PizzaExpress in Liverpool

Tuvimos una comida encantadora la semana pasada con la familia. Muy buen servicio y la comida era muy agradable. Definitivamente volveré.

Fabulosa comida y servicio, no podía hacer lo suficiente para nosotros. Ambiente era genial y mención especial a Siobhan que era increíble xx gracias

Fuimos a Pizza Express anoche en familia! ¡Qué experiencia increíble! Gran comida y un servicio increíble! Realmente gran restaurante para los niños manteniéndolos entretenidos con los paquetes de color! ¡Comida para morir siempre vuelve por mi pesto de pollo favorito! Gritar a Siobhan el gerente, así como tan cálido y acogedor! ¡Sin duda volveremos!

Tuvimos una gran comida aquí. El servicio y la comida era fantástico! Mary, nuestro servidor era encantador y genial con nuestras dos chicas. Siempre sonriente y muy eficiente. Gracias por una gran noche! Volveremos.

Vine aquí la semana pasada para comer un bocado rápido, ya que no he comido bolas de masa con deliciosa mantequilla de ajo en un tiempo. Rápidamente sentado y servido por el encantador Siobhan. Las bolas de masa fueron 10 / 10 y fue seguido por una Romana Padana. Volveré pronto.

Was meeting a friend for an early dinner before going to the Cinema next door, it was lucky that we built in extra time. After being seated and waiting 35 mins no one had taken so much as a drink order from us. After trying to catch the attention of he staff to order my friend had to go across the restaurant to locate a staff member , it wasn't well received . We eventually got a drink after 45 minutes, and food after 50 mins. This was because he restaurant got " busy all of a sudden " , it was half full...... The service was appalling, not helped by the waitress who was clearly irked that we had the temerity to request a drink and food. The Manager deducted the 15% service charge off the bill without being asked but I won't be visiting again.

The food here is really good and the restaurant is bright and clean. We came for lunch and it was quiet, only three other tables were occupied. We ordered three kids meals, margarita's and one adult pizza. The food took the best part of an hour to arrive, we won’t be back.

Left waiting at front desk no interaction from staff left and went to Wagamama. Greeted straight away fantastic service . Not the staff fault at pizza express. Management doesn’t staff the restaurant fully .

Came last week for our 8 year olds birthday dinner . Waitress barely interacted clearly had too many tables waited for too long for everything drinks orders forgotten. Didnt even request a happy birthday as getting someone to ask for anything for hard work. Booked yet was made to feel like we where a bit of an issue when we arrived took a few mins to be seated after someone else was calles over asif wr didnt have a booking . Just a bit strange . King orawn starter was awful as where chicken wings which had no flavour other than burnt. No check back done on any course . Bill came to £175 for 5 its alot of money for average food and service really .

If I could give no stars I would, ordered drinks and one of the glasses was filthy with lipstick marks all around the top, pizza was awful, hardly any topping on, was over cooked and dry, with a couple of tomatoes on and hardly any chicken, waste of money, would definitely not return or recommend

Warm greeting on arrival and immediately shown to a table. Staff very welcoming and attentive. Service was very quick and food and arrived within 5 minutes of placing order. Will definitely go to Liverpool One PE again.

Came yesterday for lunch with my two boys . Food was really really good and marys service was fantastic . Still thinking about how hard the questions in the kids activity sheet are aswell 🤣

It was quite busy when we arrived and you could see they were understaffed. Even though the staff were very polite and hardworking and tried to be as helpful and friendly as they could, management really need to increase the staffing levels here. At least 11 people walked out due to the long waits and you had to wonder if they would ever return. With so many leaving, we were quite lucky in only waiting a medium time. We had the Carbonara and Spicy Guiseppe Pizzas which were outstanding. Really tasty and cooked to perfection with generous helpings of meat. Also good that they do a couple of IPAs and Pale Ales beers rather than just standard lager. We actually felt sorry for the staff who were lovely and did their best.

Firstly i will start with the positive visited on Tuesday night with my Wife and the food and service were spot on. Now for the downside. Went for a family meal with our daughter and her partner last night (Friday) The best way to describe the service would be Take away first and let the customers in the restaurant wait. The starters took over 30mins to arrive and one of them was 5 mins after all the others were delivered to the table (Yet take away order were going out of the door at a great rate of knots) When after an hour I asked the waitress how much longer she immediately went and asked the manager at the counter how long. He then spent 10minutes arranging takeaway orders before coming over and informing us it would be a couple of minutes. The main courses where then delivered withe exception of one dish. When we asked where this was told another 10 minutes. (The managers attitude/body langue was take it or leave it) I am no expert on restaurant service but one of the cardinal rules is you serve all the main courses on the table at the same time, we had all but finished when the final one arrived. The only thing that was served promptly was the bill (This is only the second time in over 30 years I have not left a tip) When I comment on the service the waitress did not know what to do a say she should have called a manager over at the least In hindsight we should have asked for the cost of the late main course to be removed from the bill. They want to make their minds up are they a takeaway or restaurant and look at retraining their managers in customer service. Unfortunately, I cannot leave a no star review I would strongly advise anybody against dining here at busy times as the service is a word I cannot use and the food well below par.
