Placed an order for delivery, the lady was very rude on the phone ‘we might be to busy but I’ll take down your order anyway’ never rang us back to let us know if they were going to deliver or not, nearly 2 hours later still waiting... we also tried to ring back to cancel the order and they turned the mobile off.... either that or blocked our number. Would not recommend.

I have a business on Road 4 in Winsford and we use Premier Cafe all the time both for take aways and sit in food. I find one previous comment very hard to believe as we are always treated very well and we use their cafe a lot. The food is very nice and plentiful and ALL the staff are great. this is a great little place where EVERYONE is friendly which makes a very refreshing change from some places around the North West. Thank you all and continue the great service.

Great little cafe ( not really that little) reminds me of the old transport cafes. Breakfast was excellent I had full breakfast off the menu ( there is 6 to choose from) which was perfect and I like a big breakfast. Staff were nice and friendly and I would definitely recommend.

Got my order wrong and when I try to let her know she told me they did not get it wrong lol and asked me am I sure I oredered from the right cafe lmao lmao denial she insults customers and its her way or highway unbelievable you can not run any business treating your customers the way she does . This cafe don't care about customers as like as she tak ur money decent breakfasts just a shame about owner bad attitude

What fantastic idea, who ever thought of it was great touch to the town, due to the sixe of the industrial estate its nice to go here form lunch between work. Have nice breakfast, and lunch.

0 star if I could. Inedible. I ordered a donor calzone and I requested garlic butter inside which they did to be fair. But the dough was raw, was very greasy and had no flavour. The chips had no seasoning, just a big dollop of garlic mayo on top. Typical cheap takeaway, except that cost £13.70!. Never going back.

I have tried kebab in 8 countries and of all of them this is the worst, we went because we read the opinions but we regret it, maybe the other meals would be better, I don't know.

Parkgate Rd, Chester, CH66 9PB, United KingdomWe booked a spa break for my 50th birthday. The spa treatments were good, the hotel and food not so. Not what we would expect from a 4* establishment. Pen mark on the duvet cover, unknown marks on the bedroom ceiling, and just overall, lacking in attention to detail. Our meal was underwhelming, my main was barely warm. Nobody came to do a care check but we did tell the waiting staff. Tables in the lounge and bar left with dirty glasses and not cleared and it wasn’t because they were exceptionally busy. Overall very disappointing and took the shine off of my birthday celebrations. I contacted the hotel to complain, didn’t hear back, chased and got a response saying the management team would get back to me. That was 2 days ago! I’ve also asked for a breakdown of my bill and they haven’t even sent me that! A disappointing experience and lack of after sales customer care
