Pound Bakery in Bolton

The staff don't interact with customers, shouting to each other until family arrive then they leave you to go chat with their family, they don't ask if you want butter or sauce , the sausages are always dry and overdone and the bacon is like burnt biscuits. they never smile or interact any it's not a pound either!! there hasn't been any proper cappuccino etc for 4 months now. won't go back!! I have never known such lack of customer service

Just been in got a fake £5 note in my change, went back and they wouldn't change it so they phoned police because I wouldn't leave till I got it resolved, customer service rubbish at best

Unlike the other Pound Bakeries in Bolton, the Farnworth branch does not have a seperate hot service counter. Consequently just to pay for a sandwich can involve lengthy queues. More often or not there is only one member of staff serving. The fillings on the sandwiches are notoriously thin and almost non-existent.

Staff un educated ! Ordered 4 cheese pasties and two meat and potato ! Ended up with 5 cheese and 1 sausage and bean ! Second time orders a triple bacon sub got a sausage one ! Employees prob never went school ! Thickest people I met in my life !

2 meat and tater pies for a pound. Well worth it as are the Bavarian slices. Only problem is they seem to regularly run out of stuff and require 15 minutes waits for products. Shame really because its cracking value.

Not bad for the money, the meat and potato pastys are very good staff are very helpful, but it's a quick turnaround

we called into the pound bakery for lunch while shopping in farnworth .we had a choice of pasties at a cost of £2
