never came to me at all I waited for an hour for me dinner it say it was here but it wasn't next time knock on the door or call them

Chicken kebab wrap was aweful. Ordered it on Friday and it was full of salad and very tasty. What I got today was soggy wrap and no salad at all. Not impressed at all

No food delivered and phone was never answered!!

Ordered via Uber Eats, the estimated delivery time was 16:4 to 17:05. No delivery by 17:05, so requested an update via the Uber Eats App. No update, so I phoned them, it rang constantly then hung up saying called failed, tried again and the same thing happened. I had a £20 Uber Eats voucher, so it didn’t cost me anything, so I ended up ordering from somewhere else.

Nice fresh food, always comes hot.

An unfortunate miscommunication between both parties meant the food was late, however didn't appreciate the way was spoken to. Chicken was poor quality, pure fat, just about cooked. Won't be ordering from here again.

The food was great delivery was good however I had bought a 6 quid ice cream and a 2 quid ice cream and had gotten two of the two quid ice creams rather than one two quid ice cream and one 6 quid Ice cream I’m acc fuming as I got a product in which is worth less if what I had paid

Shish kebab was barely tepid and meat was very tough. Profiteroles were tasteless apart from the artificial chocolate sauce, which was not pleasant.

I placed a late order for collection only to have a door slammed in my face mid conversation with a staff member then to find out my pizza was uncut and almost entirely raw absolutely disgusting food and worse staff attitude will never return to this nasty place again

Wedges portion was a little small and some not cooked through so had a little crunch in the middle. Pepperoni pizza was very average. Stuffed crust cheese wasn’t melted all way through. Chicken strips where okay but was meant to get a dip with the strips that didn’t arrive even after leaving a note to the restaurant to help them remember. Wouldn’t order pizza again but might give kebabs a try next time if I had to order from here again.

Pizza wasnt what i expected couldnt eat it called the shop and they were extremely un helpful and basically didnt want to help they just said goodbye as i started my complaint Food half cooked base soggy tasted awful and now i have a complete pizza i cannot eat Took one bite out of it. My partner and I ordered from pizza world, and waited over an hour for our food to arrive. The quality was awful, and tasted like cardboard. The food arrived freezing cold and was extremely flavourless!! We spent over £30 on 3 items of food, which I had received better quality from my dogs dinner! Never ever would I ever order from this waste sight again!!!

So I ordered a chicken donner and donner kebab with no salad just garlic sauce and some cheeky profiteroles with sauce. What I got was a stone cold kebab with salad the meat tasted burnt ad I had chicken shish not donner it was so vile I couldn't eat it and then those cheeky profiteroles were actually 8 mini chocolate covered doughnuts that were actually still frozen what a horrible experience

I never received my delivery! I phoned the restaurant but the man in the phone was extremely rude & unhelpful & told me to contact Just Eat - which I did - but I still haven't received my money back!

I placed my order at 5pm by 6:30pm they hadn't assigned a driver,I had to ring pizza World and find out what was going on. Finally got our order at 6:50pm I understand it's Christmas eve but 1hr 50mins is far too long,My kids were very hungry and upset it was taking so long.

Shocking service I would avoid at all costs I ordered food for delivery waited 2 hours then the app changed to delivered, the food never arrived, I phoned to inform them of this and just kept getting told no delivery no drivers, so why didn’t they tell Just eat to change orders to collection only? I didn’t get my order but they still took my money, I have registered a complaint for money to be refunded but 2 days later I’m still waiting. Shocking service do not use

Shocking service waited 2 hours for delivery, then the App said it had been delivered when it never was, called the shop to be told we haven’t got drivers, so why accept the order ??

Nothing to do with pizza world, but next time I will order directly and not though just eat. Delivery driver went to the wrong house and then called me, very rude and hung up on me. He returned my food to the store, and then refused to return. Pizza world was great resolving it. Won’t be using just eat again

Quick and the food was hot, but unfortunately the food did not taste good. We ordered pizzas and the ingredients tasted very synthetic, to the point I could eat after a couple of bites and my partner didn’t enjoy his either. Sadly we won’t be eating here again

Just finished our chicken kebab and chips and loved it. Chips were nice and hot, and the marinade on the chicken was great. Would definitely order again.

Ordered a pizza with crispy bacon, received pizza with some kind of meat but not bacon and definitely not crispy. But they did not save on cheese. It was more like cheese garlic bread with tomato sauce.

Absolutely awful pizza, chicken nuggets, chips, garlic bread. All filled with Grace and very tasteless. I can’t say what the manager said that basically he told me where to go and that it was my fault the food was delicious they’ve never had any complaints and I don’t know what I’m talking about. I won’t ever eat here again as we had to throw the lot into the bin because we didn’t want greasy awful pizza. I would recommend pizza Gogo, pizza express, or Pizza Hut but not here!

