Nice food and good service good chicken

Been before and food was decent. Dried up old chicken today, obviously been kept warm for a long while. Told staff, who laughed it off.

The staff serving on the desk are shocking!!! I asked for a straw (as I have every time we've come) for my son only to be told by two sweaty messes that they are only for milkshakes. So he just has to suck our of the lid... the same lids that cut his mouth on a previous visit... I even offered to buy one, but was just told no then he walked away... Also the only reason they get 5* on here is they go round asking people rate 5* and offer a free ice cream if you do.

Foood was stunning absolutely gorgeous and service was great

I bought an empty cup from popeyes for £2.50 (already disgusted) and of course when i buy they don’t even bother to shout out the name give it to me or deliver to my table. I had to wait 17 minutes until it said it was ready but there was no cup to be seen.

First time trying this place. Used self service station for my order. Only payment is card. You grab a table number and sit down. Your order is brought to you. The food was flavoursome and had a nice taste. My chips was cold but hey you expect that from fast food. My chicken was hot, it did have an after taste of grease tho. The restaurant was clean but toilets very dirty.
