Really disappointed. Ordered veg pizza but didn.t have mushrooms and corns nothing like veg pizza just cheese and bread.. Poor taste

I ordered pizza and chips and the chicken in the pizza tasted old and raw and the chips were also old. Not good food.👎

I ordered 3 pizza with large fries my pizza were dried /cold without no onions and peppers chilli and had less toppings on the pizza i had requested to make the pizza spicy with chilli and and extra tomato puree and peppers onions I received a small box of chips aswell when i had told the lady who took my order she reassured me it was gonna be right but then came home and pizzas were wrong the staffs behaviour is very appalling especially they worker naz he lied several times about a manger not being there and that hes the manager then stated he wasnt plus he was very rude/swearing the manager did not come on the call even though we asked for him absolutely disgusting 1st time coming to this shop never again train the staff more of hire new ones the boss should look at this the customer service.I would not rate even half a star the pizzas had no onions no peppers no chilli its ridiculous the owner really needs to check the workers he hires. I would not recommend anyone coming here as its a waste of time coming and waste of money the person naz criticised/discriminated us to be a bad Muslim because I complaint about the food.

Food is always good, whether it's eat in or takeaway. I recommend the rice and chicken box, but burgers and pizzas are great too!

BROKEN TABLES , BAD STATE OF SHOP , TISSUES SERVED STRAIGHT FROM THE WHOLESALE PACKET. Staff (girls) were nice but looked drained and rushed off. POOR MANAGEMENT i say. Owners need to spend more attention to the business

Poor quality would be an understatement. Ordered the pollo ranch special pizza. The donner meat and chicken was very scarce and hard also. Very poor honestly felt like I could’ve made it at home. Go elsewhere.

Very cheap service and food, not recommended at all

I had a terrible experience with this pizza shop. I ordered through Uber Eats because they had a "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" offer. However, I only received one pizza. When I called to address the issue, a girl on the phone misbehaved with me and then hung up mid-conversation. I called back, and they first claimed there was no such offer. Then, they changed their story and said I had only selected one pizza. It made no sense—why would I knowingly pay the same price for just one pizza when I could get two? Instead of resolving the issue, they argued with me and refused to accept their mistake. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I’ll never order from here again. Stay away if you value honesty and professionalism!

I like the Pollo Range food but the staff is very rude and poor customer services. I want zinger burger meals first the lady told me that she can’t make it. Afterwords, I say I want another meal and then she charge me more money for it about £6 somer when the meal says peri chicken burger is only for £4.99 🙄🙄

Worst experience ever in UK. Very bad customer service. I ordered their pollo ranch special pizza but the crust was so thin and toppings were so bad even it was smelling like old oil. I will advice them to upgrade their items and to be nice and polite to customers so they can attract more customers.

1st time visiting this place and tbh I was very disappointed. Reasons are the food seems to have all the same kind of sauce , be it the loaded fries/Angus burger /peri peri burger etc. Portions were average and and not satisfactory in my opinion . For a fast food place there are better options in Bradford . * 2.5/5

I ordered 2 whole peri peri chickens, waited over 45 minutes for the order. And when I got home the chickens tasted disgusting, they were off. It wasn't edible. Absolutely terrible! I ordered the day before and it was fine, but this time they served me old chicken that had gone off. You'd expect better after waiting for so long for an order. Very disappointing.

Chicken definitely not fresh. Has a smell and not cooked properly. Could not eat it. Pizza is average, nothing amazing. We were visiting Bradford, travelled from a distance, we called first, they said chicken definitely fresh and everything halal. This wasn't the case, we called them to complain (couldn't go back as we live far) They just said sorry you are disappointed and put the phone down. Will not be going back. Waste of money.

The Pollo Ranch special pizza was average. Best to clarify pizza toppings before placing order. Peri chicken and smash burger were ok.

Absolutely wonderful. The Interior design sets the mood for is to be an exciting experience - indulging in the carefully crafted signature flavors of the Pollo Ranch. Me and my partner come here quite often during our lunch time, we recommend the Meat Montana if you're looking for a pizza. Be wary, if you're not a fan of spicy foods, maybe this place isn't for you, although you Im more than sure the staff can assist you. Overall, the menu is quite appetising, definitely doesn't disappoint as everything looks as it tastes. 8/10

Went to enjoy pizza at this outlet near university of bradford. Ordered special pizza and Wao the pizza was really nice we opted for stuffed crust which was filled with cheese. It was not very thick or thin nice and moderate crunch to it. The pizza we ordered was rich and well-seasoned with a balanced blend of tomatoes, garlic, herbs, and spices. The quality of cheese inside pizza and quantity in stuffed edges was creamy. I opted for chicken toppings which were nice and tender. Overall, I would love to visit again.

