We went all over town in search of the best chips to take away and found them on the next street. Friendly, quick service

Ordered pizza, one hour late told it was on its way.... still no pizza told it was in the oven.... 2 hours later still no pizza told again on ots way.

I ordered a large pizza for collection they told me medium was only available and to collect in half hour then when I arrived made me wait another 20 minutes for burnt pizza. Definitely do not recommend

I ordered 2 kebabs for me and a friend last night. When they arrived they were completely burnt and the chips tasted awful. My friend called them to say they were burnt and inedible but half way through the conversation they hung up on him. When he phoned back asking for a refund, they said it was not their fault it was burnt and then started saying they were about to close so nothing they could do. They didn't apologise once and I paid £16 for food we gave to the dog. I'm not a fussy person, but it was like charcoal. They need to improve on the salad side too. Very lacking and no chillies. I will never, ever use this place again. They sent out awful food and then refused to return my money. Most expensive bit of dog food ever.

beats any pizza seller in Colchester. Have had from many different places, Pizza Bros always deliver within the 45 minutes and aren't stingy with their toppings.

The most disgusting food I've ever eaten. Pizza was saturated with grease and far too much tomato purée. The salami wasn't cooked that well and the side dishes were cold and just awful. We are one piece and threw it away. Waste of money!!

Two of the pizzas were soggy and the base was not cooked properly. There were not enough toppings for a 20" pizza, and the delivery was 15 mins late. Really disappointed with the service this time.

Horrible cheese on pizza, pizza was over done, asked for thick base, only got VERY thin base, got overcharged £1 even though the sub total on this app was the correct price for overcharged at the door. Poor experience

Was disappointing, undercooked and dissatisfying. My pizza was very undercooked and the milkshake wasn't what I expected - was more like nesquick then a fresh milkshake. Won't be ordering from here again as the pizzas never improve unfortunately.

Great food, reasonably priced, great delivery time. Definitely going to order again! One minor issue. First delivery knocked back as we ordered things not part of the discount, but there was nothing to indicate that on the menu when we were ordering. Not a massive issue, but did annoy us about whilst ordering. Otherwise, perfect!

Pizza was soggy in the middle and I've had better Charged an extra £5 because Just Eat didn't set up the website properly and didn't exclude certain items from the special offer. Staff were polite on the phone. Delivery took one hour.

Took 2 hours for our pizzas to arrive and when my husband rung them to see how long it will be, they put the phone down on him. When we got our pizzas they were quite nice but costumer service isn't the best.

I've ordered from here twice now and each time I've ordered a sweet tooth with extra chorizo, but each time, there hasn't been any chorizo so £1.50 a go and no chorizo. I thought firstt time was a blip but twice is just stupid!

Only ordered dessert items but arrived so quickly. The milkshakes are incredible would definitely recommend

One pizza was alright but, the other was rubbish. The cookies were burnt and the chips were cold. The delivery was over half an hour late and when I called, they said it had left already without asking what the order was or where it was. Will not order from them again.

Samosas were good, milkshakes were good but was extremely disappointed with the combo we bought we bought and paid for 3 of them totalling £30. Was expecting to get the 25% discount only to be told that wasn't part of the deal which after receiving it with non melted cheese on the nachos was I don't believe worth he money probably to some peoples likings but not mine I must say. The pizzas as stuck to the top of the box so all the topping was pulled off and really greasy. The garlic bread was really over cooked and looked a complete mess

Ordered through just eat they messed up the discount pizza bro's managed to sort it thankfully. A topping missed off the pizza but after waiting just over an hour for delivery I didn't want to complain.

Chips very limp not fried enough chicken popcorn bland and tasteless and burnt pizza came battered to bits got a replacement but it ended up in the bin as it was vile. Won't be ordering from here again. £22 wasted

Looked at other reviews and was appalled at their answers to customers feedback, basically blaming the customer for anything that went wrong. Will not be ordering from here again. Shame as used to be our favourites. New management?

The pizza was delicious, however the cookies were over cooked. Rang the takeaway to make them aware and the employee at the end of the phone was fantastic, very understanding. Organised a delivery driver to come collect the cookies and drop of free Ben & jerrys ice creams. Absolutely fantastic takeaway service.

We had the 20" Margherita Pizza and Nachos. The pizza was fairly good, although it lacked the tomato sauce on the base. The Nachos had no salsa and in my opinion, too much cheese.

Informed that they "dont care anyway" about negative feedback. This gives you a measure of them as people. Disgusting. Recommend Pizza hot4U instead

i cannot give any score for taste as i ordered it an hour and a half ago and have still not recieved it ... what i did recieve was a phone cal from some rude bloke calling me bruv and trying to explain to me that it i did not order it at the time that i clearly did order it because i have the email and also explain its my own fault for living in highwood which is obviously the hardest place in colchester to get to im not impressed i would never had ordered it from them if i knew i would be messed around like this my kids have a bed time and that has been ruined by this but im sure its ok we all have £20 to throw away on a takeaway

Very poor service, pizza arrived an hour and a half after ordering, I live 10 minutes away from the shop! They also sent me a thin base instead of classic crust, not impressed but was so hungry when it finally arrived I just ate it.

Pizzas were hot and fresh, loaded with topping and a good tasty base. Garlic bread was fresh and hot and breaded chicken wings were spicy and cooked through. Prompt and pleasant service.

Ok my last review was probably a bit harsh. I often order from here and was surprised to have a bad experience. Hopefully next time will be better.

What I ordered was not what I got, so disappointing as I had ordered from here before and it was yummy and value for money this being my last time from here was greasy and had a funky taste so I didn't eat any of the pizza the chips were skinny fries so over cooked and not nice the menu said chips not French fries. The only positive was the delivery which was super fast and not the hour and 45 minutes I was told. Overall bad bad bad
