Ate here on a Monday night in April. Great food and good atmosphere. Mussels were divine. Recommended

Best Italian food in Ilkley and one of the only places where there are multiple dairy free options highlighted on the menu. The food was delicious, we will be coming back again soon!

Went to this restaurant on a busy Sunday. We sat outside and had starters only. The food was excellent…the service attentive.

Had a lovely meal here last night and will definitely be back. Excellent food and lovely friendly staff especially Lily who looked after us so well. Would recommend thank you.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our most recent visit to Pranzo Ilkley last night. We are regular customers and appreciate the homemade food that is on offer there. The service was superb and we felt totally taken care of. Thank You to all at Pranzo.

Nice Mother’s Day/birthday lunch. The wife had a roast beef dinner which she thought was nice, but the beef was cut very thick and she felt it was quite chewy. It may have been better cut thinner and with a steak knife it would have been easier to cut. My eldest and I had the fulled cannelloni which was very nice and my youngest had the tomato and basil pasta which she enjoyed. Starters and pudding were nice as well. I enjoyed the tiramisu. Service was fairly good but they could have been a bit more attentive as we had to ask several times for things (ordering food, drinks, water etc)

I went to Pranzo a couple of weeks ago for lunch with 2 girlfriends. The lunchtime menu was perfect and we all enjoyed our food - sea bass, goats cheese salad and a chicken sandwich. The service was wonderful by (Lucy?) and Millie, very friendly and attentive. 😊

I’ve eaten at Pranzo quite a few times but I booked the private dining room for my 30th in January 2025. The service and food were incredible and every member of staff went above and beyond. They were really open and helpful in planning everything and it was really special. Would recommend!

Great food and service, very impressive

We've been three times and will go again. We've been as a couple and in a party of five. Each time the food has been excellent. I thought the Arancini was the best I've had, the goats cheese salad is delicious and generous and the porchetta was very good indeed. The menu is interesting, dishes are well presented and there's lots of choice. There's interesting and good quality wine, or mocktails if prefer. It's a great find.

Fabulous Italian restaurant. Everything we had was really very good. All homemade pasta, no pizza. My starter of pan fried chicken livers was beautifully simple but rich. Malfede with King prawns, garlic and cherry tomatoes was smooth with deep layers of flavour. The pistachio cheesecake was the smoothest I have ever had. Followed by a fine espresso. Nothing to complain about at all. Definitely recommended.

Recently took a friend to Pranzo’s and had a great meal. Plenty of space between tables, food was delicious and good value. Warm welcome from the team and Lizzie who served us was friendly and made sure at each point during our meal that we had all we needed.

Had an amazing meal at Pranzo with my mother as it’s her favourite! The food is always great and authentic, and we worked our way through the vast wine selection. Our server Lizzie was fantastic and knew exactly what we were after. She was attentive, smiley and really made the experience for us. Will defo be back!

We are regulars at Pranzo, eating there at last once a week, and safe to say it never lets us down. The food is always excellent (the bigolli with Pancetta, Beef Shin Raghu Mafalde being particular favourites) and the service is also spot on. The whole crew are excellent but a shout out to Lizzie, who is a real star, and to Hywel who has recently taken over as general manager. Looking forward to our next meal there already!

The service and food at Pranzo are first class! Erin was a wonderful host today, and Lily was brilliant on Wednesday. It’s so refreshing to see businesses put the care and attention into ensuring the service represents the standard of cooking.

The best Arancini I have ever had, it was gorgeous.

Nice service, we ate Sunday early evening and missed pizzas that stop at lunch. Found evening menu a little limited but everything was tasty and authentic, but as always the drinks are expensive but tap water is available. Popular with families. Not really a romantic place.

Decent pizza, but really good pasta! Not the most budget-friendly place to eat, but the quality of food (especially the pasta) was really good!

