I have frequented this restaurant since they opened some time ago. On my four or five previous visits, the food had been amazing and service has been personable and authentically Italian through and through. This evening we visited with a party of 8 for a 50th birthday celebration and we went to drop balloons and a cake off before the booking (30 mins before) and the staff looked bewildered as to what we were doing and why. Have they never had a birthday celebration in their restaurant before?? We then came for our meal and the staff were obviously low on numbers or didn’t have the experience to manage multiple tables. Starters took forever to arrive, we then ordered mains finally after about an hour and then 20/30 minutes later the waiter asked if we wanted the chef to start cooking the pizzas…. Of course we did. The pizzas had good bases but the toppings were off on each pizza. For example the Tricolore pizza (three colours) only had two and missed the green element. And others missed toppings - at this point we were just wanting to eat some food. We then had to ask for cutlery, pizza wheel etc and when we asked for the cake we had to keep asking for cutlery, knife, lighter etc and the manager appeared visually annoyed by any sort of request. It was noticeable that other guests kept having to walk up to the kitchen to request cutlery and condiments as at times there were no wait staff to be seen - one occasion the only waiter on sight sat sat on a table at the back on her phone minding her business. Just so we could leave the establishment we paid and left as quick as we could. £30 service was daylight robbery and this experience has lost my custom and that of my friends and their extended families.

I went to this little gem for dinner (not far from Chiswick Park and the tube) and had a perfect evening with my colleagues. Pasquale, the boy who answered the phone and took care of the service, immediately put us at ease (it's always nice to find someone who speaks Italian and has a natural sense of hospitality) and right from the smallest details the research behind everything is noted. We started with some bruschetta... incredible bread, tomatoes seasoned to perfection and the oil... THE OIL... truly incredible (from Bisceglie in Puglia, cold pressed). We then ordered lasagna and pizzas... everything was really good and the service was attentive and on time. Absolutely balanced quality/price ratio. Limoncello to finish it all. Thanks Pasquale and thanks guys for giving me a pleasant evening as if I were at home.

Amazing pizza. Nothing to envy of the best Italian pizzerias. Honeycomb dough, soft and slightly crunchy at the base. Top ingredients. Italians, and you can feel it.

Amazing dinner. Little pricy, but very worth it. The pizzas are quick and delicious, but try the tiramisu!

A tasteless slice of pizza for £6:50. How can you call yourself “the italians” and serve such disgraceful food at such astronomical prices. Avoid!

best pizza in Chiswick. today i had the pizza Capri and the Special Pizza, they were magnificent, very good and original recipe. all ingredients were very fresh

Tasty pizza and elegant ambiance

I was thoroughly impressed by both the exquisite cuisine and the impeccable service. The attentive and knowledgeable staff ensured that our meal was a memorable one and Pasquale provided us excellent recommendations ensuring our satisfaction. Pizza was delicious! The Italians restaurant è una “ chicca” nel cuore di Ciswick, ho cenato qui con delle amiche , tutte entusiaste del “ tagliere antipasto “ accompagnato da una buonissima focaccia, abbiamo assaggiato anche le pizze, davvero buone, con ingredienti scelti con cura e cotte davvero bene per una napoletana come me; ringrazio Pasquale che cortesemente si è preso cura di noi per tutto il tempo consigliandoci parte del menù e suggerendoci anche le pizze che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo, consigli vivamente la 4 formaggi con salsiccia!!!! Sicuramente ritornerò con piacere, la prossima volta con la mia famiglia. Grazie

I went with a couple of friends and we had an amazing time. We had couple of starts and pizza to share. All the ingredients were super fresh and the pizza is stunning. The place has such an authentic Italian vibe and the staff is super friendly. We were served by Pasquale which he was incredibly helpful helping us choosing the best dishes on the menu. We will definitely go back.

The crust of that pizza is haunting me still. It’s got that real taste of homemade bread (the one that my grandma used to make). The vibe of the place, the staff, the decorations, and the music, make me feel like i’m in Italy. My 7&11 years old, pizza experts, rate this place as the best Pizza place in London. Ask Pascuale for the specials!

Decent but expensive pizza, more new york style than Italian. Don't bother with delivery unless you're excited to wait an hour for a luke warm pizza

A good spot with Italian cheese and meat products, as well as some sandwiches, pizza and desserts. Pizza with mortadella and burrata was nice but quite overpriced - almost 6 pounds for a single slice. The same thing about the pricing applies to the meat products and cheeses they sell. The place still gets its audience though and nice to pop in to feel Italian culture

Lovely authentic Italian food and drink. Friendly service. A little quiet when we visited but a great evening.

