My suggestion is that once in your life you must to try the pizza At pizza tree , could be a quick lunch to eat there or take away , so I've tried both and the taste still the same ... highly recommend thanks guys

Just, simply, very good. Amazing location, amazing premises, amazing produces, amazing staff, management and ownership. High level but everybody's welcome place. The shop, outstanding: real produces, real stuff, high quality. Probably the best for brunch in edinburgh, definitely a must in general. Thanks!!! Great job everyone20. 😊

Like some other reviews have mentioned, we were persuaded by the strong reviews to eat here and were seriously disappointed in the quality of the food. Dishes looked nice and presentable but the taste was awful and a very expensive (30£ a dish!). The ravioli pasta was seriously over cooked and resembled meaty mush that wouldn’t even attach to a fork and the melanzana was salty and tasted like baking soda and was inedible. A real disappointment as the staff were nice and the place seemed very cozy and we paid nearly £200 for our a la carte meal.

Delicious food, attentive but non intrusive service- just had the most amazing lunch here. Already planning next visit.

Fantastic Italian cafe with wonderful friendly staff and the best Italian coffee and breakfast! We always go to the cafe every time we are visiting Edinburgh from Chicago. It’s the best! Thank you for all the delicious breakfasts and coffee!

If you're in the Leith area this place is definitely worth travelling to. Great service and great food. I would also go out of my way to go here just for the coffee. I'm a big meat eater so I was a bit hesitant when I saw the menu. I got the jalapeño popper + nduja and I was blown away. Side note: also had a lovely glass of white wine and I thought the wine glass it was served in was elegant and well thought out for the style of venue.
