Big improvement recently, food was hot and I had a lot of choice, good to see the change!

Order says delivered but it’s not here.

When Pound Bakery appeared on our streets in the UK.i found the food to be just okay.On Wednesday 29th May I visited the Mold store and had 3 sausage rolls that were hot.The pastry was fine but the contents looked like something a cat had thrown up.They tasted horrible,and i put all 3 in the bin as I was not going to let my two daughters eat them.Avoid.

My food was not that good it was cold and the drink was cold

gave me jam doughnuts instead of glazed ones

Food wasn’t very tasty it was really horrible wouldn’t order again

Absolutely shocking to just deliver a packet of cheese & onion crisps and an orange juice. Granted if you didn’t have the other items in stock cancel the order. Dearest crisps & juice I’ve ever paid for. Absolutely ridiculous and simply brain dead

When the pasty’s got here they were burnt to the point of in edible

Waited forever for order. Then when it came I had cookies missing, and I had paid for them….. so I’m not happy at all…. Very poor indeed….

Used to be very good but seem to of had a change of staff. Since then store as never been open on time. Says 8am but never see them open before nearly 9 anymore Service has gone down hill rapidly. Counter is usually empty at 12:30 Sandwichs are just 3 ham that's it Had a queue of people waiting and you can just see them chatting away in the back area with not a clue there are customers in the store. Used to give benefit of the doubt but it's been like this for a weeks now and they just seem to unhappy to be working

When the pound bakery get an order they should read it correctly and take time preparing it and maybe they won't make mistakes

gave me vegan sausage rolls and no hot chocolate!!! want a refund

Substituted 2 pies but im ok with that

Food burnt and unedable after being late.

Missing 3 sausage rolls 2 pies Wedges were cold Staff said oh I can see them here I asked if they will send them and replace the wedges as they were part of a pie drink and wedges meal deal was told you will have to just try and claim the money back

Just ordered from pundbakery. Arrived missing the main items a sausage roll, steak bake. All they can do is refund those items and wedges. No. Those were the main items. If I want what I ordered I shouldn't need to pay another delivery fee. You should have it sent free of charge with an apology. Appalling.

Order was missing all hot items. No sausage roll, pasty, or wedges. Everything else was fine but disappointing that there was no hot food delivered

What is the problem with people can they not read the order you order 2 coffees and only get 1 when you have ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 sausage rolls

Friendly staff. Value for money. But a bit bland.

App said the food was on way and showed on map the food moving to my place , but it wasn’t and on calling the shop was told the food was not picked up !! Poor show from just eat

The sausage and egg mcmuffin was awful. Hard and dry. Totally inedible.

Getting a bit pricey for budget cheaply made food. Excellent service tho

Just went in for a steak bake and a suasage roll. No steak bakes. Lass behind the counter was the most miserable person I've ever met. Just felt like she hated me and the older gentleman before me. Ended up getting a sausage roll the was good, and a cheese and sausage bake which was barely cooked and only had a third before throwing it in the bin.

Just been in to pound bakery, hight st, mold. Assistant making up rolls with NO gloves on, NO mask on and her hair not tied back! Walked out in disgust!

I go to Poundbakery quite often when I’m in Mold. The curry sausage roll is gorgeous. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

Excellent value for money & really tasty

Good value I have noticed here they have a better range of baked goods like spicy sausage rolls and spicy slices not all had them. Carrot cake is amazing beautifully soft with the right amounts of frosting. Meal deals are worth the value to

Get in early and you can get some really nice bakery items. As the day rolls on though the stick becomes smaller and stailer. Fillings in sandwiches is minimal at best, but they are only a pound after all. Cakes are good and make good value. Sausage rolls again need to be caught early to get the best. Can get very busy at peak times so expect a queue.

Ok... Rush you though don't give you time too think...
