Coffee is so weak you can almost see the bottom of the paper cups they serve it in. It seems disgusting in this day and age that paper cups are the predominant method of serving coffee in T3 at MAN.

I wish I had read the reviews first before purchasing from this place. We bought 2 cheese and tomato baguettes which cost us £11! The sandwiches were dire - completely tasteless and dry - terrible. Can't believe I spent that much on such appalling food we threw both of them away after three mouthfuls. Rip off AND rubbish.

🚨This place is a health hazard. Avoid the sausage rolls. I would give this place zero stars but that's not possible. A member of our group caught bad food poisoning and was very sick. The staff weren't using gloves or tongs to handle food. The sausage roll was the only thing he had eaten on the day of the flight (6th April 2024) and so it must be the origin. On arrival at our destination he was put straight to bed in the hotel and has been uncontrollably vomiting. This place needs a healthy and safety inspection. There is a feedback form on the Manchester Airport website and I would encourage anyone who has experienced similar to fill it in otherwise once you have flown away from the UK, this cafe are totally unaware of the issue. @manchesterairport

My experience at Pork & Pickle ”café” in Manchester Airport Terminal 3 was unfortunately far from satisfactory. The baguettes served were not just tasteless but also had an unwelcoming stony texture (the staff mentioned that they are not allowed to warm up the baguettes as they have been frozen…). Opting for an order with cheese and tomato, and another with tuna, I was disheartened to find both equally lacking in flavor and excessively dry. Hoping for a remedy to the situation, I politely requested replacements that weren't as hard, only to be met with a dismissive response stating that this was their standard (. It was disappointing to realize that this establishment solely offers unpalatable and tough baguettes, leaving customers with limited options and a regrettable use of their money. Given the unsatisfactory quality of the food and the unaccommodating response to my concern, I would strongly advise against spending your money at this café.

Beware when paying of being stung for a tip when paying. My £2.30 croissant cost £2.76 as I paid 46p tip for the assistant to put it in a bag. Manager was extremely rude when I queried it. Never again!!!

Very rude staff, the guy who served me with blue hair has the customer service skills of a potato. The girl who gave me my drink was also rude. Not a work uttered by either. The pain au chocolat tasted like it was one of the longlife ones from Aldi. No wonder it’s the only place that’s not queued

Absolutely appalling customer service ..both the server need customer service training ...I queued to spend my ryanair vouchers as delayed..man I'm front queued to order bap and coffee scanned his delay voucher went to pay refused cash... he explained no signs up anywhere. I then interjected offered to pay on my card and he gave me the cash....then they tried to charge me for crisps when had vouchers..manager was agresive and said he didnt care if we complained. ..just awful people taking probably a good company down...

Very average, overpriced sandwiches. The majority of the sandwich/toastie/panini options were unavailable, which was disappointing given that it was only 12:30. None of the places to eat in T3 are fantastic, but this is definitely one of the poorer options.

Just don’t go! The price for a bacon bap is €5, told the wait was 10-15mins no problem until it was 30-35 mins, to small to deal with the morning rush and definitely not worth a dry bap and a bit of bacon! I’m fact T3 is horrible and I will try with all my might never to come here again!

Incorrect opening times. Arrived just after 7.40, having found the Italian place closed over an hour early and this place was closed too. Very disappointing. Terminal 3 has few enough food outlets without places not been open advertised times.

Me and my granddaughter are sat in this establishment now. The 2 members of staff that I have encountered are both as rude as each other no please or thank yous not even a smile!! No chocolate on my cappuccino or asked if I wanted any. First and last time here. The older lady clearing the tables is fine.

i don’t know how they heat their cheese and ham toasties but mine seemed to be microwaved! Too hot to touch for 5 minutes, soft bread and overly hard crusts. Given to me in paper, not even cut in half. Halloumi cheese was hard and salad tasteless with wilted lettuce. No soya or almond milk for coffee. Disappointed that Manchester airport accept this standard for their customers. I have had a very positive response from the management of The Pork and Pickle and believe the standard of service I received is unusual. I will try their food again and am sure I will have a good experience next time.

How rude! My wife takes back the sandwiches as we'd ordered pastrami and we were given ham. The blonde lady stated that I should have noticed they had no pastrami despite it being on the menu, and she'd given us ham because...well i dont know.. why wouldn't she say when someone buys something that she doesnt have? Some people dont eat ham. Her behaviour and attitude were appalling a)if you dont have something tell the customer b)dont give attitude, it wasn't our fault, simple customers ordering beef c) dont shrug shoulders d) wont come back. Really disappointed. I can live with mistakes, its normal i just cant understand staff being rude

Lot of bad reviews but in fairness its not bad and service was prompt and efficient, menu is fine and expected at a hotel around an airport the prices are obviously high and you expect that, food was good and came quickly and the staff were friendly and a young team, i really cannot fault their service and some days good be bad for all of us and we cant all be having a good day, today we were looked after and hope everyone else does too.

Boycott Holiday Inn company Hotel booked months ago. Turned up to find that the hotel no longer accepts guests as being used to house asylum seekers. No communication from the Holiday Inn. Couldn't get through on their phone line. Unbelievable that in this day and age that I have had no communication from the Holiday Inn.

Always best service ever ....They always serve best, fresh ,and tasty food. So good in everything like cleaning ,quality ,quantity of food .Dealing with customers and time management is outstanding that's why I always prefer dixy longsight ....keep it up...Thank you dixy....
