@pizza Royal Mile in Edinburgh, City of

had previously given a good review as when we'd been before it was lovely but our last visit was disappointing. there was only a few people in and our food took forever even though we only ordered 2 pizzas and a garlic bread. the bread took so long we ended up asking for it to go.. eventually after an hour after finishing the pizza we had to leave as our parking was expiring.. we realised the garlic bread was sitting on the counter in a takeaway box but nobody had given it to us. wonder how long it sat there! proper weird a shame as pizzas used to be great but this time, it wasn't worth it at all :(

We visited here in February and it was amazing. I’m coeliac and my husband isn’t. On arrival they asked if either of us had any dietary requirements and after confirming mine the waiter took me over to where they make and cook the pizzas and talked me through how they ensure my pizza would be gluten free and honestly I was so happy. When the pizzas arrived they were perfectly cooked and were so tasty and exactly what we had ordered, no issues and my gluten free pizza was the same size as the normal pizza which is amazing as they are usually smaller for a higher price. These guys are amazing, they couldn’t do enough for us and completely understand dietary requirements and are more than happy to accommodate where they can. Can’t wait to visit again,

Very happy with our visit to @pizza , pizza bases are in fact lovely and they had a great selection as well as the build your own choice! Daryl brought our starter up quick as he thankfully managed to get it in the oven before a big order allowing us plenty of time to wait for our own pizza to come!

Pizza was really good, very tasty and fresh. very clean and pleasant restaurant would recommend for a place to eat . Very reasonable priced

We tried Margharita, White Pizza, and Garlic Bread, and they all were perfect. I love refilled craft sodas, especially the peach one. My only complaint is that there is no halal option maybe they can add it. There are only limited options for Muslims.

Second time at @pizza, first at this location, and the pizza was delicious and good value too. Special shout out to Darryll and Luke for being lovely.

Delicious pizza! We’d visited their other restaurant on previous trip to Edinburgh so decided to try this one too. Not quite as fun now you don’t get to experience the ‘build you own’ at the counter but still a decent price for a fully loaded pizza. Ordering via an app was super-simple and easy. Service was really quick. Restaurant was lovely and warm too which was great when it was cold cold outside! Would recommend 👍

I went here as it was the highest rated pizza in Edinburgh as according to Trip Advisor. The staff were friendly and the app ordering is up my street but I found that the pizza was not the best, it was good but I can’t see how this is the best rated in Edinburgh. That being said if I was still a student then I’d find this place amazing but, as I am not, I found the overall experience underwhelming.

We are from Korea. The taste exactly is authentic. And I think this place pizza is better than any other place one.

It's a very modern experience with orders and payment made by your mobile phone (can be done by staff upon request). The eating experience is similar to McDonald's with food presented on trays with no cutlery. Our food was tasty and fresh. Staff were very friendly although given that you place the orders yourself they don't offer a waitered service. The restaurant is recommend, but don't expect a Pizza Express-type of experience.

Calum was absolutely superb. Very attentive and a real sweetheart during our business Xmas lunch. The pizza was great, as were the cans of Innis & Gunn.

This is the 5th time I've been here and it gets vetter everytime, calum and Darrell were amazing. I most likely will be back

Me and my partner stumbled across this place one night, we were greeted politely at the door and given a table without reservation. The food was very tasty, limited drinks, but a very cool place with a nice vibe, was ideal for a nice meal.

My dining experience at @pizza on the Royal Mile was awful. The pizza was tasteless and the portions were small. Also, the base is not proper Italian thin pizza base but some insipid and fluffy one. If you want authentic Italian pizza, avoid this place....
