Great place for a burrito! Portion size very generous, lots of options for fillings. Indoor and outdoor seating.

Awesome. Had the biggest burrito ever. Filled with caramelised smashed beef and every option available. It was messy but bloody lovely. Highly recommended if it’s just the once to try it. Timber hill near Middletons.

Perfect from start to finish Chefs kiss

Absolutely delicious burritos and the hot sauce on the table is a great addition. The loud music is slightly off putting but there is plenty of indoor seating. The lady that works there always wraps the burritos too loosely and by the time you open them they are falling apart which isn’t great. But the delicious flavours make up for it.

Amazing burritos, and burrito bowls for those who are gluten free. Pulled beef brisket is divine as is the vegan chilli, along with the delicious Jarritos drink! We look forward to coming back.

The Burritos are absolutely delicious and generous in size. There are multiple protein options, but my absolute favourite is their shredded pork! The nachos are amazing and the guacamole is the best I've tried in a long time. The facilities are also very nice, clean and there's always always a good energy there.

Really tasty food with authentic Mexican flavor, I had the pork burrito and it was absolutely delicious. The portions are also really generous, will be definitely going back anytime I am in Norwich.

Loved it so much it was delicious. The burrito especially. The nachos in the meal deal were a bit disappointing as I thought they’d be loaded or with the sauce on top in a box but I suppose I should’ve read it more closely. Will definitely be ordering again.

I assume these were warm when they left the vendor so I'm not sure what happened en route but they were barely warm when we got them. Real shame because I've had these burritos a few times and they're really delicious. I recommend the beef thoroughly 👌

Ordered from here a second time as reviews are largely positive so put down my first initial bad experience as a fluke but sadly that wasn't the case. Ordered Tacos and Burritos and both share the same problem - everything is far too wet, soggy, filled far too much and lacking any kind of flavour profile. The takeaway tub had a good 5mm of juice just sitting in the bottom before even starting to eat. I think the issue is they're trying to give your moneys worth but are overfilling things to the point where it's inedible, would be far better to reduce prices and honestly half the ingredients... The veg taco was about 60% guacamole, 20% sour cream and 20% veg (just peppers onion and mushroom?) Pork taco was 80% pork 15% sour cream and 5% of the rest.. Judging by the reviews most people enjoy this so if you enjoy an overfilled soggy bland burrito or taco then this place is for you. Ending on a high note though, the service was lovely and cannot be faulted.

The food is really good. It always comes really hot and they’re very generous with the servings. I always end up really full and happy after eating from this store. I’ve ordered from here about 7+ times now. Highly recommended.

I've ordered online several times and the food is good, it's a solid food option in terms of quality and affordability. Today was the first time I went in to order and I was with a friend who has an allergy. We mentioned it to staff and we went to sit down to look through the food options when one of the staff came to the table with a sign with a food chart, the staff member went through the chart pointed out what was OK and then left us with the chart so my friend had time to choose. We then ordered and they were careful with my friend to avoid cross contamination and the person who helped me was friendly also informative and I am super impressed with the service.

A friend suggested this place and what a suggestions. The Caramel Smashed Burrito was amazing and definitely would be coming back. Service was very good. Highly recommend.

It was really nice - would definitely order again. Only small complaint is that I couldn’t quite tell if the burrito came with tortilla chips since they oftenIn all the pictures they were there but then there is the meal deal with says they are included (and a drink which I didn’t want to didn’t get the deal) so I thought it possibly wasn’t but equally I didn’t want to add them to the side and end up with loads of them. I know for next time but it was just a little confusing for my first order.

Really lovely my friend got the really big one. Spoiler it's massive. The size of two wrists together. The beef brisket is delightful. It's tender but has a bite to it. The salsas are wonderful and refreshing. Not that spicy though. Nice selection of fillings. The lime and coriander rice is delicious and the mexican is also nice. Service was quick and excellent and you have full control of what goes in.

Not bad, not great. The staff were friendly but the food was pretty bland. Bland Mexican food! What a world. They also didn’t have any guacamole which was a shame. Also I went in at about 7, knowing they close at 8, and was planning on dining in. They said they were only doing takeaway at that point. A real shame because I am otherwise loving the new burrito wave in Norwich. Tortilla is still the best imo.

Dropped a visit today for a quick snack. Staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. On top of that they are open on Sundays which helps them to stand out from other similar places. Will definitely visit again !

For £16 the burrito was filling and nice. But considering on its own it is £8.50 the fact I paid £8 for some plain stale Doritos and a soda I was disappointed. Best regards Daniel

Food is amazing and excellent value for money. The caramel smashed beef was out of this world. Lots of customization options. Guacamole is really good. Staff was also lovely. Have been twice so far and will be back again.

STUNNING FOOD! Not overly salted which would normally bloat me. So fresh and the options are amazing for veggies and meat eaters. Go spicier! I didn't just in case as I love spice but also love to taste all the other components. But I could've gone spicier as I was adding the hot sauce on every bite but that means it's accommodating even for those who don't like spice. Could taste everything and was wrapped amazingly. Super friendly staff and they will take their time with you to make sure your happy and have everything you need in your wrap.

