Burned pizza. Pizzolita said "that's the best I could do and thats how it should be" then she baked another two and they were burned again. £41 for two burned pizzas sounds like a proper rip off. No discount offered.

Very average pizza and they add a 10% service charge to your bill without asking.

Dirty pizza underneath and raw, with no flavor and little topping. Pizza dirty underneath and raw, with no taste and little seasoning.

Ordered 2 pizzas at 17:00 no management was in the restaurant people were playing and scrolling through instagram, which has made me skeptic from first. The pizza was meant to be one with thin crust and one normal both were burnt and tasted like charcoal (bland was not thin) when the pizzas were brought she would try to convince me that it grew in the oven, ( I am a head chef at their competitors) pizza was cooked at a high temperature under 6-8 minutes instead of 180* 14 minutes. Great, not coming ever again..!

I wish I could rate the service higher than 5/5. I visited for my first time last week and I was genuinely blown away by the exceptional level of service that I received! I have celiac disease (severe gluten allergy) so I called ahead and spoke with a server and the chef to clarify cross contamination procedures and how everything works. I then had an email from Scott detailing all the steps they would take for my visit, down to training of the staff, ensuring there were allergen menus ready for me etc. This is the BEST celiac friendly experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The food was amazing, I had the carbonara pizza - I’ve never tried white sauce before but I would definitely recommend it! The cocktails were fun and unique as well (I had the loveheart cocktail and it even came with the sweets on top!). I could not recommend this place more. Thank you to everyone who made it so special! I’ll be sure to visit again soon.

The food was amazing, the vibe is cool and the cocktails are great. I personally recommend the coconut mojito. The ham on the Hawian pizza is beautiful. Brilliant place both myself and my partner enjoyed. Would love to visit again when visiting the area again.

Who would have thought that one of the best pizzas ever eaten by an Italian could be found right in the heart of Highcross in Leicester? Delicious!

It was ok... pizza was wet and limp, the sort that when you held the crust the other end would hit you in the arm . At least we had a laugh playing spot the toppings. Shame, though, as the menu looked great. Staff weren't the best as they seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves instead of looking after customers. Pizzas took so long to arrive that one of our group had eaten theirs before the last one arrived. Overall, I gave it a try but won't be back. 2 stars seemed harsh but 3 is too high.

Delivery time kept changing , ended up being 1 hour 20 mins wait . No cheese on the pepperoni pizza at all. Ordered for my son as we were out and he was so hungry he ate it but said it wasn’t pleasant

The pizza is good usually, had to order a second one because on uber eats it doesnt say the chicken is actually lemon chicken and it completely ruined the pizza with the lemon taste. We also got mac and cheese as a side and it looked nothing like the picture and was the saddest portion of mac and cheese you could imagine and bizzarely despite looking undercooked it tasted burnt (maybe from the charcoal oven). Pizza is usually a recommend but that mac and cheese is bad

Amazing experience. Ordered on deliveroo and didn’t receive our pizzas due to deliveroos fault however we phoned and were offered two free pizzas, two free drinks because of the inconvenience! Staff were so friendly and pizzas were amazing. Highly recommend !

The quality of the food was not bad. I did get a stomach ache after ordering a gluten free pizza. So I don't know if my pizza was prepared in a separate area from the other non gluten pizzas. Service charge is shocking at 10% of your bill with the amount of service you do get.

amazing! been twice, did the cheap date mondays which was great value and been back again since. 2 pizza 2 drinks for £26. did the make your own which was great and service was fast and friendly.

I visited Pizza Punks one evening with a friend for dinner. The staff were friendly and the service was very quick! We both loved our pizzas and cocktails. Our server Chloe did a great job on the cocktails. The food and drinks definitely hit the spot! Highly recommended!

We ordered from lane 7 through pizza punks. We waited an hour for our pizza and 4 still didn’t arrive. My friend was called a bit*h and her phone was taken by the server who proceeded to run off with it. Couldn’t be much worse.

The pizza is just not great - bland and undercooked dough, with pretty measly toppings. This kids menu is poor value at £9 for a small pizza, cheap drink and tacky dessert. Also, service and food preparation was very slow for a large restaurant with only 5 or 6 active tables - considering pizzas cook in less than 4mins it shouldn't take 20mins to serve. Lastly, I can't imagine why the 'pizza classics' would include a cheeseburger pizza and some kind of taco-hybrid, not really 'classics' unless you live in a pizza asylum.

