Ordered 3 chicken an chips an this is what I got it was late cold an vile when I rang them up never again they kept cancelling the call

Staff are so rude - chicken toppings on the pizza caused food poisoning - it's ok if you need time off work sick

The WORST service ever. I fail to understand how these guys are still in business. Just goes to show the EXTREMELY HIGH standards set by take aways in Oldham. (NOT!)

I don't understand the negative comments and feedback. ?? What's the matter? I'm a regular customer of the Pizza & Potato Factory, and I had never ever a single problem in the last 2 years with my food! I love the pizza from these guys. It's soft but crunchy... just jummy 😍🥹 Anytime I got hungry, I ending up with this fantastic little restaurant 😋 😍 I never have the patience to do pitches of the food because I need to dig in 😁 Thank you 😊

Delivered 4 miles on push bike to Royton , called by phone ten times but no answer, all had to be thrown away .

This is the worst place in town, I went to collect an order and saw a rat walking past so left without paying, the rat was in the kitchen! Avoid this place unless you like rat droppings on your food

very bad pizza. plus jacket potato had few bits of chilli on it . this place dont know how to make food. please up your game. as whole of union st restaurants is 8 to 10 in food quality.

Order a spicy chicken burger meal it came with no drink and the chicken burger was a plain one with half of bottle of mayo on it was un eatable I rang them and they told me to take it up with Uber eats as they don’t have a delivery driver to send me another on, Uber Uber are have gave me £1.80 back hahahahahaha

The worst experience, we order here most weekends and always enjoy it however we received the wrong order and was told we’re “wasting their time” ringing to try and get them to send it again. The attitude on the workers here is disgusting, really disappointing. Don't even bother ordering here because customers clearly don’t mean anything to them.

Ordered pizza with expected delivery time of 45 mins. Actually took 45 mins to accept the order via app. Been waiting for a further hour & a quarter & nothing. Phone has been taken off the hook (been trying to chase for 20 mins)

Very low quality - next to no cheese on the Pizza and the fries were very hard and had probably been re-fried. Wouldn't reccomend or order from here again

Ordered through Uber eats, stone cold, gritty bits through the meat. Very low quality. Such a let down. I have ordered from here before and it was ok but this is just awful.

Ordered 2 spicy burger meals and a kids pizza meal. Burgers were not fresh, re-heated in the cold oil, chips were also not fresh, very hard and re-heated. Pizza was good though :)

Usual takeaway after a night out been going maybe 20 years, the best spuds in Oldham. Recently orderdy a few times and enjoyed the food.

Pizzas and Jacket potato highly recomended

Got a pizza meal deal, the prices are really good compared to other pizza places. The jacket potatoes were really good you can tell they were made fresh. Pizza was amazing too, fresh toppings. The garlic bread however felt like it was frozen however still tasted good. The only reason i am giving it 4 stars is because the pizza was not cut properly.

My partner ordered us food. We waited an hour and half for our food and it still hadn't arrived so he called them and told them he wanted to be refunded and to cancel the order and they refused to cancel the order and refund us and treated us with disrespect. I'm pregnant and haven't eaten since breakfast and ended up waiting over 2 hours.

Ordered mixed doner kebab but found only few pieces of chiken((( Salad was with yellow tomatoes and cucumber (3 slices) with very old hard peel. Sauce not tasty. The worst kebab I've ever tried.

The chicken meat from here is delicious and they make me a salad box to go with it and the chilli sauce is amazing. The seafood pizza is also the best in oldham. The guys that work there are ultra friendly Thanks we keep returning.

I have eaten there in the past but never had home delivery until last night & i have to say it was delicious! Delivery was very fast at 40 minutes earlier than was quoted and the food was really nice & not expensive. Think this will be our regular take away for home delivery from now on! 👍

Food is what you would expect. I order from here with mixed results. Their best quality is how quick their delivery service operates in comparison to other near-by takeaways, they're very efficient. They offer menu items that other takeaways do not, like their jacket potatoes. I would advise ordering those or the pizza. Fries are sometimes very soggy. Oh and the pricing is very good.

The guy serving was polite otherwise would have been a one star! The mixed kebab was vile and the pink hot chilli sauce tasted more like mayonnaise than chilli sauce! Won’t be going again!

Ordered delivery, I ordered chicken donner kebab (pita) and am very disappointed, never usually order from here it’s usually Georgia’s or arbeez but wanted a kebab so we did, it didn’t taste right at all didn’t know what I was eating and the pita was stale, absolutely gutted I was starving as well so now I’m eating my boyfriends left overs of pizza and chips. Will definitely not be ordering from here again, delivery was quick and service was ok.

Pizzas are 4.1 out of 10. Not a rookie score at all. I always eat pizza. Being generous for my girlfriend's sake who she said meh.

Ordered chicken and mushroom pizza. Chicken was quite clearly tikka and they refused to admit it and were very rude on the phone denying their error.

Shite, waited 2 hours for delivery which never turned up, phoned the place about order and thought it was funny too take the piss. AVOID AT ALL COST

I didn't like anything about this place. The delivery was an hour and half late. The garlic bread was stale and didn't even taste like garlic. The chicken in the kabab was vile, it looked off. The chips we're inedible, tasted like they had been there for days on end. You forgot our drinks. The pizza was so greasy and the onion rings tasted like rubber. Worst 20 quid ever spent, and do not recommend anyone to go there.
