Food lovely, good value and Chloe who served us was very friendly and efficient.

First time trying this place. Used self service station for my order. Only payment is card. You grab a table number and sit down. Your order is brought to you. The food was flavoursome and had a nice taste. My chips was cold but hey you expect that from fast food. My chicken was hot, it did have an after taste of grease tho. The restaurant was clean but toilets very dirty.

The tenders are the best fast food chicken tenders I've had. Price is a bit high considering there's a mcdonald's opposite but I think for the quality and amount of food you get it's reasonable. The food here is very filling too so it's very easy to order too much (I learned the hard way). Worth spending the extra pound for the cajun fries too they're very well seasoned.

When this place opened i was overjoyed after years of KFC declining, font know who approved those awful chips but after trying my first meal i was literally hooked as the flavour of the food is delicious however, i now cannot eat here…after 2 years of pretty consistent quality it dived HARD. To the point where i actually whinged to their head office on 2 occasion's because the food was absolutely awful and the embarrassment of standing in front of a queue of people telling a young lad or lass that the food is abysmal. I literally crave popeyes as the only other fast food i eat is fish and chips but ive just seen a video that someone posted on tiktok of the metrocentre store this Saturday and the chivken tenders meal they got look like strips of leather , exact same as mine were 4 visits in a row, wingstop is horrific, and im yet to try slim chicken but if raising canes and daves hot open at the metty il be first in line to try them

I really enjoyed the food, but it was so unfortunate to see how dirty the place was. It was basically empty, but even so the staff didn't bother cleaning up the tables and chairs, so we had to ask someone to wipe them down for us. The staff were nice and polite when we did ask, so I do thank them for that, but over the next few days a couple of us felt a bit sick.

We had our little one with us who has milk allergy and everything he wanted had milk in. We decided we would get food to take out and get him something from mcdonalds and the manager said we could still sit in and eat ours and the little one could bring his mcdonalds in to sit in with.
