First time here, busy bank holiday Monday. Kids have eaten here before and requested it. Really enjoyed the food! Had a classic stack meal - really tasty! Serving staff were extremely helpful and attentive, and they were tidying up as quick as possible to clear tables. They were also very helpful when extras were needed. If you are looking for tasty fast food that's filling, and decent amount for the money (3 hungry teens!) I would recommend this restaurant.

Avoid this place like the plague... third visit because my kids love the food - and the food is delicious, if they remember your order! Previous visits have seen us waiting a LOOONG time but at least the food actually arrived. This time, we got our drinks and _some_ food, told them something was missing, told it would be a 12 minute wait, 12 minutes later told they'd forgotten it AGAIN and it would be another 15 minutes... meanwhile there's a 40-something year old in the kitchen making snide comments to the teenagers he's working with about me complaining. How do you fail so badly at life that you're working in a fast food place in your 40s? and how do fail to fulfill an order for chicken, TWICE, when the sole purpose of your job is to **checks notes** serve chicken!?!? It's a shame they hire such useless people to be in charge because the rest of the staff are pleasant and friendly... i mean you don't expect anyone working there to be splitting the atom but giving chicken in exchange for money doesn't seem like it should be as hard as this place make it look.

Popped in on a Saturday for a bite to eat. It is always quick service where the machines are easy to use, they will bring your meal to the table aswell Food was fantastic and nice and hot. Visited Popeyes a few times in the metro centre and it’s always great food and service. My little ones love it and always ask to come back. Unfortunately they knocked some of our drink over on this visit and I had nothing to clean it up… fortunately Jeff was there straight away to sort it with a smile. The whole team really put the fast in fast food, we didn’t need to wait for anything 🤩

I recently visited Popeyes🐔 and had a fantastic experience overall. The chicken 🍗 was absolutely 😋 and flavorful, with the perfect balance of crispiness and tenderness. Every bite was tasty 😋 and satisfying, just as I expected from Popeyes. What really stood out during my visit was the excellent customer support and service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed. They were quick to take my order and ensured I felt welcome throughout my time there. The positive attitude of the team made the experience even better.🤗 However, I did notice that the washroom🚹 cleanliness could use some improvement. It had a slight smell and could have been fresher. While it wasn’t a major issue, it’s something that could be improved for a better overall experience. Despite the minor issue with the washroom, the food and service were top-notch, and I would definitely recommend Popeyes🐔 for anyone craving tasty chicken 🍗. I’m sure they’ll address the washroom issue soon, but the great food and amazing staff made up for it!👍🏻

Please be very very wary of this outlet. Yes, the food is decent. But now TWICE in recent visits carry out orders have been missing food that has been ordered and paid for. The service is appalling. Staff who clearly don't care less. Wouldn't use the place but for my son being keen on the food.

Popeyes used to be good place but the new staff needs training. They wipped the table and threw all the bits on the floor. Cleanliness is a big issue now a days. Please address the issue.
