Does what it says. Normally get the home delivery and it's very efficient, pleasant and friendly delivery service

Super clean, super friendly, super quick excellent pizza.

Dominoes is always a great option, it's quick and easy, pizza was delivered very quick as well.

Tried to call twice no answer to Westhill. Popped in and said in would need to call first and would take 1 hour. Think u need more staff and customer care training.

Had issue with understanding staff but got there with correct order and pizza tasted great

very disappointed pizza had an orange tinge was confused until realised mozzorella had been changed to orange cheddar cheese te topping had very little chicken in the texas bbq counted five at most green pepper very sparse bbq taste still there 1 star, base good 1 star , prompt collection availability. On the whole taste disappointing. if domino's have to substitute customer should be informed, even for BOGOFF, £18 less a penny two mediums not worth it, wont be returning soon.

Never ever got my order right. Always had to phone to get it corrected.

Not a good experience In this branch. Numerous pizzas were somehow lost. Glazed looks from staff as the scanned the shelf hoping to see a different number. When in fact it was the same pizzas. Got a full refund and a pizza free of charge for my wait but an hour of your time to be told "we don't know where your pizza is", that's a one star from me.

Friendly staff willing to go the extra to help, fast service and good delivery time too. We mostly collect from this dominoes as they have a lunch-time deal. Once I was just over the time for the deal, as the staff were on the phone taking an order. They let me have it no problem. Some places may have stuck to the letter of the law but they could see that the delay wasn't my fault. Even when it's very busy with collections they still get your order ready in time and as fresh as ever.

Rubbish. It's always rubbish because they're always late, one pizza is almost always done so has to sit under the heat lamps until the next one arrives. Terrible franchise compared to most others

Absolute nightmare! Received a text message re. 50% off promotion, as the website was down I phoned and placed our order at 18:44 using the promotion code and was informed our order would be with us in 30 mins. 1 hour later called again and was told our order would be with us in minutes. Then we were called buy Dominoes saying this was a spree offer only (the text message never mentioned spree, neither did the person who took the order and they never said anything about special T&Cs) after reading the text message we were told the food would be with us in 10 minutes! We called again at 20:12 and were told the order was dispatched at 20:08, it finally arrived at 20:28. During the call at 20:12 I explained that not once had we had an apology and requested a call back from the manager, it's now 20:42 and no call has been received, no surprise really. Not impressed, absolute terrible customer service and I will be raising this complaint much higher. If you want food by a certain time, don't use this lot. - 0 Stars

Awfull. Horrible aftertaste greasy and the dough is horribly rolled so much so it bubbles up and wrecks the pizza

Plenty staff who are nice and quick. Quality of prep is better than some of the other domino's in aberdeen

I have to say, the shop is clean, and staff very friendly... but I simply wasn't impressed with the pizza. It was "ok", maybe I just had too high expectations, and expected a "really good" pizza... but considering the price, I expected more than just "ok". Nothing wrong with it, but it certaily didn' blow me away, and for the price it was I'm afraid it will have to be three stars. :(
