Never has milkshakes, chips always cold. Servers are either ignorant or lazy.

I absolutely love mcdonalds 20 peice chicken nuggets and a big mac

On multiple occasions have they gotten my order wrong whether it’s delivered or I go in myself… I’m not one to go back and make a scene over food but I want what I paid for so hopefully they fix themselves.

The app was playing up again so I had to use the till.

Slow service..coffee luke warm hash brown greasy. Chucked.it....won't go again deffo bacon bap ok..

Hot food and open to collect from inside store as this is a problem at other locations when driving a large vehicle in the night

Ordered takeaway from here via the McDonald’s app twice and both times they’ve missed the share box of mozzarella dippers off the order but provided the sauce for them. There is no way to immediately fix this via the app for a replacement/refund, you have to phone.

Full of drunk teens on a Saturday night and order took 40 mins.

Uber eats and Just Eat don’t have their own area. Always have to wait at least 15 minutes for a small meal and things are regularly missing. Terrible speed and certainly not fast food. Had freezing cold, hard chips last time we went.

An excellent restaurant, I haven't visited here for a while and was very pleasantly surprised. Great service and polite n friendly staff...well done, great coffee too 👌😎

Constantly Missing items from my order or instead of an apple pie thrh will give a chocolate raspberry pie cause they can’t be bothered to cook fresh. Never ordering from here again

The drive through is busy and mistakes are made on a regular frequency. Check your order before moving from the service window.

It was alright but they had some food not sure why you would want food in what I'm presuming was supposed to be a history museum

Not the best maccys in the area. Holyhead road is more reliable. Often had missing items from orders, like today. Never has milkshakes. Fries nearly always undercooked and not hot. Burgers often poorly constructed and all over the place. Overall, very average.

Me and my partner had food from here at 11 last night it's not even 6am and we're sick as dogs we threw out the cheese burgers because they tasted weird. Drinks were flat. This place seriously needs looking into. No maccies I've ever been too has served up mushy burgers. Bunch of lazy people that will happily risk our health.

Drive through getting slower. Person who was trimming shrubbery on drive thru, no signage up no hi viz,prunings and bulk bag in middle of drive. Not that clever

Just popped in to use the EV charger. There's a multitude of food outlets here, but McDs is our favourite. It was clean, bright and food was fresh and fast. Plenty of parking, tho the road system around the place was more like spaghetti junction.

Drive through is pretty standard, but inside it can get very crowded.

No dips, as usual. Fries undercooked, soggy, cold. Nuggets and burgers cold.

Driver never knocked the door and just left it outside, subsequently we weren’t aware it had been delivered and neighbours cat broke in to the bag and clawed the burger box. Disgusted with the delivery driver as he could’ve let us know he was there and not just dumped our food at the door and left. We usually get a call from the driver or a knock at the door but this time we didn’t and he just left it and the neighbours cat just helped itself.

Pre ordered on the app. Ordered 2 wraps and 2 quarter pounder meals. Told to park up. Do far 12 other cars have now gone through the drive through and got there food. Yet still left here waiting. No special orders on our order. Since writing this 2 more cars gone through. Shocking service.

This particular branch of McDonald’s is consistently the worst I have ever experienced. I have travelled the country due to work and frequently stop at different branches whether it be for a meal, snack or simply a cup of tea. Every order I’ve even made here has been wrong or had items missing or cold. I can’t believe they can possibly get everything so wrong so often. The working atmosphere seems morbid at best. The high staff turnover is similar to managers at Chelsea FC and the look of the place is tired. The irony is that the staff at the food collection window of the drive through are forever writing their names on the receipt and asking me to use there name if I fill in the company quality control questionnaire (on your receipt) for a good review. You couldnt make this stuff up! I purposely avoid this branch now and head over to Alvis retail park branch instead. Never again, just read other reviews.

Late, cold and damaged food. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from McDonalds. In fact they should probably be taken off the app as it’s a reflection on the Just Eat brand.

