Pizza was very cold, to the point it had to be heated in the oven. The delivery guy removed from his boot and wasn't in a warm box. The chips however were warm and delicious. Sorry

was a complete disgrace of a service only half the order arrived cold and they said they would send the driver back with the other half and 45 mins later still no sign complete joke of a restaurant and when I phone they were no help at all foned them 3 times and by the 3rd time the person said what do u want me to do.., I would like you to sort ur restaurant out before charging for cold food that's only half an order but they have no probs taking ur money place is a disgrace from food to service

For once Pizza was cold on arrival ( don’t believe it was companies fault. Roads are icy so drivers have to be careful :) food still ****

The best pizza I've had in a very long time. The base was perfect. Crispy, chewy and baked to perfection. The sauce was beautiful and toppings were generous. This will be my go to pizza place from now on. It was fabulous 👌

What happened to this place four years ago this place was the place to order pizza from. i no there’s a cost of living crisis at the moment but you ain’t gonna keep customers sending out tonight’s pizza like this wallpaper is thicker very little cheese & for a meat feast there was nothing on it and undercooked & £28 paid & for an invisible Coke Zero also

Food was freezing. Pizza was like rubber because it was cold.

Cheesy garlic bread literally had no garlic in it and tasted like it needed another 5 mins usually its my favourite part. Pizza wasn't roasting was near cold but I didnt mind still nice food as always.

Came with wrong sauce on it phoned to make sure got note food roasting just wrong sauce said to just eat about it they done nothing ler usual.

Always good quality food. Changed there chilli pizza sauce for a lot while and it was mind blowing delicious but lately it's been the sauce they always use, which is still nice, Never disappointed.

Missing Coke and dip's .. something is missing everytime we order now, not worth it anymore considering it costs over £20 a time .

Never received order. Restaurant manager was useless when phoned the next day. No explanation just that the driver never mentioned anything about not delivering it. No information on a refund. No store credit. No offer for the food to be re delivered. Won't order from here again

Nicest pizza and side combo I’ve had in a while

Pizza came but had wrong sauce,a chilli sauce base. I had ordered for my son as I was still in work so when I came home he said it didn’t taste right. I tasted it and was chilli sauce on base. But once I phoned shop they were very apologetic and sent a replacement which arrived pipping hot. Excellent customer service and delivery. Thanks

Absolute disgrace ! Ordered at 10.30 kids all starving and by time it came they where all sleeping! Rang the resultant at 23.15 and said driver was on way? Driver didn’t rap my door until 23.43!! Child’s birthday sleepover and all kids Whwre sleeping so the food was all put in the bin

Order was an hour late and pizza I had ordered was missing items which I had paid extra to have on pizza... quite disappointed as I always order from pizza pro bit this is the 2nd time this is happened!

Normally these guys are great, last nights service was terrible, waited 2 hours, pizza was dry and like cardboard, rest of the food was ok, delivery driver was sound and couldn't apologise enough. Probably wont order again. If they had of rang me I would have understood at one point I didnt think the food was coming at all.

Have been getting from here for years but so disappointed tonight especially order wasn't right but after estimated arrival of 8-8:20 and actual arrival of 8.55 we were too hungry to care. Food was cold but tasted OK barely any toppings so feeling a bit ripped off
