Premier Cafe in Cheshire West and Chester

Placed an order for delivery, the lady was very rude on the phone ‘we might be to busy but I’ll take down your order anyway’ never rang us back to let us know if they were going to deliver or not, nearly 2 hours later still waiting... we also tried to ring back to cancel the order and they turned the mobile off.... either that or blocked our number. Would not recommend.

I have a business on Road 4 in Winsford and we use Premier Cafe all the time both for take aways and sit in food. I find one previous comment very hard to believe as we are always treated very well and we use their cafe a lot. The food is very nice and plentiful and ALL the staff are great. this is a great little place where EVERYONE is friendly which makes a very refreshing change from some places around the North West. Thank you all and continue the great service.

Great little cafe ( not really that little) reminds me of the old transport cafes. Breakfast was excellent I had full breakfast off the menu ( there is 6 to choose from) which was perfect and I like a big breakfast. Staff were nice and friendly and I would definitely recommend.

Reasonable breakfast, and prices ,if you're taking your car for an MOT on the industrial estate, it will pass it bit of time, For a quick stop did the job, Road 5

Got my order wrong and when I try to let her know she told me they did not get it wrong lol and asked me am I sure I oredered from the right cafe lmao lmao denial she insults customers and its her way or highway unbelievable you can not run any business treating your customers the way she does . This cafe don't care about customers as like as she tak ur money decent breakfasts just a shame about owner bad attitude

What fantastic idea, who ever thought of it was great touch to the town, due to the sixe of the industrial estate its nice to go here form lunch between work. Have nice breakfast, and lunch.

Called in for breakfast by chance, and what a great little spot this is. Friendly staff and good value for money food, well worth a visit.

Great little cafe tucked away or the main road, spotted their signage as we traveled down the road. Food good value, honest and friendly owners.