Cold and undercooked curly fries, not even fried but put under the pizza grill, other food ordered half cooked, ill after eating it, this place needs a health warning and to be closed down in my personal view!

Steer clear of this place bad guts every time and found a pubic hair in my kebab put me right off have seen the delivery person with his hands down the back of his trousers

We ordered 2 pizzas and some fries. The deep pan pizza was ok as the chillies overpowered any other taste, however, the thin crust pizza was inedible. It tasted strongly of plastic and cardboard. Can’t complain about the delivery time but we won’t be ordering from pizza world again.

2 hours for a tiny order, absolute joke

Should have been here at 8pm….called at 8.20pm..no food! Told drivers just left, be with us in 5 minutes! Called at 8.40, told the drivers just left….not wanting to be palmed off again got passed on to the manager who offered free extras and was personally going to cook our food. It’s now 9.30pm….no food….kids starving. Will call again in a bit to see what’s happening. This restaurant should not be taking on more orders if they are too busy to deliver the goods. I am understanding but the truth would have given me the option to order elsewhere!!!!!!!

I have never ordered from this pizza place before and I was immensely impressed with the quality of food the pizza was delicious it was hot what and it was pretty much perfect the price for the pizza as well was extremely good very affordable and top-quality would recommend to anyone who is looking for a really good pizza at really good price

pizza base was greasy and soggy, but toppings were tasty

Pizza was only average - toppings and cheese were quite uneven and pizza was a bit tough, although pleased it wasn't as greasy as many takeaway pizzas. Service was OK (no complimentary dip or napkins, not that they're expected). Quick delivery though, with the pizza still hot upon arrival.

I ordered two pizza with different kind of bread they did not consider this and spoiled the plan. The taste was below average and the quality was kind of disappointing. Delivery was little late but its okay, the guy was nice smiling happily.

Pizza was absolutely vile and undercooked, so inedible people were spitting it out. Called up to complain and they were incredibly aggressive and abusive shouting down the phone and would not let me speak. Terrible people and food is not safe to eat.

My daughter just bought a pizza from Pizza World Bracknell, through Just Eat. I cannot begin to tell you how awful the pizza was. I took one bite, chewed, then spat it put. I thought perhaps it was just me, but no, my daughter did the same. My daughter called Pizza World and got nothing but abuse. Could not believe the abuse and aggression from Pizza World. Incredibly bad pizza and unbelievably bad response from Pizza World. Shocking. Grim. Wondering if this will need to be referred to public health?

if u need a food asap donot order for delivery it will approximately take an hour and avoid Friday evenings they might miss your order. My lamb donor hadn't got any kind of salad toppings and the otherchicken donor had a chunks of grilled chicken covered with an extra salads which should had been a proper thin sliced chicken. This is the 2nd time it went wrong so i am avoiding this place better crave kebabs from murats or muzzy but unfortunately they don't have delivery.

Awful service, bad communication & terrible food 😞 Not sure anyone knows what they are doing there! Will not be using again! Ordered @ 18:45 advises expected delivery time of 19:35. Still not with us at 19:45 so sent link thru app asking where it is. Message back saying delayed to 20:10. Waited and at 20:10 still not arrived so sent another message asking where it is. Received message back apologising for delay it was on its way & a free product would be added as apology. 5 mins later received phone call from restaurant to say there was an issue & they couldn’t fulfil order so I requested cancellation & money back as husband had to go to work & now too late. 5 mins later order arrived cold and with no extras! Whether I receive any money back is yet to be determined but we shall not be ordering from here again!

Wouldn’t order the potato skins again. Stone cold when turned up. Kebab pizza was okay. Not great. Had better from previous orders. Tonight was average if I was to be kind.

The chips where cold, the pitta was soggy as anything. To top it all off they left out my desert. Tried to call the restaurant 3 times with no answer! NOT HAPPY! Will not be ordering again but I want my desert to turn up.

Excellent quality food, later than expected delivery and coleslaw instead of a dip. Would still buy again as it's the first time it's been this late and with a issue, being the weekend im assuming they're busy

Yea it’s lockdown. Yes it’s a Friday but instead of saying it will be 5 minutes be more realistic with time and an update would of been nice!!!

The lamb in my kebab was chewy and the chips were cold and not very nice . They also delivered jalapeño poppers when we ordered mozarella sticks so my daughter was very disappointed.

The food was awful - items were cold, kebab had gristly bits in it and tasted like plastic. The curly fries were hard due to not being properly cooked, yet were still soggy. Will not be ordering from here again.

Again, the pizza tasted like dough I made in school in year 2 won't be buying their pizzas again

I have to say this is the best meal I have had to date using the JustEat application. I will most definitely be using this restaurant again. Top quality!

They delivered the wrong food, over charged and then the next day told me it was not there fault and blatantly lied that they had tried to call. Never going to use this place again
