Had an excellent experience at this restaurant. I had to make a booking via Instagram as their site was down and they responded within minutes. The restaurant has a great atmosphere. Very lively and warm. The food was excellent! Some of the best I've had since moving to London. The food in this city is often overpriced and mediocre. I had the seafood pasta and my partner had the pollo Mediterranean - both of which were incredible and better than some of 5 star restaurants in central London we've visited. Staff were also amazing. Our waiter was attentive and super friendly. My partner mentioned in passing that it was my birthday and they surprised me with and birthday tiramasu and sang for me! Such an awesome experience and it made my night. We will definitely be back.

We decided to call in last Sunday st Patrick's day , hoping for 1,2, Irish playlists offered to hear unfortunately we were unlucky Andre was polite to offer us a playlist , his boss refused . Well service okish we ordered 2 roast beef meals , after receiving our meals , they forgot roast potatoes, classical ingredient , we had a small portion of broccoli, cauliflower, Very ! Stringy ! Green beans ! Parsnips and carrots , would tasted Delicious if it was Hot ,unfortunately not ! Why wasent there jugs of water available on the table alternatively why would we need to request water ,another vital ingredient when dining out , to add to injury ,we requested twice for the dessert menu ,after the waiters forgot about us again . We gave up ,chose Irish coffees , looking forward to our traditional Irish coffees may i add on St Patrick's day We were really disappointed with the taste , they gave us cheap whiskey sugar tasted like sweetners over all the Irish coffee never had the Irish whiskey tastes . Now after receiving the bill , woww ! It was nearly £80 , we bought 2 roast beef meals ,1 fresh mint tea , 1 glass of house pinot grigio, 2 Irish coffees Forgot to mention 2 watery flavoured minestrone soups with fresh bread . The staff already took £7.95 for gratuity fees before we decided how much or if we were about to tip them . I asked to have gratuity fees removed , the bill still costs £80 We were expecting to pay around £60 same costs last year on mother's day . I'm not sure if I'll be visiting there again Shame actually I've always dined here on birthdays and various occasions. Pointe Nouvo You have really let us down this time So disappointed with you !! Best Italian Restaurant in London, I went for dinner on Valentines night and I tried the Pizza Frutti di Mare and as I am Italian I did not expect to find a good pizza in London but I must say that they really exceeded all my expectations and I was really impressed by the quality of the pizza and the seafood. It is a must go for all Italian food lovers. The real deal

On the recommendation of my eldest son, we had lunch at the Ponte Nuovo. I have to say I was not disappointed, on arrival I was surprised by the inside the decor is beautiful and warm. The staff were so attentive, even when I'd arrived 30 minutes late, and continued to look after our group from start to finish. For me I really like it when the staff are friendly. polite and have a sense of humour. My son's and I enjoyed the Mary Pickford and a berry type cocktails, in fact, we had a few cocktails, they were lovely. We had bruschetta for starters, and Salmon salad, pizza and linguine for our main meal. The food was great and fresh, I especially loved the bruschetta, as I have eaten at restaurants where this is not made fresh. Overall, this is a gem of a restaurant. A great place to eat, If you need somewhere to enjoy a nice meal with family and friends, this is that place. Thank you Ponte Nuovo. We will be back xx

Came for my mum's birthday. Fantastic food but more importantly- lovely ppl which makes all the difference. Great ambience - food was fantastic - huge portions. We have medallion steak and the seafood linguine. Choc fudge and bruscetta - all fab x

Venue: Ponte Nuovo Date of Visit: 07/01/2024 There were 6 of us in total and we arrived when it was quiet. My orders included - Vegetarian Pizza - Pina Colada - Dessert (Forgotten the name) The staff catered to my dietary requirements and answered any questions I had. I don't think they have halal meat options which is why I ordered vegetarian/alcohol free. The atmosphere was clean and pleasant and the food/drink itself was of high standard, arriving in reasonable time. 5 Stars overall

Lovely authentic Italian food and warm atmosphere. Well worth trying the selection of Specials on offer. I enjoyed a traditional minestrone for starters and a pasta from the Specials Menu with baby prawns, garlic, cream & brandy sauce. Like mama used to make! Menu has something for everyone at a reasonable price for London. A couple of small Birthday celebrations added to a great atmosphere.

Excellent attention and amazing service. Food amazing and plentiful, wonderful quality. 15 people, 3 children. We were given a private area so the children were able to walk around and play. Parking next door, buses on doorstep. We had used this restaurant for two Christmas business functions in November, amazing. I would recommend this restaurant for any private function.

Celebrated my birthday here with my mum, it was 3pm on a Monday so restaurant was very quiet, staff were very attentive. They surprised me with a complimentary cake and candle and all came out singing, it was really sweet. Atmosphere was enjoyable and relaxed. It’s our first time here and will definitely come back again. I knocked one star off because the lobster pasta was a bit disappointing, not much lobster and the tail was just for display. Aside from that it just tasted like a tomato based pasta. For the price, wouldn’t get again. I would come back and try other dishes though

Went there with my partner and we absolutely enjoyed the food and it’s a very cozy spot . There were only two people working but everything was efficient, our order was mistaken but we got the second order on the house as an apology. Will definitely be going back. I loved it overall

We were a group of 45 adults and kids. Food arrived together, hot and tasty. Service was impeccable nothing seemed too much trouble and all the staff had a smile. What more could you ask for!

We came for bestfriends birthday, our two families, 8 of us were all greeted and welcomed, we all enjoyed everything we ordered, restaurant was very busy and it did not affect the attentiveness of the staff service, I feel they went over and above to making sure we were enjoying our evening, quality of food we ate was on point, and the staff coming together to sing happy birthday as they brough out the cake was really lovely, and we all had a wonderful time. It was fairly empty this time during the week but that does not take away from the atmosphere. I've been here many times over the years and the staff never disappoint. All are super friendly and the food is always delicious. I highly recommend for a yummy dinner and catch up with your loved ones surrounded by warmth and great service.

I came this evening to celebrate my birthday with my family. The manager, Ronaldo, was very friendly and welcoming. The waiter, Sergio, made nice conversation with us when bringing our food to the table. Steve, the bartender who provided our drinks, was polite. I really enjoyed the Penne Carbonara, which was one of the specials of the day, as well as my favourite Italian dish. The staff brought out my birthday cake, lit the candles and sang happy birthday to me. That was a very thoughtful gesture. Thank you very much to the staff at Ponte Nuovo, you were a part of my special day!

Wonderful meal for my friend David's birthday

We went on a Friday night. The garlic bread with cheese was a good start my wife had this. I had the milanese which was OK but lacked flavour. The mains were the marinara and my wife ordered the chicken. The pasta was fine but my wife was served raw chicken in a sauce. The front of house staff dealt with it in a amazing manner. We were not the the only ones who sent the chicken back that night so something went wrong in the kitchen. They did not charge us for my wife's main and replaced it with another dish. I feel sorry for the front of house but raw chicken should never leave a kitchen.
