Greatest flavourful pizza i had today was very hot

Pitta bread was really hard and tough to chew. Only a few bits of chicken in my kebab, swamped with sauce. And the salad was much less than I remember from a previous visit. I think I'll give this place a miss in future.

Don’t order the donner if you like your teeth. As my mate said, he’s eaten bags of sand with less grit.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received during my most recent experience with your establishment. I have been a loyal customer and have used your service multiple times, but after this incident, I will not be returning. Firstly, placing my order was extremely difficult because the staff member I spoke to did not speak English well and was mumbling throughout the conversation. This made it frustrating and time-consuming to simply place an order. Despite the challenges, I managed to place a large order and was told to expect delivery. After waiting for over one hour and 20 minutes, my order still had not arrived. Given that my children were waiting for their dinner, I made a friendly phone call to check on the status of the order. To my shock and frustration, the person who answered the call completely denied that I had even placed an order. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Not only was my time wasted, but my family was left waiting for food that never arrived. A business that fails to respect its customers and provide basic communication does not deserve repeat business. I hope you take this complaint seriously and make the necessary improvements to your customer service and ordering system.

Delivery it's desastre. Always late, never on time. Food is not so bad. Last time they had some "problems". 2h waiting. No food and no refund. Not recommended

As per previous reviews...... We ordered food and charged, however we never received the food. I called and unfortunately they kept hanging up on me when I asked for my money back. I have raised a dispute so the necessary officials will be in contact.

Avoid after eating they kebab I was violently ill after 3 days of sickness I had to go hospital. Health & safety checked the kitchen and found rat droppings

This is the best bossman shop and is run by the best bossman in the whole of Norfolk. Cheap and fantastic quality with great customer service!!!! Cannot think of a better place to get a cheap meal!!!!

Well I never got the order as the person who delivered it didn't try to phone me when I didn't answer I called the restaurant up and they said they'd sort and he'd be on his way

terrible chips, but the kebab was like a microwave donner meat, the worst I have ever seen or tasted WOW, if that's the best donner meat you can do, you need to pack it in shut down

Kebab was delicious chips on the other hand were under cooked for my liking. Need to be slightly crispy.

Just was horrible meat was over cooked and grissely the wraps were soggy and the chips were ice cold

Food has progressively got worse over the last 3 times I’ve ordered from here. Portions have got smaller, the quality of presentation has really gone down hill… food looks like someone threw it across the room into a box! Sloppy all over. Tonight’s food was borderline burnt and dried out! Not happy with this place at all

The worst experience I have ever had ordering a delivery, could barely speak English and just kept saying "sorry mate" when trying to explain a one pizza order, then they hung up the phone. Don't waste your time.

Shocking!!!! Missed drinks off order, kebab and chips were not only cold but tasteless will not be ordering again

Made a big order, didn't turn up so made a polite call and told that they "don't deliver to NR2" as they are "too busy and only deliver too" then proceeds to list ALL NR postcodes. I asked again where my order Is and told "my friend, try somewhere else. Your order is cancelled" Haha. What a joke.

The food was delicious and very hot. The best pizzas ive found in norwich. The delivery driver is a top man aswell very friendly. Will always use alias. I definitely recommend 😁

the food was cold, the donar kebab was over cooked and hard. The chicken Kebab again was hard and horrible. The pitta breads were like rocks. Terrible food and arrived cold as well. I will never be ordering from them again

I have ordered pepperoni pizza with jalapeno as a top up. On our pizza someone has literally put a whole jar of jalapeños. I even took a photo of how much we took off and still left some on a pizza.

This number tried to scam me, called me asking me how I am finding the EE service and then when I answered I’m not with EE, he hung up.

20 minutes late on an already long delivery time. Food ordered completely tasteless and chicken stale. Not a traditional kebab marinade on chicken it would appear if any? £4 delivery for tasteless late food.

The chicken wrap had burnt chicken, dry and tasted bitter. The scampi & wedges were over fried.

Ordered large chicken kebab and large mixed kebab for delivery as soon as possible. Arrived within half an hour which was fantastic and the food was DELICIOUS! Chilli sauce was perfect level of heat, the meat was very tender and the salad was plentiful and very fresh. Will definitely order again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ordered food on a Sunday, and was disappointed to say the least, the food looked to be old, potentially the left overs from Saturday night. The meat was dark, and hard, the salad was scarce and completely tasteless, chilli sauce was ok not very hot. The gent delivering the food was great, cheerful and pleasant to meet, it’s unfortunate that the food let this down.

Lovely kebab, chicken had a nice kick and was well seasoned/marinated. The garlic sauce is one of the best I've had, chips were good but needed to be reheated, but that's OK as I live six miles form the restaurant. The driver was very friendly. The only thing I would change is the salad ratio, not enough tomato or cucumber. Overall very impressed after some very poor kebabs from other takeaways recently.

Considering I’ve paid £4 for delivery pretty shocking that the food arrives late . Such a shame because the quality of the food is good normally . They did offer it the food would be cold to send back but it being 6:30 I don’t have time to wait for a total of roughly 3 hours for food. Food was stone cold . What a waste

Hiya ! My garlic bread was really burnt and dry :( practically inedible, kebab was yummy 10/10 , asking for a refund please as i would deffo come back again just disappointed this time round !

Pizzas are the best and delivered real quick too. Definitely a good place for pizza's to I would suggest.

Really tasty food! Better than the previous kebab I've been using. Chicken was tender and the doner wasn't greasy. The pizza was 10/10 I highly recommend. Great portions too will be a regular
