mins to get to them. The kind receptionist rung the restaurant to ask them to not close the kitchen so I could get something to eat while she booked me in. I managed to get a meal then get a good nights rest. So thankfully to the lady on reception.

AVOID!! Do you like banging doors, shouting, families running up and down corridors setting fire alarms off? Do you like multiple trips to reception until 4am? Do you like listening to the nocturnal activities of your neighbours to the sound of car alarms? Do you like having to argue over their good night sleep guarantee because you mentioned all of this on the second night and not on the first? Well guess what, you're going to love Premier Inn Bideford and their customer service! Suggest you look elsewhere if you're going to stay as friends who live locally inform us that this is quite normal!

Lovely, clean, comfortable premier inn. Nice friendly welcome from receptionist and had a fantastic nights sleep. Close to local amenities and only thing letting it down was the awful breakfast at the Brewers Fayre opposite (will leave a separate review for that). Other than that, prefect for one or two nights stay.

Food is great and very value for money

Nice clean room, lovely staff, really friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Needs extra help as the poor woman always had a long queue.