Having loved Pranzo in Ben Rhydding, we were excited about its Ilkley opening. Unfortunately, our first visit to the Ilkley venue was disappointing, but we decided to give it another try. Sadly, it was disappointing again. The venue felt too spacious, lacking the original's cozy atmosphere, and the food quality had declined significantly. This time, some of the food was burnt. After pushing aside the burnt potatoes and eating the rest, I complained. They offered to waive the automatic service charge, but I asked to speak with the manager. She dismissed the issue as "only a few burnt potatoes," but eventually agreed to waive the charge for that dish. On a positive note, the waiter was amazing and truly understood the importance of good customer service. However, we won't be returning.

Clean, indulgent restaurant with a nice IPA on tap. Service was attentive, temperature was a little hot, and perhaps the meaty meal was a little much in the heat. Started with the garlic bread, and then foolishly following my main ordered a dessert. Unable to overpower the garlic, the sticky fig pudding I was excited about was confusing. A palate cleanser was needed.

This place is wonderful. The food is like you only get at high end restaurants in Italy. It’s so good we went twice in a week. I have coeliac and their freshly made GF pasta is excellent. Everything is beautifully seasoned and perfectly cooked, the staff are knowledgeable - can’t fault it!

Had an amazing evening with my friends to celebrate a birthday. No regrets going to pranzos ilkley. It was my first time going to pranzos since the move, they’ve really made the place an amazing environment. The food was 10/10 we all got a different dish and everyone finished the plates clean. Couldn’t ask for a better meal. Service was on point, didn’t have to wait around to be served and the staff were very accommodating. Definitely will be returning.

I even didn't take any food. It's so expensive cafe with not nice at all atmosphere. Some pasta or pizza was around 16...18 pounds and salad about 14...16 pound. For this price I had delicious dinner at Chester restaurant with beautiful front of house and music.

Amazing meal and overall experience at Pranzo, perfect date night! Food was exceptional, I had the ragu which was divine, followed by the pistachio cheesecake which was incredible and different to anything I’ve had before. Enjoyed a delicious cocktail followed by wine, but hats off to the staff as they gave great reccomendations and sent over a few tasters for us to try first before we decided on a bottle. Our waitress Eve was lovely and really ensured we had a perfect night. Thank you!

Dropped in for lunch, didn’t have a booking and needed to wait a few minutes to be seated. Half hour passed before the food order was taken. Although the drinks order was taken during this period. Appeared to be plenty of staff, 7 front of house. Food was tasty, portions small for the price. First ever Caesar Salad tasting of fish and when I enquired i was informed it was anchovies, chef probably to heavy handed, it spoilt the dish and was inedible. The service was poor, I had to call the staff over to ask why the salad tasted of fish. Only pleasantries where when paying the bill. Two mains, two side dishes and two soft drinks £55

Solid Italian with a slightly different menu to your average UK Italian restaurants.

Nice restaurant, good decor & atmosphere and also friendly staff. Unfortunately the salmon and also risotto main dishes were way too salty, I could feel the crunch of the crystals. The sticky toffee pudding was also overbaked. We were seated in the bar area and were forgotten by the staff towards the end of the meal, so had to get up to request the bill and payment.

We popped in and it was full but they managed to find us a table and we had a delicious meal. The lasagne was delicious and the Prosecco was perfectly chilled 👌

Enthusiastic front of house didn’t make up for the below average food. Gnocchi was fine but my risotto was awful, but I was able to pick the burnt pancetta out that was hidden under the average (stodgy) rice dish. Mentioned to waitress and she apologised and asked if I wanted a replacement but I didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes while my friends food went cold so played Russian Roulette and spat the black bits out. Sort of expected a discount, I was polite but clear it was unpleasant and even said it was bad enough I wouldn’t want to come back. An average Italian - maybe the pasta is better!

First night of Festive Menu salmon was over cooked and dry Tiramisu wasn’t good at all just thick mascarpone and tasteless We had booked for New Year but decided to cancel after tonight’s experience Very dissatisfied and disappointed

Fantastic homemade pasta. Burrata starter followed by goats cheese & sun dried tomato baked Cannelloni, with a delicious basil pesto for my main course. My second visit here for lunch. Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, great venue.

