food is always hot on arrival perfecly packaged and always tasty, they forgot our drinks last night but we didn't ring back as it was the grand national and knew it was so busy but 5mins later there was a knock at the door and it was our drinks and the delivery driver was so apologetic brilliant food so affordable with fantastic meal deals get down people you won't be disappointed 💯

The meat feast was ont meat feast and came cold had to warm it as well thanks

I have been a customer for years always rated the service and the food last few times I’ve ordered the food has been freezing cold and late by half hour up to 2 hours will not be ordering again disappointed

food was awful. cardboard has a more defined tatse. If you ever wandered what dry greasy food taste like look no further, this would be the place for you. would never eat here again.

Attitude stinks, sent the wrong calzone, told me to keep the old one which I threw away, then abused me when I told them I’d threw it away. Lost a customer over a 9 quid calzone. Come around here again with that attitude and see what happens.

Really lovely food that arrived hot. Pizzas were amazing with plenty of toppings & cheese. Mixed kebab was huge, daughter enjoyed that. Free cheese garlic bread was probably the best I’ve tasted. Great value for money - will order again

Waited over 2 hours for my order, asked for an update didnt receive one, calld the restaurant to be told it had left on delivery, called the restaurant 30 mins later to be told delivery had finished.. no refund and no pizza 😭

I don’t know if the kebab meat has been changed but it’s not like it used to be, I also asked for my meat to be great and it was just a couple of pieces grilled the rest was pale and oily, fries were nice

Usually nice food from here and never had any complaints, however this time the pizza was burnt and cold, not much flavour/taste to it either. Most of the other food was cold and drinks were warm.

First order for a while. I see why now. free garlic bread which is basically cheese bread. doner meat was some of THE worst I've had, drier and harder than the Sahara desert. pizza was ok, just ok. all could taste was onion. maybe it's my taste but all the good reviews based on my order last night... each to their own. Will be giving it a wide berth for a few more months again. sorry lads, upped a star for getting something free that how bad it was

Food was stunning; should of been large and they was definitely smalls. I could of ate another. The hot chilli was not hot. Definitely would go here again for nice good and fast delivery.

Can't fault anything - fast delivery, always piping hot food. Excellent portion sizes, the chicken and donner kebab is unreal. Curly fries are so crispy! The free garlic bread is a bonus. Def our favourite!

so we ordered at 6.20 food arrived at 8.10 and was missing 12" pizza driver reported and said would deliver in about 20mins still hadn't arrived by 8.45 so called the restaurant to be told he was cooking a fresh one and would send out straight away. it's now 9.20 still no pizza. Gutted even thou it's away late the food is really good be very surprised if we order again

I don’t think I have ordered from here before. But what I can tell you is that everything I got was amazing!! Hot, fresh, tasty, and cardboard holders for the fries which DONT MAKE your fries soggy!!! At last. A breakthrough instead of those polystyrene sweaty holders. I had lots of sauce and onion. Garlic bread was amazing. Just stuffed my face !!!! Love it so much 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🫶🏻

First order for a while from here. Pizza was thin as i requested, would have liked cooking longer as i asked for. Plenty of toppings on it but not much flavour if I'm honest. Couldn't taste the pizza sauce neither. Doner meat was good. Free garlic cheese bread a bonus. Overall good service but pizza as their product i find better elsewhere these days.

The person delivered food didn’t contact me a left the food .the security person asked to call me but the delivery man left the food and told them he is busy . They are about to dispose the food but luckily I got it . What kind of service that delivery person did

Friendly and fast delivery driver chicken bbq pizza was fresh nicest I've had.honestly bbq sauce is different from the rest..tahini is good but there's better about. Ordered from them loads of times. Food is good and order is always correct. Only slight issue this time was the donner burger said cheeseburger topped with donner meat but it was just donner meat in a bun which was fine but was expecting a cheeseburger with it too.

This is was our second order from Pizza.com and it did not disappoint. Everything was lovely and my 3 children enjoyed their meals. They even asked to order from here over McDonald and KFC as they enjoyed it so much last time we ordered. Highly recommend.

What can I say the food was very hot and perfect. Did not realise how big they were!! Both were fantastic! Very tasty and good quality toppings. BBQ sauce was a change I asked for and the sauce was amazing. The boxes were very clean. The delivery bag was very clean too. I wont go anywhere else when I would like a pizza now that I have discovered a 5 rated pizza shop with a pizza made by someone who knows exactly how to cook a pizza !!?

Waited a long time from ordering the food to the food being delivered. Delivery time was 15 minutes later than stated. Food was only warm when delivered.

Pizza and cheese garlic bread was flavourless. Seriously, cheese garlic bread was almost tasteless, ham n pineapple pizza hardly much better. Doner meat and salad wasnt bad tbf, wasnt good value for a 15 quid order. Sorry lads must do better plenty of competition out there now