Ordered two pizzas through Uber late at night. Their last order before closing. We just came back from a long wedding and were quite hungry but decided to give them a go. We know that usually, at the time of closing, many places will just hurry and complete the last order and run off home. Not only that, but we ordered two of their pizzas that were on for a discounted price. So, safe to say, me and the family weren't expecting much. BUT, I have to say, I am VERY impressed. The pizzas looked amazing as you can see in the accompanying pictures. The dough is soft, risen well and tastes good too. It's like biting into a soft cloud. They don't skimp out on pizza sauce, which many takeaways are guilty of, and they don't skimp out on cheese neither. Moreover, there are plenty of toppings. Not too many. Not too little. Just the right amount. And the pizzas tasted FRESH, clean and of a good quality. The family were very happy too. They ended up eating more than they expected and that's not because we were that hungry lol. But because the food we ordered was so nice masha'allah. I am going to give pollo ranch another try soon. And try a few more things. The prices are pretty decent too. Especially for uber. My only negatives... They're not really a negatives but, nobody is perfect right? The pizza sauce had a touch of spice in it...maybe have options? Traditional or spicy? No complimentary sauces to dip the crust in either lol. But honestly. I'm nitpicking here. We were truly blown away by the food. It was outstanding. We will be returning soon insha'allah. Well done pollo ranch. 5* from me.

Decent food. Ordered grilled chicken, asked for it to be spicy but came with zero spice. However, the chicken was cooked to perfection but wish it had some spice. Garlic bread was soggy and undercooked!! Garlic mayo was decent and skin on fries were nicely seasoned.

I ordered margarita and vegetable pizza. The tomato sauce in pizza was terrible and FARRRR from authentic. It was some spicy desi (south Asian) version and felt like curry spices have been mixed with the sauce. I mean I would have appreciated if they’d gove you an option to choose your own choice of pizza base… I also ordered peri mayonnaise which also a miss 😕

I order on Uber eats and all I can say is this is genuinely one of the best takeaways in bradford, I’ve personally not enjoyed a takeaway like that in a long time, I highly recommend trying if you haven’t before, I will 100% be back next time and definitely recommending this place to friends and family etc

Absolutely awful service, paid over £40 today for 7 meals and forget part of the order they always do this 2nd time! Just go anywhere else apart from this place because their service is awful and then they say you forget to pick it up. Awful service!

Short guy at the back with side combed hair keeps sweeping his hair every 3 minutes with his hands which is unhygienic. Also guy at the front wets his fingers with his tongue to open the carrier bags, again very unhygienic. Chicken and beef ricebox wasn't great. The Chops smelt a bit rancid, probably shouldn't have eaten them. Wasn't good taste wise anyway. I piece was very fatty and chewy. Pretty rubbish place.

One of the best pizzas I've tasted in Bradford. Very light, fluffy dough, lots of toppings and the flavour was very nice. The chaski donner dad a good portion, very nice, comes in other flavours too. The drinks were a bit strong for my pallete. Overall I would go back for the pizza. They have lots of offers, which are value for money.

Thought i'd try the donner and chips via ubereats from pollo due to having decent 4+ ratings and reduced price. It was a mistake, the donner felt like it was couple days old that got stir fried so it was bit hard to chew. Also there was some black bits in the food that probably came from non cleaned pan or something as some of the mouthfuls felt like my teeth crushed some black pepper granules, wasnt a pleasant feeling. Apart from that, chips and the sauce used to stir fry was good.

Great little spot! Lovely tasty food and a great price! Pizza tatsed just similar to pizza hut but better! Nice area to sit outside on a nice day. Lads who work here are very friendly and have a good laugh

I was pleasantly surprised, on the way home from holiday we saw this place and taught to give it a try. Food was decent and not badly priced, the only gripe was the area was untidy due to people eating and not putting their rubbish away.

Second visit dining in not impressed table not cleaned on arriving to sit I went out my own way to clean the table the Donner chicken steak with chips not what you would expect donner to taste like had to force it down as I don’t like wasting food and my wife had chicken steak with rice which she didn’t have much due to taste passed me to eat it and wasn’t tasteful at all and was left as waste wouldn’t come again for the third time around.
