late delivery again, but dang good biryani

guy on the phone, sounded abrupt verging on rude.

All dishes were very tasty with the perfect flavours. Enjoyed it very much.

Terrible service. Ordered food watched when it said food was ok way. After 30minutes I called the restaurant. To be told the driver called me and that my phone was off even though I was using the same phone to call the takeaway . Then get told they will send more food in 40minutes. So delivery received 1 star as he is clearly lying. And 1 star for food as I didn't receive it to rate it.

food was very cold. gave me old wings and came 30 mins late. on top chicken missing from the meal. service and food qulity gone down the drain compared to couple years ago. change up yout food quality and service otherwise your business will be over. no one will order from your restaurant.👎

The delivery was late and i had to keep calling the restaurant as the app was not being updated to tell me if my food was on its way. The food was cold and had to be reheated and one of the items spilled out of the container.

The food is really good, however, the portions have been drastically reduced. We had chicken jalfrezi, lots of tomatoes, plenty of onion and peppers, it’s a shame I can’t say the same about the chicken. Good food, just not value for the price.

I had to call the restaurant three times before someone answered and to find out how long it would take. Wasn’t very happy with the level of communication as it showed me on the webpage that the food has been delivered but it wasn’t until another 15 mins later.

Cold and damage food called the takeaway and they said they’re too busy to deal with it.

Poor customer service - don't answer the phone at all.

Food didn’t even turn up and they had the cheek to show on JustEat app that it’s been delivered. When I called and asked where my food is the guy replied saying it’s taking a while because I’m paying cash. When questioned about the complete stupidness he told me to take it up with JustEat

I kept calling and they kept saying 10-15mns and it ended up being nearly 2 hours. Not ordering from there, just had to call at least 7times to find out where the order is

Originally order was over an hour late. After phoning restaurant several times to keep being told 5 minutes. When it did arrive it was cold and we refused delivery. After a discussion with driver he promised to have the meal re- done and sent back within 25 minutes. He kept to his word and the meal was delicious. Thank you.

Ordered at 1.37pm and was delivered at 3.21pm, Lamb Biryani tasted poor.

the curry was very watery no flavour had about 6 very small bits of lamb very small naan bread pakora was very soggy WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.

Food arrived 1 hour 20 mins after placing order. Ordered Large Doner but received Regular size; and chips were not enough. Shish kebab meal comes with drink only and small in size with no sauce in it.

Have been ordering from this place for a while, food is decent and worth the price. Will continue to order if they keep it up this level of service. Don’t let the negative reviews fools you, for the price, you cant complain. I’d say definitely give this place a try.

service was absolute rubbish called the resturant twice, first time to ask what is happening with the order, as there is no movement, then get a message to say delivered no food arrived, called again man was rude and said its coming to complain to just eat. food arrived cold packaging ripped through as well!

Delivery was 14 minutes late. Also did say no spice as my daughter can’t eat it she’s allergic and her food was spicy still

The order was 2.5 hours late. They were making excuses to delivering in 30 minutes in every inquiry call we them 13 times to get our order which ultimately came cold and burgers became chewy. The king size burger was not king at all a small size burger with two thin patties it was not even sufficient for kids. I would recommend to do not order over here.

We’ve been waiting over an hour since making order. Can you please tell us what time the food is being delivered?

They pick up their phone - very responsive. They listen to clear instructions so I am very grateful for that. Meals do come with drink - it’s not specified on the menu on here (so call them) They fried fresh piece of chicken when I asked. However, didn’t get fresh chips. Cod fish is a no no. Hard, old, overcooked; Rather order it from a place specialising in fish. One of the apple pie was dry overcooked, no sign of apple until the very end, had a piece of apple that survived.

Placed an order at 18:18 food didn't arrive until 20:25 and was cold estimated time was 19.40 . I was notified it was with the delivery driver from 19.10 so had been with him over an hour and had no updates from the shop until they finally answered the phone and said it was still on its way.

Food was banging very well seasoned lamb Donner and beautiful chilli sauce however the portions could be improved since I ordered large lamb donners the lamb Donner was little portions even when in the plastic box there was too many chips 65% compared to lamb ratio 35%. Since other competitors give more lamb Donner the ratio needs to be fixed. I also ordered late at night. Food was still amazing. Thank you definitely will order again
