I was looking for some nice vegan food and decided to check out the place. They had amazing Young Vegans pies and some good choices to fill your plate. I would definitely recommend mushroom stroganoff pie with mash and gravy on the side! Very lovely staff and helped a lot with the choices, recommend!

This is my favourite place for food always (and cheaper than restaurants, also being a supermarket too and where you don’t pay to eat in). A lot of the food is organic (needed to avoid health harming pesticides, like glycophate), including meals (hot and cold) and nice fresh juices/ smoothies (and unlike any other place, it seems). Because it’s generally healthy, food would tend not to be crammed with sugar, so can’t compete on that basis (although not everything is completely healthy therefore). It could take people a while to find the things they’d like though, if they are not used to it, and could be pricey too for day-to-day food (although not everything is). For me, there’s a lot of options to buy nice things, more than any other place. They also have their own brand healthy chocolates (£5 for gift or special occasion) with no sugar or sweetener only inulin, which also feeds good bacteria. They taste great too. You can also buy a big range of organic vegetables (mostly the only other places are farmers markets at the weekend) and you can pick up a few /small portions eg carrots, sweet potato, courgettes, aubergine and individual apples, and not wrapped in plastic. You can buy big bags of eg organic rocket / salad for about £2. (Good range of supplements, toiletries and gifts too.) There’s a lot of seating (a lot of it has too bright lights shining on it, so most people sit by the wall if they can), and the free water used to be perfectly pure, but then changed and is best avoided now I think, at the moment.

My friends and I only stopped here as it was the only closest place to sit and have a drink as we were so tired from shopping. I got a rose lemonade which was quite nice and a slice of vegan carrot cake which wasn't great. I liked the touch of ginger flavouring but I wasn't keen on the texture which was quite hard. The cake was also quite bland and not particularly appetising. This isn't a place that I would usually go to anyway and I'm not keen on vegan food, but that's just me personally. If you're not really into vegan stuff, I'd give it a miss. The place is nice and spacious though with good outdoor seating.

The one nearby at Torrington Place is better. Even though this branch is bigger, it is badly laid out and although it appears to be well stocked, it really is not that great. The fruit and vegetables were half rotten. Staff are also not as nice as the other branch. They have a big fresh food counter here for snacks or more substantial meals as well as drinks. Healthy and organic. Not cheap. There are some tables outside.

My friend and I popped in for a hot drink and a snack. Then subsequently went to the store to purchase items. What we ate and drank was tasty. My issue is with cleanliness of the lavatory area as well as the locks being by Digi lock with codes that don't work or locks that aren't working! Had to get two member of staff to assist in gaining entry to the loo! They struggled with the locks too.

This used to be our favourite place to eat in London but we recently had a real let-down here. You used to be able to choose exactly what went on your plate from a wide range of options—a bit of this, a bit of that— but now you have to choose one of a few set meals. My lasagne had tasteless cheese—was it vegan fake cheese? Not sure. Husband’s rice was so undercooked as to be crunchy so he left it. You can only get into the loo with a code which is printed on your receipt but we (and the folks at neighbouring tables) had chosen not to get a receipt for eco reasons—bad idea. Eventually a cleaner who didn’t speak English was able to work out what we needed and showed us the code. Only one loo cubicle out of several was working and there was NO SOAP in there at all—this in times of covid. Several cakes/desserts were on offer but we avoided them as all but one were vegan. We are vegetarian not vegan and appreciate ingredients like butter, milk, real cream, eggs etc in desserts. It seems as if this place, which advertises itself as having vegan options, has fallen victim to the weird policy of making large numbers of its products vegan. Note to the chefs: vegan desserts are, in the view of many veggies, not worth the eating. I don’t think we will be returning and this makes us sad as we used to rely on Planet Organic for a good healthy and delicious meal.

From Shop to Food to go, all of them recommended. The place is always clean and well taken care of by their staff. A good option if you want to buy your Vegan Pantry or some Vegan Food to go. So many times going there, you know them by their names and they know you, and that shows extra points, thank you Sheila, Gabriela, Pam, Florence, Milena... Recommended 130% to check it out.

With the current craze for all things vegan and organic, this is a popular destination for those wanting a healthy diet. Lots of products to cook and a variety of food counters to get ready made food to take away or take upstairs to the cafe seating area. Prices are inevitably a little higher than less specialist food retailers, but what price a healthy diet?

Great health food store and casual lunch spot. Lots of Gluten Free and Keto options. Prices are comparable to Whole Foods, some things a little less, some things a little more. Friendly service.

Planet Organic combines a supermarket and deli with an organic café. Choose your food downstairs and either eat out or use the café tables on the first floor. The organic source means the food is more expensive than nearby eateries but vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters are all well catered for. A small bowl costs £9.50, but you can choose what you like to fill it with – just ask the server. Smoothies start at £4.50. Food is tasty and there is a lot of choice.

I've bene here many times both in the morning and in the late afternoon. At 8 a.m. I've chosen the self service porridge (£2.95); there were four kind of porridge, my favorite has definitely been the one with vanilla, pear and cinnamon, absolutely tasty (I give you the advice to put granola not Just on the top buy also in the botton of the box😜). At dinner time I've had an amazing spinach dahl and other soups of the day for such a small price (£3.95 of I'm not wrong). Everything organic. Cozy place to take a rest. Jazz music in the early morning.

I was enticed by the muffins labelled 'turmeric latte' and bought one at £2.99 to take away on Saturday, 9 October. It truly is the worst muffin I've ever tasted! Not only was it not a turmeric latte muffin... it was so claggy and if it was a banana muffin (I am still not sure), it was awful - not even M&S custard could save it (I tried). The incorrect labelling of the overpriced muffin can be easily rectified; I hope that the same can be said for that muffin recipe. Very disappointing, Planet Organic.

Beautiful considered food, amazing service. Since Vicky and Andrea have taken a lead has become even better! Chai latte still my favourite, the seasonal dishes just gorgeous had amazing small pasta and then today wild mushrooms and wild garlic. Lots of lovely little nooks and spaces to chat privately, relax, watch the world go by. As well great book and curiosity collection. So lucky to have on our doorstep!
