McDonald's in Coventry

Food was feeezing cold and was given £3 back! Fries were awful. We live 5 mins away from the branch!

No drinks, no sauce yes again. This is unacceptable

Delivery driver was an awesome guy and quick and helpful

I have still yet been delivered this food, I have not had any response from the driver

missing items, not for the first time.

Drink spilt all over bag and only half full, food was cold

chips freezing cold, way too much lettuce in the burger, burgers also cold. that has to be the worst mcdonalds I've ever had.

Drinks taste funny either it's diet instead of normal or mixed with something. As always no ice. really bad branch of MacDonald's others are far better

I received the wrong order and even after telling the driver this was not my order he drove away

I am actually shocked at how good that was! I cannot believe it lol. Ordered at around 00:40, delivery fairly quick(can’t remember when). Food was so warm and all fresh! Hands down the best mcds ive ever had delivered. Oh and they read and adhered do notes too! Delivery guy great too! Thanks to staff team working hard tonight!

The food was early,hot and the delivery driver was great. Pleasantly surprised and after this experience I would order again and beat the que of going there myself.

On the way home from a flight, checked the order had all the right boxes. Got home and there I no patty in my burger. How can you forget to put a patty in a burger????? Joke service!

Expected time of delivery kept going back 20 minutes at a time

Awful, we ordered on uber. 3 fizzy drinks and ketchup dips with nuggets. They put a bottle of water instead of the drinks we ordered and put all the wrong dips and no ketchup. Then phoned them to ask what’s going on and they laughed and said they do it on purpose all the time and that theirs nothing anyone can do. Coventry hires 3rd world staff and gets 3rd world customer service.

the driver called me claiming he was at the address. he then later clarified he was in a nearby car park and I had to guide him on the phone how to enter the address. the address is easy to find and I haven't had this issue with any other delivery driver. he then gave me attitude on the phone when he called again and in person when giving me my food. nasty attitude from an inept driver.

Rarely do i order fast food and whenever i do im reminded of why it’s so awful. tonight my children requested mcdonald’s. as a solo parent who had the oven on uber eats felt like the easiest option. the order was placed at 5.54pm and by 6.50 it was still nowhere in sight. I called the delivery guy who told me that mcdonald’s could not locate my order. eventually they did and at some time after 7pm my children’s dinner arrived…and low and behold the order was incorrect with parts missing. no drink for one child, a big mac with the wrong filling and a cheeseburger which was most definitely not the plain cheeseburger i ordered. with no option to go out with two kids at gone 7pm i scraped out what they would not eat and did my best to convince them to eat what they could…two very disappointed children this evening and a mum who will most definitely not be ordering from this branch again. awful awful service. what makes it worse is that whichever way i try to complain or comment on the incorrect order i am told its not their problem. uber eats refunded £1.50 and mcdonald’s (even though this is the fault of their incompetent staff) don’t want to know because it’s an uber eats order. Out of pocket close to £20 and stressed beyond belief…awful awful customer service

Visité el restaurante hace dos semanas. Estuve disfrutando tanto poniéndome al día con los amigos que repasé el tiempo de estacionamiento asignado de 90 minutos. Antes le informé al gerente que tomó mis datos para informar a la compañía de estacionamiento que no me cobrara ya que había comprado mercancías de allí. Me han cobrado una multa de aparcamiento de 100 libras, he intentado llamar al menos 100 veces y nadie contesta el teléfono. Terrible servicio al cliente, realmente decepcionado

I got my order and there was only one double cheeseburger in there. I ordered two double cheeseburgers and a chicken mayo.

No sauce for the 10 chicken nuggets and i asked to not have salads on burgers and they put it anyway!!!!!

Said Delivery at 22:15 then the page just randomly turned to delivered???

I would like a full refund. Not only was the order late past the time slot given but the driver has just marked it as delivered and I have received nothing. on the maps I could see the driver was in the street for 10 minutes, I even sent the driver a message with directions in case he or she couldn't find the property and this was ignored. I'm am extremely unhappy.

Have made an order for delivery almost an hour and a half ago. Seen as it’s late at night we’d expect a quick delivery. It’s been delayed for over half an hour with still no sign of it being delivered. Will never order from here again.

I live 4 minutes from there, it’s been more than 1 hour and I still haven’t received my order. They keep delaying it further and further. I can’t cancel it, and I have no clue if I will receive it.

Staff were friendly and working hard, it was a bit crowded when we visited due to the time of day and lots of families wanting food, but it was a happy atmosphere. Food was all well cooked and delicious.

There was mold on my burger😑. Oh and the fries are cold, old, flat, and tasteless; it honestly feels like these fries are 4 days old. Overall this is extremely disappointing.

terrible experience, came for a cheeky coke and food for my hg. Parked in disability left foodless for 30 minutes. Sad and currently hungry. I love mcdonald’s but today I don’t. The man at window 1. Awful quality and service! Every single time the chips are cold and under cooked, flat coke and the burgers just about cooked. This place should be shut down! McDonald’s sort yourselves out! Doesn’t even deserve 1 star

A portion of 6 nuggets were added FOC. I then adjusted my order from 9 to 6 nuggets and didn't realise the 6 nuggets became chargeable. So I paid for 12 nuggets - although, I realise this was my mistake so no issue. However, when the order was delivered there were 0 nuggets!! And there has been no response to my refund request. This is poor service.