Great if you are on a diet. Super overpriced. Offered us water at the start (tap water) and they charged for it. The truffled crisps are a massive trap, feels like they might have bumped into a truffle but absolute no taste, plus it was around 8 little crisps. Just avoid it.

What a fabulous find. The tables, decor (and toilets) were spotlessly clean, atmospheric and very nice. The food was brilliant. Special mention to the pizza dough. Not many people think about it, but it’s the basis of good pizza. This dough was wonderful. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Great service, great food, I must find an excuse to come again.

The food is just incredible. Been there with a friend, without a rezervation and they managed to find a table for us. Very nice stuff and lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend!

We had dinner here. Great authentic proper dough, beautifully crispy, very tasty pizzas. Liked that they were small and not overwhelming and nice to share. Could probably have had three, nice range of tops. Great bottle of Sicilian wine. Dog was welcomed. Was very quiet but should be busy. Will return

This is a great addition to the high rd. The concept is Italian and it is all about sharing plates. Their house red wine is very drinkable and can be ordered in a carafe. Great atmosphere and service and an opportunity to taste and try different foods. Enjoy!

This place was such a good surprise. Me and my friends went for wine and pizza on a rainy Friday. Food was amazing - everything was absolutely delicious and the small pizzas are such a great option to share and try different flavours. They have a very long list of wines and the house red was great. Staff was very friendly- Will definitely come back!

Another fantastic Italian restaurant, this one adds its unique spin on the cuisine with small plates & pizzas (cicchetti). Also it’s dog friendly like any good Chiswick restaurant should be! 🤌🏻 🐶🇮🇹

Wonderful experience! Delicious pizzas and salads, you can tell they use fresh produce. Really some of the best Italian food I’ve ever had. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Will definitely be returning! 👍🏼👍🏼

This is not a pizza wine bar. It's more of an Italian tapas joint. I was pretty disappointed as I was looking for a great bottle of wine with a standard pizza...but they only offer petit pies and sharing dishes. The lasagna was dry and chewy per my friends.

Great fun to be had at this off shoot of the long standing Italian deli on the Chiswick High Road. Lovely little pizzettas, good ham, nice fish tartare and I had a sublime courgette flower. Sharing is the name of the game. Good wine list. Not fine dining and slightly chaotic service but on a warm night a great walk in option. Nice people as well. Kid friendly too I would imagine. We shall be back. Recommended.

Fun place, newly opened and buzzing manically. The mini-pizzas are great for tasting a selection, the cheese board is great and we were introduced to Il Lugana which is a fantastic crisp light mineral white wine.

Sorry, very disappointing! The mixed board is not anything as good as the one nextdoor at the deli. Really poor! What’s the concept of this new place- less food and more expensive?!? 🥲

Been there with couple of friends, the place inside looks amazing,very stylish and simple, the staff is impressively careful on details, waiting time is good and the service is very professional you feel taken care of ,no pushing at all, The concept of "sharing" pizzas is great makes you feel more unite at the table, quality as expected is sky high, Mike the manager is been very professional throughout, THIS IS A MUST GO PLACE

The place is great! The ambience is really welcoming and charming. Amazing wines, food and service. The staff is friendly and you can tell making the costumers happy is their main priority.

Went for the first time yesterday, it is a lovely place with nice atmosphere and friendly service. The manager was very helpful in explaining the menu which had many options in terms of food variety. The small pizza idea is great we tried 6 pizzas and they were beautifully presented and super tasty. We had a very nice wine "Nobile" from tuscany. We will be back!

Superb as always! Sausage and mushrooms pizza are a must try. Amazing and friendly staff, they will accomodate you and make sure to take note for every special needs you may have.

I’ve been at the Italian pizza wine bar yesterday evening! Amazing experience . Pizza sharing is an amazing concept , we were able to try different flavors of pizza . The place is really elegant and welcoming . And the staff was really great ! Michele the manager , Francesca and Claudio they looked after us very well ! Highly recommend

We went to the Grand opening yesterday of the expansion next door their Deli. The Mini pizza selections were great. Clever concept of making small pizza’s - sort of like “pizza tapas style”. The pizzas we had we delicious, crispy crust, not too much sauce and tasty topping. (There must be a dozen options to choose from) Lovely meat & cheese boards choices plus a nice wine selection. Packed house on day one. Wishing them the best of luck. Support our local eateries they create a great sense of community.

Superb as always. Loved the original store a few doors down and their ‘tapas’ pizza concept doesn’t disappoint. We’ll be back!
