Pound Bakery in Derby

Kelley the manager at this store was absolutely incredible she was so helpful and polite. She deserves some amazing recognition and the food was also delicious. All of the staff at this shop make you feel so very welcome. I will definitely be returning. Salih

Spoken to very rudely by a member of staff. There was no need for the staff to say I have no common sense.

I wasn’t going to visit the Pound Bakery. But then I felt I needed to. Derby is full of Greggs. There a three fairly close to The Pound Bakery infant. However all three were either virtually out of food or what little food they did have was far too over cooked. Sometimes verging on burnt. That’s why I went into The Pound Bakery It was lovely. Fully stocked shelves and a wide variety of hot and cold food. The staff were friendly and the place was clean. Yes you do slightly compromise on quality, but not to the degree one might assume. If your looking for a quick bite to eat and your watching your wallet (or even if your not), this is the place to come.

Dropped in for something to eat on my lunch break Found the food lovely and at such a great price. Sometimes when food is cheap you can comprise on the quality But here you pay cheap prices for quality food.

called in for a hot snack [pie] and bought a cheese slice.it was absolutely beautiful and at the price an absolute bargain.

Pastries, bread, cakes, cobs/sandwiches, hot/cold items etc, it is what it says a £1 bakery nothing more.

Variety of hot take away food with only 1pound. A lot of pastry and buns variety. Once in the shop you can't resist the smell of the fresh baked food,something for sure yo will buy mmmm..delicious....!!!!

this shop has a wide choice of sandwiches and bagueettes, hot sausage rolls and pies always available. a good selection of bread and rolls, also cream cakes and buns. cobs and cakes 2 in pack £1. good value for money.staff very pleasant and helpful.
