Food has the potential to be great The service is poor Slow service, 2 hour wait for food and cold Orders wrong when delivered or placed in the shop Shame as the food is nice but the slow service let's them down

The food was definitely worth the wait!!! Waited an hour for a weekend special £10.50 ordered online for delivery, consisted of a double smash burger with cheese and onions and my choice of sauces ketchup and mayo, chips were nice served in a paper bag and seasoned well but the burger… it’s was a banger!! I could’ve had another and will defo order again in the future 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Just tried their jerk thighs with rice, peas and steamed veg. OMG The flavours were amazing 👌. Some of the best carribean food I've had. If you like your carribean food, I strongly recommend trying here. Can't wait try their curried mutton next.

My first time going here. Loved the vibe. The staff were so friendly and pointed out what to try. Id definetly be returning!! I really enjoyed the food. The rice and peas was so nice. The chicken was tender. Loved the Mac and cheese & fries were 10/10

rice & peas have less taste than before but more expensive that before? might aswell give me basmati white rice

Been here a few times and the guys here always hit it out the park. Whilst their wraps, burgers and sides are good value already, I'd recommend getting one of their platters come with a drink and are fantastic value for the quality and service you get. Particular stand outs for food is the mac n' cheese and the beef burgers, both of which have a ton of flavour. If you are deciding what to eat tonight, go here. One of Stoke's (and especially Fenton's) hidden gems.

10/10, have one quite often. Just order directly through them rather than just eat or whatever, because the charge is crazy on the apps

Went in to order for takeaway, super friendly staff, wait wasn’t long at all and food was delicious 😋

We liked this place for their quality but unfortunately, their service and portion size has been extremely small recently and is way too over price. This portion below costs us £31. You can get much better taste and portion size in their competitors locally. Really disappointed

I'm from London and my mum's in the Caribbean so any chance I get to eat soul food I'll jump on it. Plug Platters food is exceptional, beautifully succulent, amazing flavours and Judy up the road. What more can you ask for.

The food here is absolutely beautiful. Probably the best jerk chicken I've ever had. However, this place is let down by its horrendous service service. My food took TWO HOURS to arrive. I only live 15 minutes away from the restaurant. I'm not sure the driver had even set off before I called the restaurant up to chase the order. Not acceptable.

Unreal flavours, never let down when it comes to the food from here. Had the jam packed platter, everything was cooked perfectly, full of flavour. Great Service and atmosphere is lovely too, always got good music playing, clean environment. 10/10

The food is definitely one of the best in stoke my only gripes are they don’t sell dumplings also the steamed veg would normally accompany the meal rather than be an add on extra. I understand costs have risen. But u have to be competitive in regards to prices.. would I revisit a definite Yes ✌🏽

Unreal, best take away in Stoke

Kept waiting for 2 hours after placing an order on line, called the store twice and was told the driver was on the way the first time and then 25 minutes later I was told that he would contact the driver and get back to me. The store then closed and still nothing. Horrendous customer service but quite happy to tell me what I want to hear over the phone.

We live about 10 doors down from Plug Platters and we've been meaning to go in for some time. Extremely happy we did because everything here is great. I had the prawn platter and my friend had the burger platter which came with a main, a bunch of sides and a drink for a good price. Filled both of us up and everything tasted great. The staff were attentive, friendly and the atmosphere was great. We'll be back soon!

This is one of my top 5 takeaways in Stoke on trent now. The food is phenomenal. I'd like to see more platter options on the menu though, and more flavour options when ordering online.

Ordered food from here today for the first time. I have one word to describe the food "flavours". The food was amazing every single bit of it and it was piping hot you could tell that it was made fresh. Would definitely recommend 10/10

Food is delicious, I wish the portions were a tad bigger, however it is high quality Caribbean food and their Jerk and Mac n Cheese is fantastic. I can't comment on the atmosphere as I've only had take out.

First time ordering from here and won’t be the last, food was awesome, so tasty. There was a problem with the online menu showing they had no burgers so we had ordered a child’s burger, when we collected, they apologised and had sorted us with an adults burger at no extra cost after the wife told them of the problem, I had the jerk chicken and it was epic. Mutton curry next

Food was tasty...let's get that straight... brought the lobster platter, then got a phone call to tell me there was no lobster. Bit disappointing from the offset. But paid on card so felt obliged to ago ahead with what offered. So I accepted there only offer which was receiving x1 extra squewer of prawn. I was extremely disappointed though with the amount of food I received for 35 quid. I will not be ordering from here again. I had my doubts to start with, but I gave it ago! I have genuinely never been more disappointed with a takeaway. Wow you guys, make tasty food, but that £1 waffle you include is ridiculous. I can buy the exact same waffle from Aldi. That's a let down. How you are getting away with this is beyond me. You should put a lock on the door. Seriously, how you can say I received 35 quids worth of food from that order, is beyond me.

Jamaican food is my fav, it's hard to come by to order but now we have found these guys! TOP QUALITY, authentic jerk chicken, authentic rice n peas, yum colslaw and plantain excellent portions size. Would recommend Every day!! If you've not tried your totaly missing out

Rank! If I could give it less than one star I would have. The macaroni cheese I ordered turned out to be just boiled pasta with cheap garlic and herb soft cheese stirred in it. The “seasoned” fries were just frozen chips, I’m not sure what they are supposed to be seasoned with, maybe the misery of previous hungry customers? Al this for the privilege of paying a cool £10! I could have bought the same items from Lidl for £1.25 !! Very poor quality food! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
