Pizza Place - wrap doner kebab chicken in Coventry

Would rate it a 0 if i could. One of the worst spots i’ve ever been to. Would have to page me to eat this food. Bad company with even worse food

Ordered from here for the 1st last night after being recommended by my best friend. Waited ages over 85 minutes for the order but being a Saturday night was understandable. Will order earlier next time. When food finally turned up it was so tasty. My kids said it was the best chicken fillet burger they ever had & want to order all the time now. The only fault and marked down 1 star was because they had forgotten the 2nd box of chicken nuggets. We never noticed till after the kids had eaten there's & it was 2 late to let them know. The pizza's looked & tasted really yummy. And the price is extremely good for a family of 4. Will definitely be using here from now on. Very pleased. Thank you.

I’m an average customer of this place normal go for cheap ok food and have being many times however , I rang this place this evening to be greeted with what do you want? I told him I wanted better service before I ordered he then proceeded to shout at me and hung the phone up. Honestly I’m never going back if I could give 0 stars I would, his service is so awful

Waited nearly an hour and a half for delivery to have half of my order missing completely and what did arrive was not what I ordered at all called to try and see if I even had the right order delivered to be shouted at, told they ran out of chicken ages ago and you get what you’re given then they hung up then wouldn’t answer the phone when I tried calling back Always been nice food previously but won’t use again after the disgusting attitude and taking money without sending the stuff I paid for

worse place possible they cant cook simple fillet burger and its re fried when ordered. chips is nice. make a complain about poor food they still charge you then comoensate best to avoid.

Food is decent for the price. However, the customer service is terrible! After being hit in the head with a child’s toy from the staff’s child, a man eventually came around to serve me and did not apologise for the incident despite witnessing it. The staff had no manners what so ever, and I will not be going there again.

Very poor staff, Ordered at 6pm didn't see my greasy pizza till 8:30pm. Save your money.

Burger was not edible the wrap was swimming in water proper soggy not good at all would not use here again

WARNING! Terrible service and hygiene! Me and my mate ordered take out pizza. They missed half the order, a week later they offered me refund for a missing topping and not for the entire pizza that was ruined. Never again. Absolute clowns.

Had a done wrap from here last night. The meat was very dry and hard, I threw half of it away! I also ordered coleslaw which didn't arrive but was still charged! Not impressed overall.

Bit bad on the customer experience my wife went to collect the order and she felt unwelcome . The place used to be very good in taste now recently the taste has gone down . Reasons unknown .used to be a regular go to pizza now I have search for a different one.

Consistently gets orders wrong. Woeful.

Yesterday I came here to order some food around 4pm. The staff member was busy in the back he saw me waiting to order completely ignoring me whilst I was in a rush to get homes. He never even apologised just grabbed something from the fryer and disappeared. To be honest I don’t know why he even works there if he has zero customer service skills. The other guy who recently works there in mornings was more friendly and had excellent customer service and knows how to cook properly. Please bring Anthony back in afternoons he is greatly missed.

Really great pizza. Away travelling on business and went to Pizza Place as it was close to my overnight stay. I was really pleased I did. Lovely base to the pizza; bit like a Pizza Hut base. Generous toppings. Great value also. Would highly recommend.

Just two months ago now we have a nice new management that cooks the food to perfection who has the best customer service always has a smile on his face. The chips and cheeseburger is amazing 👏👏👏👏👏🍔🍟🥰🥰🥰 Keep it up

The new worker,Anthony has been working since the 8th December 2021 and service is a lot faster and better food quality. Everything cooked just right.

Sorry for your experiences but it has got a lot better since the new management have been here and the food has got better

lamb kofta was disgusting/only had a choice of two things/made me feel sick

I only ever collect the pizzas, but always pre order, arrive on time and still have to wait. This isn't just a one off, happened a couple of times. The guys have no urgency about them.🤣 And whilst waiting, the light bulb just flickers. However, the pizzas are nice for very little money.

Donna kebab was dry he put the chips on top instead of underneath wait was a joke wouldn’t order again
