Ordered two mixed kebabs, one in pita the other on chips. Our salad was wilted because the meat was placed on top of it leading to having soggy pita bread and soggy chips. Very disappointing considering the last two kebabs I have had from there were outstanding.

The service was decent with a friendly staff but unfortunately the food didn't deliver the same quality, the fries caused food poisoning.

I'd had a long day at work and wanted something tasty but didn't want to cook, so I took a chance and tried pizza time, which is right next to my street. I ordered the BBQ special pizza. It was made to order so it was really warm and it tasted really nice! Really generous amount of toppings for a small pizza! Would definitely order this pizza again, and the staff are very friendly.

I don't normally write reviews but pizza time is just so good I need people to know. Every time I've had a veggie burger from here it's been so good and freshly cooked, including the chips. I had the mushroom pockets and oh my gosh they were so good, I don't think I've stopped thinking about them since Every time I've been it's been pretty quiet, so the food has been done really quickly, less than 10 mins per person I'd say, and that's at a stretch as it's normally quicker The two people who serve and cook are both very lovely too ! They even wrote Merry Christmas on our orders too which is such a lovely touch :)

Since coming back to University I have found myself coming here often. The food is great and they always serve big portions. The staff are very friendly and happy to accommodate any questions you have. And the food is prepared quickly. Would highly recommend!

Vanilla milkshake was most likely rotten because it had a very bitter taste to it, so I had to throw it

The food was great and well seasoned, the loaded fries were definitely fully loaded with crispy chicken, the sauce was great and the cheese was too. Beef pockets of delight were as the name suggests. The pizza was great, thin crust and tasty toppings made it taste good.

1 large chicken shish with chips and 1 medium chicken shish ordered. Salad on both. No onions. Only 1 sauce allowed to order. Salad only tomato, cucumber and lettuce. The large came with no pita bread. Both had very little to no lettuce. Food that there was/is tasty but never worth over £20. Disappointed as use to be best kebab in town.

Arrived slightly cold but can’t be helped sometimes. Was still tasty nether the less. Definitely recommend the mixed meat kebab absolutely delish. Just wish on the app I could add 2 sauces to it not just 1.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about; I stopped at Pizza Time last time on a early night walk up the hill with a friend and not only was the food delicious, the portion size good (a large, well-stuffed peri-peri wrap for about £6.45), but the service was quick, friendly, and helpful. They were very friendly and patient with helping me figure out what to order. The shop was empty at the time I arrived, so I also got to have a lovely chat with them while I waited for my food. Will definitely be back and urge everyone else to give them a try.

Should be ashamed! Ordered 2 chicken wraps with lettuce, cucumber and garlic mayo.. well this is what we recieved. Ring the shop up and complain about it to get “love I don’t understand why you’re so angry it’s just a little bit of salad, next time put in the comments you want more salad”

The order just kept getting delayed, and when it arrived was all unfortunately cold. We waited just shy of 2 hours for the food. Was a real shame as the meals chosen had been highly recommended by friends.

As always, the food was cooked to perfection, delivery was fast. Very very enjoyable!

Since reopening under new ownership we are happy to continue our regular custom. The refurbishment is spotlessly kept clean. The family are friendly, very good customer service, charming delivery drivers. The food is carefully prepared to order, the chicken shish is marinaded perfectly, flame grilled retaining juiciness. Just ask and they will try their hardest to please,they care about their customers likes and preferences.

Food quality was okay though not quite what I'd expect for the price. Timeframe I was given was between 55 and 75 minutes after I ordered, it took 85 mins total though I noticed that the JustEat screen was set to "delivered" on time even though I didn't have my food yet.

Thought it looked small when it arrived but wow it was filling, good quality as well, small thing but the milkshake was warm, but that could be just the way it’s made.

If You want the best then this is the place . You won't be disappointed .

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Waited nearly 2 hours for food to arrive. I called at 6.30 to check they delivered to my address where I was told they do. I then called at 6.55 to place my order and pay. About 30 minutes later I was called and told they don't normally deliver to my address and would have to charge another £5 for delivery. The person I spoke to was not pleasant ornpolite and made it sound like It was my fault the mess up had happened. Food finally arrived at 8.45 for it to be the wrong food ordered and not even warm. Ridiculous experience and wouldn't order from here again.

Very slow ordered a pizza and they took like an hour and 15 minutes phoned them up and after the 4th time they answered I asked how long and they said they phoned us up (the phone never rang and it was next to us) and that he knocked the door what with his pinky 🤔 as we didn't even HEAR the door (I live in a tiny flat) we would of heard a decent knock and then cancelled the order😤

Dreadful place. How did place even pass the food hygiene and safety requirements? Pizza Time needs to change their takeaway containers immediately! This is a serious health risk and it is cancerous! Everyone with half a brain should know putting hot food with oil and steam will melt away the polystyrene container. I wasted a good meal and had to toss most of my food out. The polystyrene had stuck to the fries and nuggets rendering unfit for consumption. The Ceredigion Food Standard Agency needs to look into this matter!

Pizzas are the best in Town by far and the milkshakes are amazing and I hope soon they can add different milkshakes to the menu like twix, mint chocolate and milkybar.
