Best place to go nice environment specially upstairs nice and peaceful place to sit down with friends and family

Ordered a large desi tea,with nuts in it,it had no nuts and it was like warm, the tea was also watered down,ordered food a few times b4 aswl food isn't good staff are all miserable i wouldn't recommend this place at all

Do not recommend this place its 2nd time they give me old soma it was soggy and not nice dont go it will safe your money and time

Unprofessional staff and the spit in your burger or meal if you complain and if you do they make you feel as your at fault avoid unless your desperate

Absolutely horrid food. Asked for desi breakfast and was given a mix of omelette and saag and the worst chana I’ve ever tasted. Has no flavour and is just full of green chillies. All ended up in the bin.

Ok tea and coffee. Do not buy the Matilda cake, not good standard.

Good try on making a dupe of dubai kunafa chocolate. Matilde cake was good :) Milk cake was alright

I bought 2 kinder bueno doughnut's from here today. Whilst eating I found two hairs within these and this made me throw it in the bin and made me feel physically sick. Bearing in mind I did not even finish this so there might even be more strands of hair. this is absolutely disgusting. for a big company they should be much more hygienic and to add the woman making the doughnuts did not even wear gloves or have a hair net on and was scratching her hair. Utterly dissapointing and out right vile.

I ordered a pink tea and an apple crumble with custard. The pink tea was watered down and lukewarm. Instead of an apple crumble I was given a forest berry crumble which was cold!! The staff need to learn how to you a microwave and know the difference between hot and cold also terrible customer service.

Good atmosphere, great service with many choices for sweet and savoury alike. Chai and coffee to accompany with.

Pink tea 2 days in a row. Hit the taste buds properly. This is proper pink tea they do it well compared to a lot of the shops, especially in London. Keep it up. Regular price £2.30

Had iftaari at this spot. Everything was perfect - Chicken steak absolutely beautiful, chicken wings, pasta was delicious. Highly recommended

Ordered Chai and Paratha it took 40 to 50min for preparation as we were starving, The taste was pathetic Chai was not good aswell Suggestions not to grab anything from this place 😡

The service at this store is super slow. For the very quiet store that it is, the service is extremely sluggish! The staff are far too busy giggling and chatting in another language rather than working. Won’t be going here again.

Amazing food ..revamped with a new food menu... I ordered the chicken and salad, samosa chaat. Chicken was freshly cooked and not pre cooked. Highly recommend people to try.

Honestly. Tea and service was great. But that car park has become abit of a nightmare. Just guys and girls showing off their cars, loud music, smoking shisha. So if your wanting a quiet cuppa, I suggest you go elsewhere

Not much choice at this place, a big disappointment they don’t have menus. Prices are cheap but won’t be going back, from 13 of us attending only 6 placed an order as they didn’t have what the others wanted. I also found the hot chocolate really sweet it was as if someone had put extra sugar in it. I only took 2 sips and could not drink the rest. Service was good.

Dropped by the Bradford place because I was craving a snack on a car ride. O.m.g. one of the best indian street foods I have had in the UK. Had the samosa with paratha, and it was divine. Really cheap too. The paratha reminded me of the stuff back in my home country of Singapore -- crispy and hot. The chai was also amazing -- had the kashmiri pink chai and it was so aromatic and flavourful. Will definitely be back!

Good for cup of traditional chai tea and also you can enjoy gajar halwa or gulab jamon with ice-cream,The problem is there they accept cash only no cards payment which I suggest bad for business and don't forget always check your change to make sure you didn't receive the fake coins or notes.

First time visit, great lady at till/ Naz I think, who was very polite. Sold me into a kebab burger which was really nice. Dhud pati cha was nice and so was the kebab roll paratha which my son had.

Myself and my family visited chai chai chai this morning for the first time. We were served by a lovely lady called Naz. There was 5 of us including 3 children and there was something to suit every palate. When the food came it was hot and delicious. I had Desi chai and it was truely the best tea I have tasted. Hot creamy but just sweet enough. In the hour or so we were there we were asked three times if everything was to our satisfaction. I cannot recommend this establishment highly enough for a family breakfast.

Disappointed, parathas were too oily and were clearly frozen shana parathas fried to appear freshly made.. the water was freshly imported from Pakistan as it took long enough to come after the meal. Otherwise service was good and decor was snap worthy

Amazing atmosphere, reasonable pricing, food is delicious but what won me over the most was the service! Staff are so friendly, very welcoming and generally so happy. I’ve come to this wonderful place a few times to have some alone time and on each occasion the service has always been really warm and brilliant. Chai is alway spot on and first time I’ve ordered samosa chaat- by a lovely lady called Nas- and it was delicious. I’ve been to a fair few places to try samosa chaat but none have been as good as this one. It’s perfect place to have some alone time.

Cheap quality frozen parathas. Over priced and average tea. £2 for a frozen paratha with a teaspoon of nutella.

Came down this evening and picked up a falooda and pink tea. Excellent and reasonably priced. I felt that the staff could have been more welcoming and greeted Thier customers with a smile at least. Overall a very good atmosphere and very clean.

I would definitely recommend Cha Cha Chai on Leeds Road Bradford. I felt the place has a really homely feeling. The seating was really comfy and pricing was on point. I’ve tried the Kashmiri Tea and Desi Tea both on point and the Rusk biscuits are a must to go with the tea.
