It was so bad and burn the kofta was so black burn I’m so disappointed

Ordered a pepperoni and meat feast pizza. Pepperoni was more like mozzarella with one piece of pepperoni per slice. The meat feast pizza was then actually the doner kebab pizza, not what I ordered. The crust was also so hard you couldn’t even bite into it.

Always excellent, and my dog loves Bunny's too!!!

The pizza was really cold unenjoyable, submitted late as was 3am in the morning.

New to the area, selected here due to 5 stars and 5 star hygiene, when went to collect it didn’t look the cleanest, order was already paid for £19 for 1.5l Pepsi, tiny mixed kebab and chips n cheese… worst kebab I’ve ever had in my life, chicken was overcooked and hard, kebab was extremely greasy, chips was undercooked and soggy with plastic cheese on top, could not eat it, waste of time and money. Please avoid as overpriced and food is not nice. Last time i trust just eat ratings, lesson learnt

Rubbish value for money, horrible presentation, horrendous portion sizes. At nearly £30 for 2 kebabs and chips is an absolutely robbery. Will not be returning here.

Chips were so dry and went in bin kebabs were very tasty asked for separate coleslaw so kebab didn't go cold but would not do that , enjoyed half of it may give it another try

Cannot customise what salad you would like on your kebab, I normally have everything except onion but wasn't an option so had to pick it all out, they also don't do coleslaw or red cabbage which is a shame, partner had a burger which he said was good, cheese chips were quite nice

First order as only staying in Bournemouth for two days. Food arrived at hotel on time, nice and hot, tasty and enough for us all. Spot on 👍🏻

Kebab was ok. Rest was shocking. Chips not even edible, soggy and wet with no flavour. Garlic bread with cheese was just greasy mess. I know we ordered late but it was really disappointing. Please start putting your chips in paper bags or something! It keeps them from getting wet and soggy! Don’t know why places keep using those plastic containers.

Only kebab I've ever had where is come in chunks of meat. Came to Bournemouth for our anniversary and ordered the food to our room, delivered on time and hot, best kebab I've ever had, excellent work

Pizza was too salty for my partner and the kebab was bland - chilli sauce didn't taste of much and the garlic mayo was more herby than garlic. It might just be different cultures, but coming from Glasgow I'm used to better when having a kebab. No complaints with service from the restaurant though, I got what I ordered on time.

We ordered pizza, kebab and chips, and onion rings. The whole order was really tasty. The cheese on the pizza was so stringy and the portion sizes were very generous. The completed order was ready for collection within 10 minutes of ordering and the service was very friendly. Will definitely order again.

Considering we ordered really late at night the food was lovely,we ordered two burgers and a kebab,both the kebab and burgers were fresh and tasty.will definitely order again 👍

Both kebabs that we ordered look very pale and seemed undercooked, containers that they came in were swimming in liquid fat. Will not order from here again.

Supposed to be delievered at 2am and you showed up over TWO hours late. You woke me up at 4am with my food two hours after it was supposed to be delivered. I want a refund.

Cheese chips good size portion. Chicken kebab small serving, although medium not much filling. Garlic sauce had no garlic flavour. A general odd herb flavour never tastes on a chicken kebab in over 30 years of eating them...

We order from them alot but lately I have noticed the chips can be under cooked or very crispy but the other food very nice

I never even got my food and I payed £33, I did put the wrong contact number in but I never got a knock on the door. Extremely disappointed and I want my money back. The guy on the phone was completely rude about the whole situation and told me Its up to just eat, dont order from here bunch of idiots.

I do not like to leave bad reviews but i feel the restaurant needs to be aware that the food provided was inedible, the chips must of been cooked in either off or old oil they were a dark brown colour, tasted terrible and absolutely dripping in oil. the chicken burger was overcooked and so dry. The kebabs were okay. i mean if you can’t get a simple portion of chips right then there’s no hope. i was so disappointed and have gone hungry after paying £25 for my dinner.

Food came very quickly, pizza was perfect thank you :) also the delivery driver was very nice and let us know when he was outside. If I ever find myself in Bournemouth again I will order from here!

My food was sooooo greasy but overall was good, pricing is pretty good, the food didn’t take long to come, apart from the greasy food this is a really good place to order from, probably will order from here again as I’m sure the greasy food was a one off

Good food and staff always nice

Food was delivered covered with really hot chilly sauce and the sauce was not on the side or in pot which made it impossible for us to eat. All the meat went streight to the bin. Horrible experience.

I ordered a chicken donner meal but the drink was missing. The chips didn't seem fresh as if they were refried and slightly burnt. The beef burger was OK.

I get it was a late order but I work night shifts, but does this mean I can only get cold unreadable food

One of the worst kebabs I've ever had

Food arrived in good time, piping hot. Unfortunately we got a poor batch of chips which were inedible. I rang the restaurant and received the best customer service I've ever received. The man was incredibly polite and friendly and apologetic, and sent out fresh chips and an extra kebab free. The kebabs were lovely from the beginning, could not fault them, and when the new chips arrived they were great too. Fantastic food and amazing service. Highly recommend

I have ordered a pizza 12" vegetable, the crust is not too thick not thin good amount of toppings and tastes superb. I also ordered the beef burger, it's amazing, I'm quite a fussy eater, but, I can honestly say I love their burgers.

