Fantastic pop-up venue. Jo has created a great space, well thought out to suit a verity if events. The building and surrounding area has its own uniqueness and rich history. I’m lead to believe it used to be an ale house (way back in medi times) when people could attend the fish markets outside and head for a beer before crawling down grope lane for a bit of action 😉😉. It’s also said to have had a dancing bear chained outside the front. Pure entertainment! Shrewsbury is a place oozing with historic value and this space holds that dear to its heart.

I visited a pop up dining night here, it was an excellent venue. Tastefully decorated but still enough of a blank canvas for the hosts to change things to suit the occasion. The amenities are nice as is the area its located

Great small restaurant with an interesting lunch menu. The food is described fined for sharing and 2 or 3 plates are recommended. I had Danish frikkedellar, my husband had pork belly. Both beautifully presented small lunch portions. The coffee was good, the service unobtrusive and the views from the outside terrace are also good. Not fast food, but stunnngly good food. Also. A good stop for coffee and cake, or Fika.

Tonight Tim brought us the Pork special in breadcrumbs with veg, a bacon and mushroom risotto ,bolognaise and piquant prawn starters with a delicious creamy rice pudding for afters. All were hot and delicious. What a treat to have a home delivery and be able to enjoy food without the washing up.Highly recommended if you live in or near Ludlow. Thanks to Chef Nick, the lovely Deborah and of course, Tim.

Ambers Pizza Co was one of the top recommendations for places to eat in Oswestry by our B&B host Michael at Nant Gloyw. The pizza's were superb, reasonably priced and the service quick and friendly. As well as traditional toppings they also had some unusual, but delicious alternatives. I had a Moroccan lamb merguez pizza, which had tomato, mozzarella, spiced lamb mince, red onions, fresh coriander, yoghurt with mint and pomegranate seeds. As well as pizza they had a range of other dishes which looked tempting, including some delicious sounding desserts.

Met up with friends for lunch and was not disappointed. The cafe was clean, and comfortable with a lovely cosy atmosphere. Food was delicious, and loads of vegan/vegetarian choices. A feast for both mouth and eyes! Would highly recommend to anyone.