I had wanted to come here for a while, so I booked it for my work leaving do. I had pre-booked the meal options as the restaurant wanted our experience to run smoothly. The lobster and prawn arrancini was beautiful, the lobster sauce was lovely, the portion was a little big but a great start. I had the Cornish crab and chilli pasta for my main, which was packed with crab meat and really tasty. The portion looked a little on the small side, but with the starter I had, it wasn't bad. My colleagues mostly had great starters but the pasta for their lobster and prawn ravioli mains seemed to be a bit thick and tough. When the bill came, they'd overcharged us on some of our drinks but when we talked to our waitress she was really quick to change it and in the end they waivered the service charge for us. I will come back again when the restaurant has settled in a bit more after relocating to Ilkley.

Went here on a Saturday for lunch. The restaurant was not busy. The waitress brought the wrong dish and one of the mains we ordered while the rest of us kept waiting for another 20 mins. Obvs my friend waited for us and his food got cold. It was nice that they agreed to make him a fresh one. If you work at catering, you would have brought the food when they’re all ready. The environment’s nice, food was a bit too salty. Services could have been better.

Phenomenal place to eat! Best Italian meal I’ve had! I’ve being to both sites (Harrogate & Ilkley) both top notch and customer service is bang on! Would highly recommend here !

Absolutely amazing food ! The nicest home cooked pasta I've tasted. Had a completely separate vegan menu with loads of selections, as well as the chef offering to make a separate dish vegan. The home made vegan cashew nut cheese was incredible also. Lovely atmosphere and staff. Have already been back and will definitely be going a third time 🙂 Highly recommend for everyone, and anyone dietary requirements!

Very pricey for pasta dishes. Ordered a cheese garlic bread to share as a starter and they served 3 tiny pieces of focaccia with cheese on and charged £7-50. We had a lasagne each which was just about ok. Lots of other good restaurants to go at in Ikley. I heard they were moving into the centre of Ikley, my advice would be try this one last.

Wow. Food was outstanding. The lovely service from Sophie and Eve. I asked for Vegan and GF and Eve went out of her way to accommodate. Travelled from Leeds today and will again for the increadbale mushroom and truffle pasta, wine and increadbale service

Had dinner a couple of weeks back for a hen party. Staff were so helpful and accommodating. Food was delicious…. I’ve been dreaming about the aubergine parmigiana ever since!! And that cheesey garlic bread (chefs kiss) , is some of the best I’ve ever had. My mouth is watering as I type. Keep up the amazing work guys! Will be back soon for sure ❤️

Our evening was ruined in a second when the waiter told us that he wanted the table back. The food was nice; however, it was also important for us to experience good customer service, which, unfortunately, we didn't. In total, we spent about an hour in the restaurant, and then we were asked to leave. Therefore, we have decided that we won't be returning.

Had a lovely starter and main. Brilliant service, really tasty food and good portion sizes. We were very full. Cheek on polenta for starter was very good. Seafood pasta was also good, would've preferred prawns to have been peeled but a small point. Would definitely go again and would recommend

Came highly recommend. Not good value for money. At Ivy in Leeds earlier in the week and didn't really compare favourably... the food was good but very expensive in comparison especially considering ingredients and surroundings. Probably won't visit again.

Lovely intimate Italian just outside of Ilkley. Staff were brilliant, really friendly and answered all our questions about the menu. Their wine list is great too, plenty to choose from and they offered tasters too. I had the lobster ravioli and wow, just delicious. Couldn’t fault the meal at all. Can’t wait to return here!

What a beautiful little Italian just outside of Ilkley, definitely our regular spot! They have amazing homemade pasta and raviolis, plus the staff are so accommodating and always happy to discuss their personal favourites and answer any questions. Would definitely recommend visiting if you haven’t already.

A warm greeting here this Saturday lunchtime. The lasagne, garlic bread and chicken dish were very good indeed. The Moretti was average, Sauvignon at £9 for a small glass was remarkable. Regulars here are truly looked after. An automatic service charge to our bill soured the occasion. I usually tip twice this amount, but nothing in this predicament.