I had the cheeseburger pizza, garlic bread with rosemary and blue cheese dip. Staff were lovely and very attentive, it's very neat and modern. Everywhere nice and clean. Would happily go again

I had an amazing experience at Pizza Punks in Leicester, all thanks to Aaron, the outstanding pizza chef! His creations are a true masterpiece of flavor, and his attention to detail is impeccable. Aaron's passion for crafting delicious pizzas shines through in every bite. The service was fantastic, and I left with a big smile, already planning my next visit. Kudos to Aaron and his for making my dining experience exceptional!

Really good pizza and a great price.

I tried many flavors, I personally like Hawaiian, Mexican, Cubano, Cheese burger. The pizza dough is nice. Unfortunately, sometimes it gets a bit burn but they kindly fix that for you. Really great service. Definitely recommend.

We came here for the evening bottomless brunch and can honestly say from start to finish it was fantastic. Gary and his team looked after us so well, we never had a empty glass! The pizza was delicious and the cocktails and wine were all really good! Thank you for such an amazing experience, we will definitely be back!

Lovely pizzas, you can choose your own toppings and sauce etc. Kids meal was great, he had a pizza which could of easily been split between 2 children, apparanty not with mine though as he liked it that much he ate every bit and also a cookie with icecream and a drink! Considering he is a very slow eater too he gobbled it down. The cheese sourdough was nice too! The staff were lovely and friendly. One staff member in particular made us feel welcome and even interacted with my 3yo. I like that the place had a nice atmosphere and also the tables are nicely spaced apart, which i lik3 because most the time i find resturants cram alot of tables right next to each other.

Was advised a chef was ill and they had just taken a big order , didn't see many people in and wasn't advised of the timeframe so decided to still sit n wait , wish we hadn't. Even though they had customers inside and being a chef down they where still allowing online ordering through just eat etc and making the customers who where seated waiting . Hardly spoke with the staff and we had to get there attention for our drinks and food order . When the food finally arrived 1hr 30 min later we wasn't asked if everything was okay till we asked for the bill and it wasn't anything special . The likes of pizzahut / dominos do better pizzas Won't be going here again

We enjoyed a great meal at punk pizza in the new year 🍕 As it was a Thursday we took advantage of the amazing deal for just over £30 . There was so much food 2 pizzas 2 sides (we had wings and garlic bread) and 2 cocktails 🍹🍹. This easily could of fed 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. . highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Went here for lunch at the weekend. Seated pretty quickly and service was fast overall. Ordered the cheeseburger pizza but was a little disappointed. There was very little meat compared to what I’d get in other places, and it would have been nicer if they spread the sauce out. Still a nice place and very reasonably priced for what you get, but probably wouldn’t rush back!

We booked a table, arrived to a very unorganized staff and an unprepared table. I sat on the long sofa that was very dirty, a terrible idea for such a place. Whilst the food seemed reasonably priced, drinks were extortionate. We left before the rest of our party arrived, never even ordering drinks. Whilst we could tell they were low on staff, the state of the other tables was unacceptable.

Food is OK. Gets loud like anywhere else during busy times. Service was great.

Food was decent especially the pizza and Buffalo sauce. Visited 22-12-23 lunchtime. All staff were very polite and helpful, we sat next to the open kitchen and the pizza chef on that day was chatty with us talking about the dough ect. They really couldn't do enough for us.

The pizza and service were really good. The price of the drinks were ridiculously expensive, which pushed the final bill well over what I expected to pay for convenience food.

We received two pizzas completely different to what we ordered. One was obviously a blatant joke as was covered in syrup and sesame seeds which isn't even on the menu. Called the restaurant to try to rectify and they claimed they had no orders since 3pm. It was 9pm and we ordered at 8pm.

Pizza consistency is lacking, ordered two mageritas, 1st one the base was thin as papodom and then ordered second with request of little thickness base but this one tastes more like garlick bread. Not sure if it make in list of revisit 🥴

Weekday visit so your results may vary. Delicious pizza for a fair but not necessarily cheap price. Sides seem pretty decent as well. Dessert was sadly a letdown in comparison to the quality of the pizza. Will 100% visit again, but maybe not for dessert.

Pizza box not sealed. Arrived in a mess, crumpled up with all the toppings falling off and slightly cold. Arrived 30 minutes after chosen time.