The food is always brilliant, really yummy, good potion sizes and always hot unlike other places. I have ordered from this restaurant ALOT! And Have never had a single issue with the food or service, I would highly recommend and the prices are very reasonable too.

The reviews won't wrong Delicious pizza top ingredients. Arrived nice and hot and friendly delevery driver. Happy customer and i will definitely order again. Thank you snoopy

Amazing quality food and service

Amazing service! Bought from this place since I was little and now I’m 20 and still go there! The kebabs are insane they are honestly the best nothing compares! The cheesy chips are so good as well! In general they have very good quality food 100% recommend! I love how friendly the staff are and you feel at home when you go into the kebab shop. I moved house and I still get kebabs from here as no where else compares! I tried loads of place but this one is the best!

Best kebab I've had for a long time

The delivery driver was nice, and the food arrived early. However, the Chicken Fillet burger was very disappointing. I was expecting a fried chicken fillet burger, but I got these soggy red coloured, flat, tasteless fillets instead. Sadly I have to admit that I couldn't even swallow one bite of the burger. They should make it more clear on the menu that the chicken fillet burger is not the fried chicken in usual chicken shops, but some sort of boiled? pan-fried? grilled maybe? chicken fillets. The "Hot Hot" Flavoured pizza wasn't too great, either. Chips were perfectly edible, though.

Fancied a kebab and was pleasantly surprised that they deliver at that time of the day ,food arrived on time and the Delivery driver was very friendly. I was really looking forward to my kebab but it was cold!the chips, onion rings and everything else we ordered was nice and hot but the main item was cold which was very disappointing.

Spent a week in Bournemouth over the New Year, and needed a takeaway meal, so ordered from Bunnys. Fabulous food, perfectly cooked, and delicious, with very prompt, earlier than expected delivery. A few nights later, ordered another for collection after leaving the nearby pub, and again it was ready very quickly, and of the same highest standard. Lovely, friendly people, and top quality food, highly recommended.

First visit to Bournemouth, first takeaway experience, and it was fabulous. Delicious food, cooked perfectly, and delivered much earlier than expected, which was massively appreciated, as we were very hungry. Restaurant quality, if only delivery back home to South Wales was possible, highly recommended.

I am disgusted with this place, they claim to be selling a veggie kebab but really they are charging you £4 for some chips and pita bread, false advertising at it's best! I phoned up and complained requested my money back and the person I spoke to was argumentative not at all helpful or polite! Claiming this is what I ordered but on my order there were no chips! I ordered a veggie kebab, overpriced cheaply made food! Do not recommend ordering from here!

I ordered a large chicken kebab for £9.50 and I often do this to eat half the next day for lunch. For £9.50 the chicken was that flat very poor quality substitute. I binned it. The chips with cheese and were okay but the beans were so stale that it was baffling as beans are so cheap as to spoil everything else and binned that too after a few bites.Was hot and fast and late so is what it is

We asked for coke but got pepsi, chips were rock hard like they’d been sitting there for hours and the Donner kebab was quite cold and soft, we also got water which was £1.80 expecting at that price for it too be a big bottle but it was tiny not very happy for our first experience here delivery time was quick though and the delivery guy was nice

Only ate about 1/2 of the chips as they were hard and very dark in colour. Kebab was extremely salty and very very greasy. Chicken burger fillet was horrible. Wah to much mayo and the fillet itself was grey in color. 1st time trying here and 100% will not order again and i want a refund for such poor food. And bit of advice for the chefs. Taste your food and clean your fryers. Im a chef also so know whst im talking about.

XL Sue kebab was fine, but medium chicken shish and salad that was a joke. I paid 6£ for shish kebab and I get two small skews!!!! Really for 6£! And salad this same....poooor!!!! I won’t order again for sure!!!!!

Lot of onions and not much salad but good portion size otherwise Query re service charge when promotional email said delivery and service charge was free.

The food was appalling. It was cold and burnt. Totally inedible. I was shocked a takeaway would send out food in such a state. Some takeaways clearly think customers will accept food orders irrespective of how bad the food is. I am not one of those people, and nor should anyone else be! Takeaways which provide poor quality/inedible food will not improve unless we demand what we are entitled to; good quality food, great service, and reasonable prices. I discussed my complaint with Just Eat at length, they were very helpful and understanding and I got a full refund. I hope my comments will help people.

Extremely fast delivery however, the food was caked in mayonnaise, now I usually like mayo however this was too much, the burger bread when opened fell apart due to being soaked in mayonnaise therefore I had to throw it away, and the kebab which was nice meat and a lot of fresh salad which looked amazing was in the same state. You need to have a option for a small amount of mayonnaise or a large amount and this was an extreme amount.... apart from not eating much of it, it would of been top rating
