Great staff, very patient and happy to cook extra eggs at Breakfast. Fantastic!

Huge pot holes in the carpark. I'm talking serious holes that will do major damage to your car. Especially in darkness or rain. Really lets the place down. This needs dealing with urgently. I do not recommend booking here until they sort it out. Some are hard to avoid. They are not 'new' either. Just neglect and lack of maintenance/cost cutting. Rooms standard comfortable beds. Go to another and avoid this one. Maybe that will speed up their repairs?

This is our second time staying at hotel as we visit friends in Aberdeen. Staff are always lovely & helpful. Room clean & comfortable.

Large clean and warm room. Lots of parking even for a large van. The person at the reception, Kris, was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service from the staff from the hotel and the restaurant next door great night sleep with good food

If you intend to sleep then you are at the wrong hotel. The hostel consists of a number of buildings and you are unlucky enough not to be in the main building then forget the idea of getting any sleep. Every time someone closes a door in the building, the door slams and reverberates through the entire building. This will be my last time staying in this hotel.

Great hotel with clean rooms, plenty parking space and good restaurant. It's very quiet at night.

Great stay overnight last week then again yesterday. Staff were fantastically cheerful and welcoming each time which is really appreciated after an six hour drive. Rooms spotless as ever. Location was great for me as my job required me to be just outside the City but able to nip in quickly. Massive tasty breakfasts each day. Thanks for everything. Especially the top value price.

Not the cleanest. Bathroom was quite pubey and the loose toilet seat moved when you put it up to reveal a 'brown stain' :/ Staff were friendly and I got a good night's sleep so that's the main thing I suppose.

Stains on bed and bedding. Fitted sheet didn't fit the bed. Covering peeling off table. Radiator rusty. Staff very helpful and rectified all this. However, entire hotel needs refurbished. Premier inn to me was always the best of the travel hotels, but I'm afraid not this one. Also, last orders at the bar was 9.45 and closed at 10pm! On a Saturday night?

Rooms very dated, no heating in my room,looking at the radiator never had heating for a while, it was 13 in my room, sat with 2 pairs of trousers,jumper and coat on,went to reception and he took a note,that will warm me up,not. I went and sat in my car to warm up,not good at all in middle of snow storm

Room was suitable for two night stay in the area. Reception staff helpful and polite. However, would not recommend the Brewers Fayre next door, food from Christmas menu served cold, returned food, served food again, still cold. Whole order was reimbursed and Manager profusely apologised. Glad we didn't order breakfast as another guest said it wasn't good either unfortunately.

Rock hard pillows, uncomfortable bed, rotten skirting boards adjacent to the shower. I can usually get to sleep very easily, but not when I stayed here. I complained about the rock hard pillows and the staff commented 'we can't do anything about it'. AVOID

None of the lights worked. Shower didn't work. Fittings worn and tired looking.Room was clean and tidy.

Come up from Essex to see friends, and booked this hotel due to the restaurant being next door. I was meet at the front desk by Julia, who went above and beyond to make my stay as enjoyable as it can be. Very welcoming and a friendly smile. Dinner at the restaurant was perfect, hot and fresh, breakfast was a little dry from sitting under the lights, but still enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again

Again it's a premier inn but it's the staff that make the hotel stay a good one. I stay in lots of premier inns and this is one of my favourite just because of the staff. A 10 min walk and you have Asda and McDonald's etc on a retail park. Nothing much around but a good decent stay

Just went for a meal with family ... food was lovely service was great no complaints

From the outside the hotel looked a little sketchy but the inside was very nice. Stewart was at the front desk and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. He was so kind and helped with so many things that he was not obligated to.

Always come back here when working spend over a month a year at this place

The Breakfast gets a 10/10 Asked for my pudding twice and waited for over an hour for it as the bar staff was a bit braindead. But said to the manager and she sorted it right away. But all the food is spot on

Clean enough and comfy enough. It would be handy if a room that's booked for 3 people, was set up for 3 people though - 3 cups, 3 glasses etc. Lovely staff though.

I do like my premier Inn but tonight was not that good no veiw couldn't open window but love the food

Looks fairly new, however, some of the rooms need some maintenance, i was in Room 421 and the window would not close properly - very draughty, and during the storm Kathleen April 2024 it was freezing cold, i did get reception to come and look at it but i was not offered another room, bathroom also had mould around the bottom of the bath panelling due to water damage - Come on Whitbread, put customers before profit if you dare - The brewers fayre (attached) offers decent evening meals which was the only plus point!!

Clean and very comfortable rooms. Good shower, good bed. Excellent attention at check in.

Food wasn't up to standard fish must have swam back to sea because my fish left is jacket on the plate service wasn't good either, got refund on one dish because there was a plate just with batter No fish disappointed am going for a decent fish supper.

The room was booked per a weekend we were having and as it's the only place really within a viable distance we chose the Premier inn, the bedrooms were pretty standard as expected but the beds were the comfiest beds I've ever slept in for a hotel with a budget, the breakfast was a decent variety but as it wasn't necessarily busy the food was left on a hot plate for quite a while and the food was pretty tough, while it done the job it just didn't taste fresh, I was also waiting around for some staff a few times but again it wasn't busy so I wasn't waiting long the staff were however really friendly and accommodating.

Lovely clean, comfortable bed, but I did find a biscuit under the desk.

Stayed in a few Premier Inns around Scotland. All were great and couldn’t fault this one at all. Great service, room was clean and well equipped, and food was great.

Nice and clean premier inn with plenty of parking.