Leicester branch - in Darius you have a host / manager that should be rewarded far beyond what I’m sure a chain pays. This guy is accommodating, friendly, warm, problem solving, and overall engaging and great guy! I dropped in last night on the way to a job to just get a snack and despite a massive table just walking in (approx 20) I got a pizza in less than 5mins. Just what I needed. I’d take a bit more sauce on my pizza and some oregano but the fact he got me in and fed and on the way to my job in record time is a testament to his overall persona and made the whole experience memorable. This guy should not be a manager he should be training managers on customer service. His energy is boundless. If I had a restaurant or bar I’d poach him. Fact. This is not the best pizza in leicester, it’s good, but I’m making a point about the service!

Came here after a night out on the town. Seated quickly, served quickly, friendly host and server. Awesome pizza and cocktails. Can’t say enough! Loved it.

Great selection of pizzas, plus the option to make your own with unlimited toppings. Thin, crispy dough. Good service. Lots of tables so works well for groups too.

Okay food - interesting flavours, so much to the point it can be hit or miss. Dips are a funky in that they don't taste quite like like what they're called, and the sauce on the Buffalo chicken was cold. The concept of unlimited toppings and the pizzza prices are great, other items are acceptable price wise. Overall alright place to give a go and see for yourself.

Stopped for food on the way to support my local team (not doing very well, unfortunately 😕). The pizza was fresh and tasty. Beer was crisp and flavoursome. Service was very pleasant, efficient, and quick. Nice place but a bit empty, so the atmosphere is not at its best, maybe!!! The reason for 4, not 5 stars, was the overall value for money! Not bad by any means, and I understand costs are rising, but just under £20 for a beer and a pizza, especially when the meat is a bit sparse, is not 5☆ for me. Having said that, the overall quality was such that I WOULD go their again.

Friendly front of house and quick to table. Not quick service but certainly friendly. Usual choice of PP fare, nice in-house soft drinks & good pizza bases. Toppings a little shy of the mark quantity wise, but okay for the price. Sourdough bases & cooking method very good.

When going here for the first we were greeted kindly and seated at a nice and clean table. Alongside the range of pre-arranged pizzas, the concept of designing your pizza here is awesome! And the price itself is also most agreeable! The drinks and the pizzas were freshly made and you can taste it. Simply amazing, delicious, not expensive, and a lot of vegetarian options!! Great atmosphere, music, personnel, food, overal just a straight 5 out of 5, or even a 10 out of 10! Would recommend going here, you won't regret it!

A repost from my review last weeks as they seem to have deleted it Since I have had one email back asking to confirm day and nothing since nice decor, pizza tasted great! Until I got to the other half where the underside was very burnt, I like the char, but this was way beyond that, last 2 slices of 6 was inedible, told the server who said “aww I’m very sorry mate” then just brushed it off, also no one came to check how my food was and despite me putting the empty glass on the edge of the table for 15 minutes, no one offered a refill, I was the first table to arrive, within the half hour I was there only 4 small tables arrived , for 2 pints, an overcooked pizza It cost me £27.45 and I feel like I've been robbed !!

I had an amazing experience at PizzaPunk in Leicester, and I wholeheartedly give it a 5 out of 5 stars. I had heard glowing recommendations from my best friend who said, "If you visit Leicester, you must try their pizza." So, during our trip to Leicester yesterday, I took my girlfriend and her parents there. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and a prosciutto pizza, and to our delight, they were served within just 5 minutes of placing our order. The efficiency was impressive. What made the experience even better was the incredibly friendly and positive attitude of the waitstaff and bartenders. Their warm hospitality added to the overall enjoyment of our visit. PizzaPunk in Leicester left such a positive impression on us that we've already decided that the next time we're in Leicester, we'll definitely be returning for another round of their delicious pizzas. Highly recommended!

Don’t bother, ordered and it took over an hour for our groups food to arrive. My food never did, we spoke to the staff at 7 lanes and they did nothing to resolve the issue. We spoke to 2 members of staff (one at 7 lanes and another someone who worked for the pizza company) and I had 2 photos taken of my order off my phone. We also rang twice and eventually had to get a refund and the food never arrived. Also, my groups pizzas arrived in the state seen in attached photos.