The food was Luke warm so could have been better. They also missed off my McFlurry so wasn’t happy about that.

Missing a M chicken burger from the bundle I ordered an we phoned McDonald’s over 10 times to resolve the issue and no response at all totally ridiculous

Food arrived cold, tracking shows multiple stops and a detour further out then my property so not suprised.

driver has took too many orders. watched him on the maps go to at least 4 locations. food has turned up cold, drinks leaked everywhere, burgers squashed

Ordering online from this shop is frustrating. Delivery drivers queue up to collect orders, but there’s hardly any staff to serve them. Staff at this restaurant focus mainly on drive thru customers, and ignore the rest.

Again, items missing, it is not hard to check the receipt and then check the bag to make sure the items on the receipt are actually in the bag, please train your staff better, this is not hard.

This is the third time in the last 2 months something has been missing. 3 large fries missing when I only ordered 3 large and 1 medium. Means 2 people have to go without a meal and have something else. It’s not good enough. Last time I order delivery from McDonald’s.

Absolute joke. They missed half the order off. What did come was late and cold. Ordered the week after at around 10:00 only for it to be cancelled at 11:05. I thought the clown was the mascot, didn’t realise he ran the place.

Friday night drive thru shut but open on app slow service (20min wait on a basic order) bins overflowing and throwing up 3 hours later with food poisoning... Won't be going back service been terrible for the last few times I've used this particular establishment.

Please read the receipt on the bag and check the bag to make sure that what on the receipt is actually in the bag, it’s not rocket science, you don’t need a degree to figure it out.

Food was delivered perfectly - however no sauces were delivered

The great improvement since around April 2024 is that the access road has finally been resurfaced, so the huge potholes are now repaired. The restaurant has efficient service with both counter and self service ordering point. Some seating available in and outside and bar style seating as well. Usual wide range of burgers and fries with sweet treats, fizzy drinks and coffee and tea. The breakfast menu is now available until 11 a.m.

Food was cold smoothie was too sweat didn’t mix probably

When my order arrived my fries was under cooked and the past two times I’ve ordered I have ordered and payed for a garlic dip yet this has not been included in my order the past two time dispute me paying for it

Drove into disabled parking at 1am, and reversed back out to drive off due to drive through being closed, and got a £60 fine

In the space of a year I have had 3 separate occasions where there has been a hair in my food. The fries are always under cooked and some of the staff are very rude. Clearly very unhygienic and don't seem to care about the customers.

So once again tracker failed, when it updated it said the guy was outside i see someone in a car but they were on there phone i check tracker again it still says its outside silly me for thinking the guy would actually get out his car with my order and knock my door. i go outside to get his attention he finally seen me looking up from his phone, he gets out walks over with the box, gets my food out and says he was calling me but got no answer i said could have knocked the door and it looked like he was looking at his phone when i looked out of the window?!? he looked confused hurriedly got the food out the box.. but again with the coffee.. it was on its side in the bag and as i took it the brown bag fell apart i managed to save about half the coffee spilling it over my hand i look at the guy and again he is looking all confused like it wasn't him. i want all my money back cuz for the second time the whole order is cold, missing, spilled over me or the floor and just under par for what i payed and the attitude of the person 'delivering' is beyond my want to order again for a 'discount'

Coffee spilled all over the packing and the food looked like it had been thrown together. Not packed properly and food a complete mess. Never again.

Food quality for delivery and delivery times have definitely improved and we even got an extra portion of fries 🍟!! Mozzarella bites cooked well 👍🏼and tasted great 😊

My wife had a very watery hot chocolate. One of the waitresses noticed and took it away and replaced it without asking and my wife had a very nice drink. Manybthanks to the attentive staff

I wouldn't know the quality, the driver actually fled, I can only imagine it was because he wasn't being fed. He took my order and didn't deliver. Had the balls to say he did, just eat are repulsive, they have no control, do not order because not only will you not get your food, you will not get a refund. As daft as it sounds i am going to sue them for the sheer nonsense
