Great place to stay, although thought I would treat myself to the plus room, all good other than the ultimate wifi was not working and the normal wifi was down, very disappointed

Ladies on the front desk were polite and pleasant. However for £180 a night I think that the TV should work. I was told that the TVs in all rooms were down, and it would take 4 hours to get them working! The Harvester next door was poor. The service was good, but if the food is sub standard then we are on a loser! Rib eye was crusty around the edges and as tough as a dockers boot! Needs a chef desperately! Might I suggest that the Premier inn looks at its pricing policy as for the price I paid, I could have stayed in a top London Hotel and gone out for an acceptable meal. Who is pocketing the profits ? Shareholders?

The room was very clean, it's in a good location and the young lady on the desk was very polite and very helpful.

A popular and regular (ish) stopover. Always get here if we can.

I'll start with this: the last lot to own and operate this shop were a very tough act to follow. Almost unfair to whomever followed. The previous owners operated in that unique space between 'kebab shop' and 'Turkish restaurant' and all their stuff was amazing – real 'secret sauce stuff' when it came to their meat. Having tried this new shop's offerings a few times, I'd say what we got is aligned back towards what you'd expect from an out-and-out kebab shop. We ordered what we used to order from the previous owners, and it just wasn't the same. I don't want to denigrate a brand-new business just starting out, so please take this review with a pinch of salt as things will probably change as the business matures. But for us, the unique selling point and the reason why we used to buy from this shop on a weekly basis has gone. So for us, it's time to mourn the passing of what was and move on to try and find something to replace it. To end on a positive though, if you enjoy honest to goodness kebab shop food, you'll probably be just fine here. Good luck to the new owners and I hope you make a big success of it all.