Very nice restaurant in Leicester town, with seating inside and outside. The service was fast and our waiter was very friendly and polite. One nice thing about this restaurant is you can customise your own pizza, and although there are one or two vegetarian options, it gives you more choice to add plant based meat too. The pizzas were large and tasted nice, they're not amazing but for the price, service and size, they're very nice and I have no complaints. There is a bar and they serve cocktails and mocktails.

Went here on 5 and 6 Sept 2023. First time I'd been there. Really loved it. Great food, atmosphere and excellent and very polite and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Garlic bread was nice but the pizza was burnt and took a very long time to be made they had no pepperoni in stock and the price was very high

Hmmm… they start with good basic ingredients. The pizza base is much better than at most pizza places. They use good tomato sauce, good cheese, good ham and create an impressive work of art. But then they pick up bottles of squeezy sauce and start going at it like climate protesters in an art gallery. Perhaps that’s the idea 🤔

Had half a nduja & salt &chilli chicken pizza...oh my!! Totally delicious. Loved the strawberry cocktails too.

Went for bottomless and the staff are super friendly, the food is very good and the cocktails are very nice! £31 pp is damn good considering the food and drinks you get. Again, very friendly staff!

Went here for lunch. The pizza's were enjoyed by all. The punk sodas are a must have and the service from Kevin and James was exceptional. Thank you for a lovely lunch break.

They asked us to book in advance due to a group size of 11 (which was fine) but didn’t acknowledge they’d received the preorder. We called to check everything was okay, and they said it was. When we got to the restaurant they told us that three orders were missing. They expected a member of our group to go through the email and check, despite them having all of this information in advance. We offered to resend the email but they didn’t want us to do this. They expected us to resolve their error. When it came to paying, I needed to leave early so tried to pay at the bar but was told someone would come over. They didn’t. I then had to ask to pay again while seated. Despite them having our preorders, we were all expected to work out what we owed. There was still a balance after everyone had paid because they had added a £24+ discretionary service change (for pretty poor service). The member of staff then abruptly shouted across the restaurant “remove their service charge”. I'd understand their reluctance to help if the restaurant was busy but our table was booked for 5 pm and there were could 2-3 other tables when we arrived.

Not sure what the hype is around this restaurant. The pizza is below average, and the service is very slow. It took ages to get the attention of the waiter, so much so that the food got cold whilst I waited for our drinks.

I thought the staff were awesome, really patient and friendly. Loads of unique options for toppings and the portion size was perfect. A real gem!

Best pizza in town! We've been twice and both times we're great. I've never seen Black Pudding or Roast Potato's on a Pizza but who knew it'd be amazing. Pizza Punks did! We're praying that they franchise further and open up one down South so we can go far more regularly. Recommend!!

Absolutely loved this place, very friendly staff and the food was Amazing. If I had to moan about something, it was that the water in the sinks in toilet, having very high pressure and sprayed everywhere.

If they had a simple house salad... I'd be in dreamland. Otherwise, I really solid pizza place!

the concept is great for the pizza £12.95 for 12in pizza and u can choose an unlimited amount from a long list of toppings, the food was great some of the sides are overpriced however. The only thing that let it down for me was the service wasn’t very welcoming and we where sat around tables upon tables of dirty plates that hadn’t been cleared and it was very quiet not busy at all otherwise i wouldn’t have minded as i know how hard it can be to keep on top of things like that in hospitality, but me and my friends where sat with two two dirty tables either side to us, just not the nicest. After my experience would rather get it to takeaway as the food is good and pizza is good quality for money x

Awesome place to have a really tasty pizza! Loads of choices of toppings for make your own pizza, and the final product is cooked in a proper stone bottomed pizza oven - result: super tasty pizza!

Whilst the food here is exceptional on a busy day you can expect to wait a while for your food and drinks to arrive. Also when busy you cannot hear yourself think as it gets very loud very quickly. I love coming here as long as it's not during peak hours.

I do love the food here it tends to be very good and normally cooked perfectly while being fresh, the menu itself is massive and is pretty awesome for the price! The atmosphere here is outstanding love the music and the design of the venue. The only issue here is the service it just is very disorganised and can just really ruin the flow of their service as sometimes it’s amazing service but sometimes it can be a bit all over. The issues seems to either be communication or that they use their phones to write down orders on notes. This then does lead to confusion. However, I do see a lot of potential here and so I would probably return but for now I’ll stick to online orders for now.
