Ordered food at 20.12 just pizza and chips nothing too complicated!!! Rang at 21.50 after it was supposed to come at 21.20 to be told it was on the way LIE rang again at 22.20 to be told it had been left on our step!!! LIE!! We’d been watching on camera, no one had been nor was there any food left on doorstep either!!! Kept passing phone between em didn’t have a clue, then to be told orrrr weal make it now and send it what at 22.30 at night after waiting 2 hours no thanks 🤬🤬🤬

Ordered today at 17:50 and they decided to cancel my order at 19:45, I don’t mind cancelling if it’s too busy but leaving it 2 hours to do it is a joke.

the food, when it arrived was delicious, but we ordered at 17:40 and it arrived at 19:20. I'd consider collecting next time to avoid delivery issue as food was great - just a bit past it when it arrived. felt sorry for delivery driver that came, clearly having a rough shift - perfectly pleasant and polite though. will try again, but as said I'll likely collect next time

Food was all delicious and I would order from here again. My only criticism was that I ordered 2 special kebabs. One with chilli sauce and one with garlic mayo. They both came with garlic mayo which was a really frustrating when I opened at home. These also came with chips but one had a decent amount and the other literally had about 4 chips in the box. Glad I ordered extra. Next time I order I'll check the sauce on collection 🤣

2 hours late and had no taste at all

Food quality was quite poor and not very tasty, said was a smash burger but was not, would not recommend.

Food is amazing quality. I’ve never had a better pizza. The delivery driver is also really lovely and went out of his way for me.

order regular very disappointed large kebabs was small, chicken bbq wings was not wings but nuggets coated in bbq sauce cheesy chips hard did offer to send kebabs out spend a fortune here and not very happy

Ordered from here twice now, first time I ordered a regular kebab and it was huge. second time I ordered a large kebab which was really poor - I don't understand the portion sizing. Second time I also ordered a peperoni and kebab meat pizza which arrived without the kebab on. Second order was not impressive. I will say though the apart from it being the wrong order and portions being small, the food itself is tasty and enjoyable.

Not happy had missing items and then when I phone back up she says on phone will get them sent out to u straight away be about 10 mins and now it’s been 2 hours still not received it disgusting

We use Pizza Roma 2 all the time, and delivery has always been slow. HOWEVER today it took 2 hours! The food came freezing cold and the door we received was rubbish in comparison to what we have always had before. Really disappointed!

The garlic and onion bread was great the calzone was beautiful the dough was a little done to much on top but it was lovely will definitely be ordering again from them 5stars from me .

We have ordered from here loads of times. Only recently have we started to have problems. This is the 4th time in a row where there's been a problem. Although the past 3 times have been sorted out in a quick and timely manner. Tonight was just the final straw regarding the delivery time. When the food is correct it's lovely however I will be ordering from somewhere else in future.

Should advise customers to pick up instead of taking too many deliveries. Cold pizza and chips only thing eatable is the onions rings. Have to drive and pick up from else where! Requested refund

The food is soo nice. We now order here regularly and enjoy it every time. We collect and it is always ready on time and you are greeted with a smile. Recommend to everyone and will be ordering again. The Garlic chips are the best we have had.

Doner kebab was ok salad and souses also . On Pizza Mexicana taste delicious but too much dough on the edges. for Shure I will order again recommended

Kept getting told it was 5 minutes away on the phone ended up having to go up to the shop myself even tho we had paid delivery fee. Ordered at 6:54pm- estimated delivery time of 08:05-08:25. Called at 8:20….was told next delivery…called again at 8:55 and told its with the driver. The order arrived at 9:11… have ordered from here for over 2 years and the last few times we’ve had an issue , either missing food, wrong food or excessive delivery times. While there are no complaints with the actual food, we always enjoy it, it’s definitely gone down hill in terms of service. If too busy to meet delivery times, stop orders and when you call to chase up delivery , don’t interrupt the caller and simply say “ it’s with the driver”

Ordered a meal deal for £18 which came with the smallest box of chips which isn’t advertised and was supposed to come with a large bottle of cola which also wasn’t delivered. Asked delivery driver about the pop and said they’d come back with it and never did.

Best pizza takeaway by far, never go anywhere else. Usually on time unless it’s a busy evening. Always hot, always worth the wait.

Food delivery was acceptable. I ordered a chicken and donner kebab at £8.20, what arrived was 3 pieces of chicken in a pitta bread and they had to totally forgot to put the donner meat on. Called the restaurant to advise of this, they said they would send it out, which never turned up. Food is nice from here but very disappointing service which could have been so easily resolved if they just had sent the missing donner meat.

Rang the restaurant 30 minutes after getting the ‘on the way’ notification, to be told the driver had broken down AGAIN, and another driver was on the way with the order, that driver never turned up either

Normally order from here and it’s usually great but this time it was not like anyhting before. All just wrapped up and thrown in the box and was freezing.. disappointed £20 wasted

Only negative was staff didnt put paprika on chips. Everything else was positive.

Gone down hill with the delivery service and an increase charge for the pleasure! Such a shame it was 30 mins late, and the food was tepid at best, cause the flavour is great. The spaghetti was fairly dry. We are unlikely to order again short term. Must do better!

Excellent food, very quick delivery but received wrong item. Ordered tray of kebab meat and received kebab meat and chips (we wanted to share between 2 and couldnt as there was a shaving of meat on top of a portion of chips). Didn't bother to contact them as we're not exactly round the corner but lovely food as always

Delivery time was as it was stated so can’t complain about that , the food however is a different matter , I ordered a calzone first of all it was so thin and flat it looked like someone had just cut half a pizza off and sent that then on top of that there was that much grease dripping out of it I had to have a cloth to wipe my hands after every bite , it was just one melted mess inside and dripping grease out of every crack in the dough , never ever again will I use this place !!!!

Honestly would be Max stars, the food is lovely cannot complain about it, the service is good and the delivery is pretty spot on my only tidbits: A large kebab isn't a large. The portion size just isn't there with any of the kebabs but the food again is very nice so Our pizza looked like it had taken part in a drifting competition, tasted fantastic but was alittle worse for wear during its time in the car lol Honestly will still be ordering from here as mentioned its lovely food, would give a full star rating if not for the side notes

Pizza was cold, really burnt on one side of the pizza which had a different coloured barely melted cheese thrown on the top to try and cover it. £15 wasted. Awful.