With a few simple steps you can load yourself up with an excellent burrito. I always like taking recommendations when trying somewhere for the first time and the staff were super helpful here is what we put together... Regular Burrito with half pulled brisket and half caramelised beef. Mexican Rice, Refried Beans, Seasoned Veg, Grated Cheese, Medium Salsa, Guacamole, Shredded Lettuce and Jalapeños. Now, I tell you what, that caramelised beef is so good! The whole burrito was epic and full of flavour. It still amazes me how much skill there is in wrapping one of these. Robb's Rating: 8.3/10

Great new Mexican spot in Norwich. Food is all fresh and really good! Portion sizes are really generous, I ended up getting a small burrito with chilli and it was massive. Once you have picked your main ingredient such as meat, chilli or veg you can pick as many toppings as you like with no extra charge. I thought it was good value for money and the staff are friendly and helpful. Will be going back again shortly

Amazing place to go and eat! I’m autistic and really fussy when it comes to eating out and knowing exactly what’s in my food, most places huff and puff about explaining to me but the staff here were absolutely amazing and even made an exception for my food to help me, amazing staff and amazing food. 100% recommend

The place is small but warm. I ordered the large burrito, but be warned it too large to finish by oneself. Two can easily share it. Flavours are awesome, and service is extremely welcoming and warm

I’ve ordered from here before and enjoyed my food, however this time, not only found a hair in my food, but the food was also tragic. The one bite I managed to take before finding the hair, tasted horrible.

They make massive burritos for a decent sum of money and I'll be dreaming of their tender, flavourful, pulled beef for months. Food - The food is awesome! I had a medium pulled beef burrito meal. It was massive and delicious. It works by; you pick your meat, the server runs through all the additional bits like rice, beans, cheese etc, then you pick salsa and salad. The meal comes with nachos and a drink, they offer a good range of soft drinks and a small range of beer. Service - The server was lovely, slightly run ragged but it was late in the day but she took her time explaining how the system works, it felt friendly and warm. She didn't ask about allergies which is unfortunate so I had to play it safe. (I should have asked but I did get ill as a result - I'm allergic to onion) Atmosphere - Downstairs is warm, inviting and has a good atmosphere, the music was too loud, unfortunately we sat upstairs which was barren and harshly lite. Don't sit upstairs and you'll be fine. - The toilet is not wheelchair accessible and you would struggle to access the restaurant properly in a chair.

First time trying plan burrito! I really liked it! I went for the taco deal for £14. You get 3 tacos, nachos, with a dip and a drink. All custom to your choice. In my tacos I got the chicken tinga, Mexican rice, grated cheese, jalapeños, guacamole, lettuce in southwest style. My drink choice was the lime jarritos. I really loved this combo. The meat and rice was soft. They really over load your tacos! The nachos could of been a bit fresher but I was overall really impressed with everything. I loved the flavours! Really friendly staff who helped me through each step. The tacos are definitely a 9/10. Can’t wait to try again! 100% recommend!

I had the massive one and it almost beat me. Sensational veggie chilli burrito. Would go back daily if I lived nearer. The service was a highlight too. The team were so happy to explain everything to my son who loved his too.

I love a burrito and out of the 3 places in Norwich that do Burritos, this is the best one. Huge portions that aren't actually that expensive. I'd advise sharing the big burrito! They staff we're accomodating too and very friendly. Definitely recommend!

I have yet to find good Mexican food in the UK and this burrito place continues the trend. If you like strong flavours or spices, this won't hit the spot. Very well catered to English tastes though, I admit I am an outlier.

The atmosphere and service were good . Brought down by the food quality. All the rice is cooked with dairy making it difficult to eat . The brisket was tough and overcooked with an acidic tomato taste. The tortilla chips were stale and under salted. The saving grace was the guacamole which was among the best.

Norwich has been needing a Mexian restaurant for while and Plan Burrito hits the spot. Their "really big Burrito" is just that, really big. I struggled to finish it. And my partner got the regular meal deal, that was plenty big enough for her. The staff are incredibly friendly and work like a well oiled machine together. The music is good as well. All in all, my new go to place for food.

About time to have new burrito place in Norwich! I’ve had lunch here today and it was DELICIOUS! Super friendly staff who were genuinely happy to talk me through the process. The beef brisket is a must! It was too juicyyy - next time I’ll be asking for wet wipes ❤️

The cheese sauce was incredible- I never thought I would say that. Also, the Burritos don't have cheese sauce on them, so don't be put off! The big burrito is a massive 14" tortilla filled with high quality meat. The staff were incredibly friendly as well and really happy to ensure we had a great experience. This is absolutely going to be my go-to place for food in Norwich in general - not just TexMex. Cannot rate this any higher

We have waited so long for a tex-mex place to open in Norwich and Plan Burrito did not disappoint. The food was incredible. The portion sizes are incredibly generous and very well priced. You get both quality and quantity. They have a wide range of food choices and I cant wait to come back and try more. So happy to finally get some tasty burittos in Norwich! 10/10

Fantastic burritos and 5 star service

I wanna start off by saying that I've never really taken a fancy to burritos before, they have never been my thing. My cousin however, loves them and insisted we go for lunch today. Boy am I glad I went along with her! Not only was every staff member exceptionally friendly and helpful (even letting us try some of the different meat they offered so we could decide!) but the food was just absolutely unbelievable. I had a regular burrito with Mexican yellow rice, vegs, caramel beef, the "medium" salsa, guac and lettuce. I cannot get over how insanely delicious it was, I've been raving to anyone who will listen to me! I cannot recommend a visit here more! You will NOT be disappointed! <3
