Holiday Inn Aberdeen - West, an IHG Hotel in Aberdeenshire

Stayed for 2 nights with 2 infants and my partner, great service from the minute we walked in to the minute we left, all the staff was lovely and polite, it’s not to far to travel to do things with the kids/places to eat our, breakfast was overall good and had a small corner with some blocks and colouring stuff so was great to sit near it when you have a child that doesn’t sit still, room was clean and everything was set up for when we got to room, requested a cot which wasn’t in room but when i phoned down to let them know it was brought up within 5 minutes from a lovely member of staff, can not fault anything or anyone at all and will be back! all the staff should give themselves a pat on the back! thanks for making our stay a breeze x

Excellent hotel with Pub and Restaurant, good choice and quality of food.

A good quality hotel, let down a bit by maintenance issues in the bedroom itself.

The best of the holiday. Excellent breakfast and slightly more spacious room. Ample parking.

Terrible experience, the family room has a bed sofa that doesn't have a sheet, the matter is Really dirty and has many holes. All room is dirty. The shower screen has fungus Bed bugs... The pilows has blood, and darks marks. The wifi isn't working. The heater isn't working. The receptionist with dark hair isn't professional, and speaks really rude to the people. The food is really bad.

Clean room, delicious breakfast, lovely staff, near shopping center, near bus stop, 24-hr front desk, everything is perfect.

Had two nights in connection with the course. Quite excellent rooms, good bed, WiFi, although a bit tired bathroom. No fridge in the room unfortunately. Nice and clean.

Worst hotel I ever stayed. There is no quite time because you can hear every move your neighbours are doing, doors slamed, every step on the floor above you.

Tom yum soup is one of the best ive tasted in a long time.

We enjoyed our stay, Staff friendly, in particular Dave, breakfast good, dinner also very good, bathroom good, bed not too hard was comfortable. Location suited us as we had a car and there is a shopping centre opposite. A little dated, although bathroom updated.

11 of us went in for coffee today! Good service from Dave and had a laugh! Thank you and enjoy your holiday next week! Dave. See you when you get back 😀
