Morrisons Cafe in Flintshire

Really top notch full English breakfast, get two for £12 and they are delicious. Now my favorite :)

Ordered 2 full English breakfasts, when they arrived the sausages/bacon were cold and rest of food was barely warm. The toast was burnt and cold. There was a note on boxes to say no hash browns so an extra sausage/bacon given. I'd rather they contacted me to ask what alternative I would like as the extras chosen for me were too much-id have ordered the lager breakfast if i wanted 3 sausage/bacon. In the past food has been good, but this was terrible.

Terrible service, the small packet of sauce is absolutely stupid. Hopefully you don’t do this in Morrisons.

I ordered extras and paid and didn’t get what I asked extra!

I went to Morrisons cafe Saltney while having some work done on my car just down the road. I used the self service coffee machine, and then had to wait quite some time for the attendant to come to the till to allow me to pay, which then meant my coffee was cooling down. Also, not the shops fault, but as I was getting a coffee about 14 school kids (the uniform and time of day gave it away) came in to get whatever they were getting, and the use of foul language was something else.

Self service order screen working but not in operation with any table tabs to take ..till understaffed breakfast not great cheap quality of sausage bacon cremated generally a very poor offer sadly

no thermal protection used by the driver so was ice cold

Had all day breakfast. Awful food. Cold, toast and fried bread was stale, some of my order was missing. Bacon not cooked very well. No coffee which my partner wanted. Staff didn’t really want to help. Just terrible. Won’t be returning.

Breakfast, nice and hot, well cooked, would recommend.

the food was great but the delivery driver just knocked and left the the food on the doorstep. I have had parcels nicked before with stuff being left on my doorstep

Awful ordered at 12:24 arrived at 14:20. Couldn’t call cafe spoke to customer service who said they couldn’t get through either. Eventually got through and they said was sent ages ago. When it did turn up cold and overcooked. Never will order again

Forgot chips, egg bacon muffin WITHOUT EGG! Food was cold. Disappointed.

The ultimate breakfast was missing beans and for the second time the potato scones were replaced with hash browns. We will not be ordering from here again as they can't seem to get an order correct.

Awful customer service, almost impossible to get served in there. Staff constantly in the back gossiping, and not at the front. I visited here last week and was stood at the till for about 20 minutes and still no service, the cafe was very quiet so this was no excuse. I then had to shout through to the back room for service, when the girl finally came there was no apology for the wait, no please or thank you! This is not acceptable. Do better!

We ordered 2 coffees and 2 breakfasts. Both the coffees never came and the breakfasts had the incorrect eggs. Why give an option when it won't be followed?

Hot drink missing from order. Sausages and bacon dry and cold, eggs overcooked, beans missing from breakfasts, even though paid for, breakfast muffins missing cheese, muffins were falling out of box into drivers bag. For two ultimate breakfasts and two muffins at £37, it definitely wasn't an ultimate experience. Obviously, ate as much as possible, but only because I had to go out, otherwise would have been for the bin.

Staff are lovely however food was dreadful and there were dead flies all over the windowsills which slightly put me off, would recommend cleaning them and maybe heating up your food a bit more before serving

There was lost contact between me and the driver I tried calling him and apparently he tried calling me. But then, when he did get here, pulled onto the car park at the block of apartments. He asked me to go down to the car. I said no come to the door of the block of apartments. At least I’ve paid for delivery !! Fuming 😡

All staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is very nice. Highly recommended 👍🍽️

Late and missing two full breakfasts! Just received chips and coke ! Joke

ordered four burger meals and one fish and chips.Had note on bag saying "correct when packed enjoy" if by correct they meant fish and chips then yes it was correct but over £30 of missing items is a joke.

There was no drivers assigned for over an hour and food was cold when it arrived

the food tasted like it had been cooked last week was vile

Missed off extra items (chips) ordered and the hot drinks had been spilled and filled the cardboard tray. Was not an option to return extra added on items. A shame.

Brilliant food. Packed well and arrived hot. Would definitely order again. 😋 Small error on our order, they sent diet Coke instead of coke! 🙁

The breakfast menu has been revamped. It leaves you with less choices but the price has gone up considerably. Also requesting an alternative within the menu has been scrapped which is disappointing. Hope things go back to usual soon. Recommended

great super store ,everythink you need under one roof, easy access to get around ,good large aisles and shelving and info in each aisle row clearly defind ,also staff assistants very noticeable for help and service , information clearly in welsh and english language , and good selection of sale and promotion offers of the day

Don't go there. Cafe was not clean and untidy. Staff know nothing about customer service and did absolute minimum. Not even any coffee available except for decaf. Food range barely ok but overpriced. Dirty plates and taples not cleared. Staff put shutters down half hour before closing even though I was in window seat so couldnt even see outside.Not a nice experience.

Like a comedy sketch . Always run out of food. They had fried egg but ran out of omelettes and scrambled. Work that one out

Not good. Service terrible. I ordered, paid with my card, but the order wasn't put through! I asked for my receipt which the girl had put in the till!!She denied it but it was there. Eventually the food came, awful. Parts of it were like rocks. All microwave stuff. While Morrisons supermarket is good the cafe is not.

We often go for tea but it's a regular occurrence that they have run out of items. The food is pleasant and well priced but avoid going after 5pm as they most likely won't have what you want.

Food cold. Ordered breakfast was out by the time I took my coat off and sat down. Rubbery eggs cardboard bacon and sausage. Obv kept under a heat lamp but for £4.75 don't expect freshly made. Nice coffee though

I ordered some brown toast it took 15mins and when it arrived it was stone cold, I left it as the staff were just standing at the back talking!! No I wouldn't recommend the cafe in Morrison's

Food service very slow.... food comes to you nearly cold.... after a long wait ... Could do with a bit more speed so food arrives hot.... But staff are friendly

Popped in for a pre -shop cuppa and stayed for lunch.Scampi,chips &peas £4 beautifully cooked and served with a smile.
