Placed an order for delivery, the lady was very rude on the phone ‘we might be to busy but I’ll take down your order anyway’ never rang us back to let us know if they were going to deliver or not, nearly 2 hours later still waiting... we also tried to ring back to cancel the order and they turned the mobile off.... either that or blocked our number. Would not recommend.

I have a business on Road 4 in Winsford and we use Premier Cafe all the time both for take aways and sit in food. I find one previous comment very hard to believe as we are always treated very well and we use their cafe a lot. The food is very nice and plentiful and ALL the staff are great. this is a great little place where EVERYONE is friendly which makes a very refreshing change from some places around the North West. Thank you all and continue the great service.

Great little cafe ( not really that little) reminds me of the old transport cafes. Breakfast was excellent I had full breakfast off the menu ( there is 6 to choose from) which was perfect and I like a big breakfast. Staff were nice and friendly and I would definitely recommend.

Got my order wrong and when I try to let her know she told me they did not get it wrong lol and asked me am I sure I oredered from the right cafe lmao lmao denial she insults customers and its her way or highway unbelievable you can not run any business treating your customers the way she does . This cafe don't care about customers as like as she tak ur money decent breakfasts just a shame about owner bad attitude

What fantastic idea, who ever thought of it was great touch to the town, due to the sixe of the industrial estate its nice to go here form lunch between work. Have nice breakfast, and lunch.

Chester Rd
The Woodland is close to Ellemere Port Hospital and serves for much of the day. Usual "Stonehouse" fayre. Very pleasant member of staff who checked for allergies and carried our drinks to our table as I am dodgy on my feet. We took advantage of the offer of two meals for £11.75 from a reduced menu. Pleasant food, but nothing special, except the price.

Chester RoadBoth curries tasted exactly the same. When I told the lad this he made a non-committal noise but after the meal the manager behind the bar came over and explained that they’d run out of one of the “pastes”?! So - they were the same. Would have been better to have been advised beforehand as mine was far too hot for my personal taste. Nice people, nice surroundings, average food, poor communication. By the time you’ve added rice to your dishes, curries are becoming expensive. Let’s face it, we don’t have to add on £3-4 for potatoes and vegetables if we go to a pub. This needs to change.

City Rd, Chester, CH1 3AE, United KingdomI wasn't a customer here, I came here because I was really ill and needed the bathroom. The staff were so kind to me, they checked in on me and gave me water it was very sweet. I will 100% come here when I am up for a drink just due to the sheer kindness they gave.

Barons Quay Shopping Centre, Leicester StreetA very comfortable space but a bit big. High ceiling makes it quite noisy. Not cosy but spacious. Food offer was good and the coffee was very good. Service at a high efficient standard.

4 Over SqI can only describe this place as a complete and utter shambles. I booked a table for 6pm and was stood waiting for 15 minutes. I had to go next door as it was linked to a take away, to get a member of staff. Met with a disgruntled staff member, who came into what they describe as a restaurant, to be told its not our fault the bell is not working and throws 2 takeaway menus on the table and left for the takeaway next door. I noticed a couple in the corner who had looked like they had a torrid time but stuck with it. With that, I said, this is a joke and we left. Not for couples, definitely not a restaurant, it’s a takeaway playing at being a restaurant.🤣 On a happier note, we went straight to another place. Which I can only describe as Excellent and recommend highly.😊🙌🏻 The Rasoi Four Lane Ends Tarporley Cheshire CW6 9LZ
